Description

Aus der DE-C-3 002 591 ist eine Einstellvorrichtung bekannt, wobei die Greiferöffnungskurve auf der Achse der Kettenumlenkung an der hinteren Seite des Bogenstapels angeordnet und durch Schwenkung um diese Achse einstellbar ist, um dadurch Veränderungen des Greiferöffnungszeitpunktes zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Bedruckstoffe und andere Betriebseinflüsse zu ermöglichen. Dazu ist die Greiferöffnungskurve über eine Koppel mit einem Hebel verbunden, welcher auf einer quer zum Bogentransport im Maschinengestell gelagerten Welle angeordnet und durch ein Schneckengetriebe um die Achse dieser Welle schwenkbar ist. Das Schneckenrad des Schneckengetriebes sitzt auf einer ebenfalls im Maschinengehäuse gelagerten Stellwelle, die durch ein Handrad oder dergleichen verdrehbar ist. Zum Durchfahren des gesamten Stellwinkels sind mehrere Handradumdrehungen bzw. Stellwellendrehungen erforderlich.An adjusting device which has these design features is known from US-A-3 109 644. An den Transportketten ist jeweils das eine Ende eines Greiferwagens befestigt, bei denen an Greiferbrücken Bogengreifer angeordnet sind, die durch die Greiferöffnungskurve 1 im Bereich der Stapelauslage geöffnet werden. Das Koppelgetriebe zwischen der Drehbewegung der Stellwelle 4 und der Welle 8 besteht erfindungsgemäß aus einer Kombination eines Links-/Rechtsgewindes. Das Beispiel zeigt einen mit der Stellwelle 4 fest verbundenen Anschlagstift 17, der mit einem gehäusefesten Anschlagstift 18 zusammenwirkt. Bei der Einstellung entspricht eine Stellwellenverdrehung von einer Anschlaglage in die entgegengesetzte Anschlaglage dem gesamten Verstellwinkelbereich der Greiferöffnungskurve. Zur Anzeige der Stellung der Greiferöffnungskurve ist am Handrad 6 ein Zeiger 19 vorgesehen, der sich bei der Einstellung über eine gehäusefeste Skala 20 bewegt, so daß die eingestellte Position der Greiferöffnungskurve 1 unmittelbar am Betätigungsmittel der Einstellvorrichtung abgelesen werden kann. Claims (6)
