Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Auszugsführung der eingangs beschriebenen Art so auszubilden, daß sie materialsparend herstellbar ist und demzufolge das Gewicht reduziert wird. Aus der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung ergeben sich eine Reihe von vorteilen. So ist es möglich, die Führungsschiene zur Auszugsschiene so zu setzen, daß sie sich sinngemäß überlappen, wodurch die Bauhöhe enorm reduziert wird. Daraus ergeben sich bei vielen Möbeln erhebliche Montagevorteile. Wenn die Höhe der Auszugführung gleichbleiben soll, wie bei den bisher bekannten Ausführungen, könnten Kugeln größeren Durchmessers verwendet werden, so daß die Auszugführung stärker belastbar ist. Der Materialbedarf für die Schienen wird enorm reduziert, wenn man bedenkt, daß annähernd zwei Wandungen entfallen. Da die Anzahl der verwendeten Kugeln verringert wird, werden dadurch die Kosten noch zusätzlich gesenkt. In der Normalausführung sind an jeder Seite der Innenprofilschiene drei Kugeln angeordnet, d. h. bezogen auf die vertikale Mittelebene der Auszugführung liegen an einer Seite des oberen Bereichs genau die gleiche Anzahl von Kugeln wie an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des unteren Bereichs und umgekehrt. Bei einer solchen Anordnung ist es dann auch möglich, daß sich die Auszugsschiene mit der Führungsschiene überlappt. Bei den in Rede stehenden Auszugsführungen ergibt es sich, daß im Laufe der Zeit, bedingt durch den unvermeidbaren Schlupf zwischen den Schienen und den Kugeln der Schubkasten nicht mehr voll aus dem Möbelkorpus herausziehen läßt. Dies müßte dann unter einem erhöhten Kraftaufwand erfolgen. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden ist in weiterer Ausgestaltung vorgesehen, daß die Auszugsschiene zur Führungsschiene so montiert wird, daß sie sich nicht überlappen, so daß an einer Seite des oberen Bereichs der Innenprofilschiene die gleiche Anzahl von Kugeln angeordnet sind, wie an der gleichen Seite des unteren Bereichs. D. h. an einer Seite wälzen sich am oberen und unteren Bereich jeweils zwei Kugeln ab und an der anderen Seite jeweils nur eine Kugel. Dadurch entsteht ein Schlitz, dessen Höhe ein klein wenig geringer ist als die Höhe der Innenprofilschiene Dadurch besteht die Möglichkeit, daß sich in diesem Schlitz ein oder mehrere Synchronrollen abwälzen, so daß der Schubkasten stets voll ausgezogen werden kann.A number of advantages result from the embodiment according to the invention. Die in der Figur 1 dargestellte Auszugführung 10 besteht aus einer an einer nicht dargestellten Schublade festgelegten Auszugsschiene 11, einer ortsfest an dem nicht dargestellten Möbelkorpus festgelegten Führungsschiene 12, einer Innenprofilschiene 13 sowie in der Figur 1 nicht dargestellten Kugeln 14 und einer Synchronrolle 15. Aus den Figuren ergibt sich, daß die Funktionen der baugleichen Schienen auch vertauscht werden können, wenn sie entsprechend montiert sind. Aus den Figuren 2 bis 4 ergibt sich, daß die Auszugsschiene 11 und die Führungsschiene 12 winkelförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Ecke gerundet ist, um eine Kugelführung zu bilden. Die äußeren freien Randbereiche verlaufen in jeweils nach innen gerichteten Bögen, so daß sie auch Kugelführungen bilden. Aus den Figuren ergibt sich, daß die Innenprofilschiene besonders schmal ist, wodurch eine besonders exakte Führung erzielt wird, worauf wieder die Seitenstabilität zurückzuführen ist. Bei der Ausführung nach der Figur 2 stehen die einander zugewandten Bögen der Auszugsschiene 11 und der Führungsschiene 12 noch in einem Abstand zueinander. Sinngemäß sind die Auszugsschiene 11 und die Führungsschiene 12 umgekehrt zueinander montiert, so daß im oberen Bereich der Innenprofilschiene 13 an der linken Seite sich zwei Kugeln und im unteren Bereich an der rechten Seite ebenfalls zwei Kugeln 14 abwälzen. Die Auszugführung 10 kann demzufolge bezogen auf die vertikale und die horizontale Mittelachse als asymmetrisch bezeichnet werden.The pull-out
Bei der Auszugführung gemäß der Figur 3 ist die Bauhöhe insgesamt verringert, da die Innenprofilschiene 13 eine wesentlich geringere Höhe hat. Die Querschnitte der Auszugsschiene 11 und der Führungsschiene 12 sind wiederum gleich, wobei eine Überlappung erfolgt. Bei der Ausführung nach der Figur 4 sind die Auszugsschiene 11 und die Führungsschiene 12 so montiert, daß an einer Seite die nach innen gerichteten Bögen beider Schienen in einem geringen Abstand zueinander liegen. An dieser Seite sind an der linken Seite im oberen und unteren Bereich jeweils zwei Kugeln gelagert, während an der anderen Seite immer nur eine Kugel gelagert ist. Dadurch entsteht ein Längsschlitz dessen Höhe ein klein wenig geringer ist als die Höhe der Innenprofilschiene 13. Auf einem an der Innenprofilschiene 13 angesetzten Zapfen 16 ist die als Reibrolle wirkende Synchronrolle 15 gelagert. Aus den Figuren läßt sich herleiten, daß jede Auszugführung auch mit mehreren Synchronrollen 15 ausgerüstet werden kann. Die in der Figur 4 dargestellte Ausführung ist, bezogen auf die horizontale Mittelebene symmetrisch. Die Ausführung nach der Figur 2 kann auch mit Synchronrollen ausgestattet werden, wenn einer der nach innen gerichteten Bögen außen scharfkantig ist. Ferner bieten die Ausführungen nach den Figuren 2 und 4 die Möglichkeit, daß an Stelle von Synchronrollen in den Längsschlitz Einziehvorrichtungen montiert werden.In the pull-out guide according to FIG. 3, the overall height is reduced overall, since the

- An extension guide according to claim 1 characterised in that the same number of balls (14) is arranged at one side in the upper region of the inner shaped rail (13) as at the opposite side in the lower region.
- An extension guide according to claim 1 characterised in that the same number of balls is arranged at one side in the upper region of the inner shaped rail (13) as at the same side of the lower region.
- An extension guide according to one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that the extension guide (10) is provided with at least one synchronous roller (15) which is disposed within a slot defined by the extension rail (11) and the guide rail (12) and which rolls on a pin (16) fitted to the inner shaped rail (13).
- An extension guide according to one or more of preceding claims 1 to 6 characterised in that a pull-in device is mounted in a slot defined by the extension rail (11) and the guide rail (12).
