Description
Claims (14)
- Verschließbarer Behälter (10) zur Abgabe von viskosen Stoffen, wie Cremes, mit einem Innendeckel (12, 46, 57), der gegenüber einer Innenwand (16) des Behälters (10) luftdicht abschließend ausgebildet ist und eine pneumatische Betätigungsvorrichtung (17) aufweist, derart, daß ein durch Betätigen der Betätigungsvorrichtung (17) im Behälter erzeugter Überdruck zu einer Öffnung eines selbstschließenden Rückschlagventils (18, 47, 58) im Sinne einer Ausgabe des im Behälter enthaltenen Stoffes und die anschließende Freigabe der Betätigungsvorrichtung (17) zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks im Behälter führen, durch den der Innendeckel (12; 46; 57) im Behälter (10) bis zum Abbau des Unterdrucks abgesenkt wird;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die pneumatische Betätigungsvorrichtung (17) aus einer kuppelartigen, formelastischen Erhebung (19) des Innendeckels (12) mit einer gegenüber einer Deckelbasis (14, 65) verringerten Wandstärke besteht und das selbstschließende Rückschlagventil (18, 47, 58) einen in der Deckelbasis (14, 65) ausgebildeten Ventilsitz (20, 48, 59) und einen mit dem Ventilsitz (20, 48, 59) zusammenwirkenden Ventilkörper (21, 49, 60) aufweist, wobei der Ventilkörper (21, 49, 60) durch eine mit dem Innendeckel (12, 46, 57) verbundene Federeinrichtung (26, 64) in Schließstellung gehalten ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (21, 49, 60) einen Ventilkopf (23, 50, 71) und einen Ventilstößel (24, 51, 66) aufweist, wobei der Ventilstößel (24, 51, 66) über eine Rastverbindung (33, 67) mit der Federeinrichtung (26, 64) verbunden ist, die einstückig mit dem Innendeckel (12, 46, 57) ausgebildet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federeinrichtung (64) aus einem von der Deckelbasis (65) nach unten gerichteten, als Federelement dienenden Querfortsatz (72) gebildet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federeinrichtung (26) aus zwei von der Deckelbasis nach unten gerichteten Querfortsätzen (27, 28) und einem endseitig mit den Querfortsätzen verbundenen Federelement (25) besteht.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (25) mit einem Ende über ein Filmgelenk (29) mit dem einen Querfortsatz (27) und mit dem anderen Ende über eine Rastverbindung (31) mit dem anderen Querfortsatz (28) verbunden ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz (48) aus einer nach außen konvexen Erhebung des Innendeckels (46) besteht und der Ventilkopf (50) mit einer entsprechenden, konvexen Oberfläche versehen ist, welche in Schließstellung des Rückschlagventils (47) die konvexe Form der Erhebung ergänzt.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilsitz (20, 59) als muldenförmige Vertiefung des Innendeckels (12, 57) ausgebildet ist, und der Ventilkopf (23, 71) in Schließstellung ein Bodenteil der Mulde bildet.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Öffnungsstellung das selbstschließende Rückschlagventil (18, 47, 58) zwischen dem Ventilkopf (23, 50, 71) und dem Ventilsitz (20, 48, 59) als ein kegelmantelsegmentartiger Öffnungsspalt (39) ausgebildet ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendeckel (12, 46, 57) kolbenartig ausgebildet ist und mit einem peripheren Dichtrand (15) an der Innenwand (16) des Behälters (10) zur Ausgabe des Stoffes im Behälter (10) in den Behälter (10) hinein verschiebbar und in Richtung der Behälteröffnung sperrend anliegt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der periphere Dichtrand (15) einstückig mit dem Innendeckel (12, 46, 57) ausgebildet ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der periphere Dichtrand (15) zwei axial beabstandete Dichtlippen (40, 41) aufweist, zwischen denen in Höhe der Hauptebene des Innendeckels (12; 46; 57) ein Sperrelement (43) angeordnet ist, das radial schräg nach außen und oben gerichtet ist und mit seinem Außenrand an der Innenwand (16) des Behälters (10) mit elastischer Vorspannung abwärts gleitfähig, aber in Richtung der Öffnung des Behälters (10) sperrend anliegt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (43) sich um den gesamten Umfang des Innendeckels (12; 46; 57) kontinuierlich und ringförmig erstreckt.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (43) aus einzelnen Krampen besteht, die durch gleiche Umfangswinkel voneinander getrennt sind.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite der rundkuppenförmigen Betätigungsvorrichtung (17) mit Rippen versehen ist, die sich von der Kuppenmitte radial nach außen bis zum Außenrand der Rundkuppe erstrecken.
