Abstract
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de découpage à la forme pour bandes de matière en défilement, notamment de bandes de matière fibreuse , comprenant un cylindre (2) de découpage à la forme, entraîné en rotation, et un contre-cylindre de découpage (3) entraîné en rotation, le cylindre de découpage à la forme présentant une arête de découpage à la forme (4) et le contre-cylindre de découpage présentant une surface latérale lisse (6), les deux cylindres étant tourillonnés des deux côtés dans un bâti de machine au moyen de paliers (7, 9) et l'entre-axes des deux cylindres étant réglable,
caractérisé en ce que les cylindres (2, 3) sont tourillonnés dans des première et deuxième parties séparées (8, 11) de bâti de machine qui, de leur côté, prennent appui sur un socle de bâti de machine commun (12), en ce que, pour le réglage de l'entre-axes des cylindres (2, 3), l'une (11) de ces deux parties de bâti de machine est fixée sur un guide à coin (14) réglable, et en ce que chaque partie (8, 11) de bâti de machine peut être serrée individuellement par rapport au socle (12) de bâti de machine. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (8) de bâti de machine est en permanence fixée rigidement au socle (12) de bâti de machine, en ce que la deuxième partie (11) de bâti de machine prend appui sur un pont (13) qui encadre le contrecylindre de découpage (3) avec jeu et qui, de son côté, repose sur le guide à coin (14), et en ce que la deuxième partie (11) de bâti de machine peut être fixée au guide à coin (14) et au socle (12) de bâti de machine au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage (24) qui est disposé sur une traverse (26) solidaire du bâti et qui encadre les cylindres (2, 3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (7, 9) des deux cylindres (2, 3) sont précontraints.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guide à coin (14) comprend une première partie (16) qui peut être déplacée en translation horizontale sur le socle (12) de bâti de machine par un dispositif de réglage (18), ainsi qu'une deuxième partie (17) qui repose sur la première et qui porte la deuxième partie (11) de bâti de machine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (7, 9) sont disposés aussi près l'un de l'autre que possible pour éviter les vibrations des cylindres (2, 3), et ils présentent un diamètre aussi grand que possible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (7, 9) peuvent être refroidis de façon réglable pour éviter les dilatations thermiques
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres (2, 3) peuvent être refroidis de façon réglable pour éviter les dilatations thermiques.
