Definitions
- the invention relates to an espagnolette lock according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a generic espagnolette lock is known from German patent 30 34 764.
- a drive sprocket is rotated by means of the locking member of a profile cylinder and the rotational movement is transmitted via driven gear wheels to a drive rod which can be linearly displaced along the faceplate of the lock.
- the drive rod is driven by a drive rod connecting slide which is longitudinally guided in the lock case and which interacts with a toothing with the driven wheel of the drive rod actuating gear.
- the toothing is assigned to a toothed rack arranged pivotably on the connecting rod connecting slide.
- the object of the invention is to further develop a generic espagnolette lock in terms of manufacture and use.
- the gear play existing between a rotatable gear element and the connecting slide is used to lock the espagnolette lock when actuated via the closing elements and not via the cylinder lock.
- the connecting slide and the transmission element each form a control cam, which shift relative to one another when the transmission is actuated, a locking member being arranged between the movement paths of the control cams and interacting with the control cams.
- the gear element is free when the drive direction changes, so that the change in the drive direction is accompanied by a shift in the phase position between the two control cams.
- the locking member preferably has two locking lugs with which it lies in sliding contact with the control cams, the control cams can form cams or recesses, so that the locking member, which is preferably designed as a pivoting lever, tends to evade movement when acted upon by the cams.
- the phase position of the two control cams with respect to one another is preferably selected such that, in the case of a gear shifting actuated by a lock cylinder, the swivel lever with one of its locking lugs plunges into a recess in the other control curve.
- the cam is preferably formed onto the control cam assigned to the connecting rod connecting slide and the recess is preferably formed from the peripheral surface of the rotatable gear element.
- the pivotability of the locking lever is blocked when the cam is acted on.
- This is preferably achieved in that a locking lug of the locking lever with a larger area of the control curve of the rotatable gear element cooperates so that the gear shift is blocked by the cam rod by the drive rod connecting slide.
- the transmission can be unlocked in that, due to the play in the transmission and a cylinder actuation of the drive rod transmission, the control cam assigned to the rotatable transmission element is displaced in such a way that the pivoting lever can dip into a recess with one of its locking lugs and can thus evade with the release of the drive rod displacement under cam action.
- the locking lever is preferably designed as a two-leg lever, each leg cooperating with one of the two control cams.
- the control curve of the connecting rod connecting slide has a control cam which interacts with the release recess of the control surface of the transmission element via the locking lever when the transmission is actuated by a cylinder.
- the gear element is preferably formed by a drive sprocket which has a radial recess into which the lock bit of a lock cylinder projects.
- espagnolette locks are that, particularly when the lock bit of a lock cylinder is freely rotatable, the lock can be opened by directly attacking the lock elements. For example, most locking cylinders can be turned freely when the key is inserted. Such a lock can therefore be unlocked in that the locking rod-actuated locking members are moved directly.
- the displacement of the drive rod then causes a displacement of the drive rod connecting slide and, as a result of the gear coupling, then a displacement of the other locking members, which results in the opening of the lock.
- This backlog is remedied by a backstop.
- the displacement of the drive rod is blocked for this.
- the connecting rod connecting slide 7 has a cam 11 which interacts with a locking lever 10.
- the locking lever 10 If the locking lever 10 is prevented from evading, since its second locking lug 19 'does not engage in a corresponding recess 22 in the ring gear 1 can, the locking lug 18 ', which is acted upon by the control cam 21 of the cam 11, blocks a further displacement of the drive rod 7.
- the espagnolette lock is actuated by a lock cylinder, not shown, which forms a lock bit which plunges into a recess 16 in the drive ring gear 1.
- the lock forms an insertion opening 12 for receiving the lock cylinder.
- Via output gears 2, 3, 4, the rotary movement of the drive sprocket 1 is transmitted to drive rod connecting slides 5 and 7 which are guided parallel to the cuff 12 in the lap housing.
- the teeth of the last wheel 4 meshes with racks 6 of the connecting rod connecting slide.
- To the connecting rod connecting slide 5,7 connecting rods 8 and 9 are coupled to form a positive connection.
- the lock also has a gear-operated bolt 13 and a nut-actuated or interchangeable latch 14, which in the exemplary embodiment is designed as a roller latch.
- a gear-operated bolt 13 and a nut-actuated or interchangeable latch 14, which in the exemplary embodiment is designed as a roller latch.
- the transmission of such a lock is described in detail in the published patent application 40 14 046, to which reference is made here.
- the locking lever 10 is pivotable about an axis arranged fixed on the transmission housing and has two legs 18, 19. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 to 7, the leg 18 forms a locking lug 18 'which cooperates with a control curve 7' of the connecting slide 7.
- the leg 19 of the locking lever 10 has a locking lug 19 'which cooperates with the peripheral surface 1' of the drive sprocket 1.
- the control cam 7 ' has a cam 11, which is formed by control cam sections 17 and 21 which are designed in the manner of run-up slopes.
- the ring gear 1 is driven in the arrow direction by a locking cylinder, not shown.
- the rotary movement is transferred to a linear movement of the drive rod 7 via the output gearwheels, not shown in FIGS. 2 to 7 but shown in FIG.
- the rotation of the drive sprocket 1 in the direction of the arrow causes the drive rod 7 to move upward.
- the control surface 17 of the cam 11 acts on the locking lug 18 'of the leg 18 of the locking lever 10 which is pivotally mounted about a fixed axis 20. With its second leg 19 and the locking lug 19 'formed by this, the locking lever 10 slides on a larger diameter portion 24 of the control cam 1' of the drive sprocket 1.
- the locking lug 19 ' is in this position in the transition region between the control cam 24 and the recess 22, the is formed by a smaller diameter cam section. A minimal further rotation of the drive sprocket 1 causes the recess 22 to face the locking lug 19 ', so that the locking lever 10 is pivotable.
- a further rotation of the drive sprocket 1 clockwise causes a further shifting of the connecting rod upwards, then, according to the cam action, the pivot lever 10 dodges while performing the pivoting and dips with its locking lug 19 'into the recess 22 and thus clears the way for passing the cam 11 past the locking lug 18'.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 show the pivoted position of the pivot lever 10 as it passes the cam 11 past the locking lug 18 '.
- Figure 4 is a movement sequence representation after a further rotation of the drive sprocket in the clockwise direction, starting from a gear position according to Figure 3.
- the length of the recess 22,23 is selected so that the pivot lever after the cam 11 has passed the locking lug 18 'in again its starting position is pivoted back.
- the nose 19 'of the locking lever 10 is acted upon by a transition region between the recess 23 and the control curve section 24.
- This pivoting movement of the locking lever 10 causes the locking lug 18 'to perform an evasive movement, so that the cam 11 can move downward past the locking lug 18'. The locking effect is therefore canceled by a closing operation of the espagnolette lock.
- FIG. 8 shows that the control cam 1 'is arranged parallel to the toothing 25 of the ring gear 1.
- the spacing of the two control cams from one another is selected such that the locking lug 18 'slides on the control cam 7' and at the same time the locking lug 19 'slides on the control curve 1'.
- the leverage ratios, i.e. the length of the legs 18 and 19 of the locking lever 10 are chosen so that immersion of the locking lug 19 'in the recess 22 or 23 causes a displacement of the locking lug 18', which corresponds to the height of the cam 11. It is provided that when the drive sprocket 1 is rotated further from the gear position according to FIG.
- the locking lever 10 no longer pivots, so that the locking lug 19 'does not slide on the control cam when it passes through the recess 22 or 23 again 1 'rests, but is spaced from the control curve by the amount of the depth of the cutout 22, 23.
- the lever arm 18 of the lever 10 is longer than the lever arm 19. Accordingly, the cam 11 has a greater height than the depth of the recess 22, 23 opposite the peripheral area 24.
- the gear clearance between the drive sprocket and the connecting rod connecting slide is selected so that when the locking lug 18 'is acted upon by the cam 11, a transition area between the recess 22 and the raised peripheral area 24 of the driving sprocket 1 leads past the locking lug 19' by actuating the lock cylinder can be moved without the drive rod 7.
- the drive rod connecting slide 7 is acted upon by a gear, it is provided that the locking lug 19 ′ abuts against the end region of the raised peripheral surface 24 (FIG. 6).
- the backstop of the espagnolette lock can be blocked by changing the drive direction of the gear element 1 or a load change in the gearbox by means of the free passage of the gear element relative to the power rod connecting slide.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Treibstangenschloß gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an espagnolette lock according to the preamble of
A generic espagnolette lock is known from German patent 30 34 764. There, a drive sprocket is rotated by means of the locking member of a profile cylinder and the rotational movement is transmitted via driven gear wheels to a drive rod which can be linearly displaced along the faceplate of the lock. The drive rod is driven by a drive rod connecting slide which is longitudinally guided in the lock case and which interacts with a toothing with the driven wheel of the drive rod actuating gear. In this lock, the toothing is assigned to a toothed rack arranged pivotably on the connecting rod connecting slide. In the event of a load change in the transmission of the drive movement to the drive rod, the toothed rack swivels out in one direction or the other, forming a play in the gear train, and can thereby interact with a fixed stop of the housing.
On the basis of this prior art, the object of the invention is to further develop a generic espagnolette lock in terms of manufacture and use.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in
The subclaims represent advantageous developments of the invention.
As a result of the inventive design of the espagnolette lock, the gear play existing between a rotatable gear element and the connecting slide is used to lock the espagnolette lock when actuated via the closing elements and not via the cylinder lock. The connecting slide and the transmission element each form a control cam, which shift relative to one another when the transmission is actuated, a locking member being arranged between the movement paths of the control cams and interacting with the control cams. As a result of the gear play, the gear element is free when the drive direction changes, so that the change in the drive direction is accompanied by a shift in the phase position between the two control cams. The locking member preferably has two locking lugs with which it lies in sliding contact with the control cams, the control cams can form cams or recesses, so that the locking member, which is preferably designed as a pivoting lever, tends to evade movement when acted upon by the cams. The phase position of the two control cams with respect to one another is preferably selected such that, in the case of a gear shifting actuated by a lock cylinder, the swivel lever with one of its locking lugs plunges into a recess in the other control curve. The cam is preferably formed onto the control cam assigned to the connecting rod connecting slide and the recess is preferably formed from the peripheral surface of the rotatable gear element. In the case of a gear shift due to a direct action on the drive rod, that is to say during a load change, it is provided that the pivotability of the locking lever is blocked when the cam is acted on. This is preferably achieved in that a locking lug of the locking lever with a larger area of the control curve of the rotatable gear element cooperates so that the gear shift is blocked by the cam rod by the drive rod connecting slide. The transmission can be unlocked in that, due to the play in the transmission and a cylinder actuation of the drive rod transmission, the control cam assigned to the rotatable transmission element is displaced in such a way that the pivoting lever can dip into a recess with one of its locking lugs and can thus evade with the release of the drive rod displacement under cam action. The locking lever is preferably designed as a two-leg lever, each leg cooperating with one of the two control cams. The control curve of the connecting rod connecting slide has a control cam which interacts with the release recess of the control surface of the transmission element via the locking lever when the transmission is actuated by a cylinder. The gear element is preferably formed by a drive sprocket which has a radial recess into which the lock bit of a lock cylinder projects.

The problem with espagnolette locks is that, particularly when the lock bit of a lock cylinder is freely rotatable, the lock can be opened by directly attacking the lock elements. For example, most locking cylinders can be turned freely when the key is inserted. Such a lock can therefore be unlocked in that the locking rod-actuated locking members are moved directly. The displacement of the drive rod then causes a displacement of the drive rod connecting slide and, as a result of the gear coupling, then a displacement of the other locking members, which results in the opening of the lock. This backlog is remedied by a backstop. According to the invention, the displacement of the drive rod is blocked for this. For this purpose, the connecting
The espagnolette lock is actuated by a lock cylinder, not shown, which forms a lock bit which plunges into a
The lock also has a gear-operated
In the gear position shown in Figure 2, the
A further rotation of the
If, starting from such a gearbox position, as described last, the drive rod connecting slide is acted upon downward and the drive sprocket can rotate freely, the drive rod gearbox is shifted back as a result of the load change. The backward displacement initially causes the drive rod to move downward, and the
A lock cylinder-actuated gear shift from this gear position, the drive sprocket being rotated in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 7, that is to say counterclockwise, enables the
The lever arm 18 of the
