Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an insole for shoes, consisting of a base plate made of elastically resilient material with a largely dense surface and with at least one magnetized, metallic print head connected to the insole.
  • Insoles of the above-mentioned type have been available on the market in many embodiments for many years.
  • This insole has a relatively thick base plate with a largely dense surface.
  • the knobs have different heights and thus form a corresponding footbed.
  • the nub height varies between 4 and 14 mm.
  • Insoles of the aforementioned type require special footwear, which offers enough space for the increased thickness compared to simple insoles. The massage effect of such insoles is extremely high.
  • the magnetized metallic print heads which are also common in such insoles, and which are particularly attached to important points, according to the teaching of acupressure, cannot be easily integrated into a thin insole. If these pressure heads protrude too much, they do not increase well-being, but have a painful effect.
  • an insole of the type described above is known, which is provided with a sole which has a corresponding depression in order to avoid excessive elevation in the footwear.
  • the insole is therefore not suitable for a normal, commercially available shoe.
  • the utility model DE-U-83'04'272 shows an insole, the base plate of which is interspersed with a large number of hollow rivets, the rivet heads having the shape of pimples. These knobs are not flexible and must be designed very flat so that they are not painful. This leaves an acupressure effect, but the massage effect of the nubs is eliminated.
  • the breathing openings are in the center of the hollow rivets, which are just covered by the sole of the foot with increased pressure.
  • DE-U-1823203 also works with a flat base plate with hollow rivets attached therein.
  • pimple-shaped elevations are not shown here at all.
  • the effect of such an insole remains unclear.
  • a double-layer base plate is used, which is held together by hollow rivets and on the underside of which activated carbon is attached, which is supposed to absorb the sweat of the feet.
  • the hollow rivets themselves are to be made from copper.
  • JP-A-54 146 149 also shows an insole which is provided with magnetized metal heads.
  • the base plate of the insole is labeled 1. This is almost completely provided on the surface with relatively closely spaced knobs 2. For the sake of simplicity, only one area in the toe area 10 and in the heel area 20 has been shown nubbed. However, the knot covers almost completely the entire surface of the base plate 1. In the embodiment shown here, only two print heads 3 are attached.
  • One is located in the heel area 20 and the other in the area between the heel area 20 and the toe area 10.
  • that magnetic head is attached in the area that acts on the vegetative nervous system according to the acupressure theory and thus stimulates the internal organs.
  • additional print heads 3 are also possible to arrange additional print heads 3.
  • each magnetic head 3 there is a circular courtyard 4, which is designed without knobs.
  • the diameter of the dimpled yard 4 is 2 to 3 cm, but preferably 2.5 cm. This size has proven particularly useful, since it creates a sufficiently large area to absorb pressure, but on the other hand, the size does not lead to increased sweating.
  • the base plate 1 is thickened. This thickening 5 is dimensioned so that it approximately corresponds to the height of the base plate plus knob 2. In other words, the base plate 1 is raised to the level of the knobs 2 in the region of the thickening 5.
  • the magnetic head 3 is arranged centrally in this thickening 5.
  • This can, for example, be vulcanized or injected directly into the insole, or it can also be releasably connected to it.
  • the latter solution is shown in the preferred embodiment. This is done by arranging a pocket-shaped receiving opening 6 in the thickening 3.
  • the magnetic head 3 which is shown on its own in FIG. 3, is designed to be rotationally symmetrical. It has a lenticular elevation 31 and a base plate 32 connected to it in one piece, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the lenticular elevation 31. A circumferential collar 33 projects from the side. The magnetic head 3 can be buttoned into the pocket-shaped receiving opening 6 by means of this collar 33.
  • the detachable connection of the print heads 3 to the insole is preferred because they can be removed from the insole and the insole can be cleaned, for example in a washing machine, without damaging the magnetized print heads.
  • the base plate 1 Between the knobs 2 there are a large number in the base plate 1 from breathing openings 9 attached. This ensures that the breathing openings 9 are not closed by the sole of the user's foot. In principle, one will preferably provide at least as many breathing openings as knobs 2. However, the breathability is increased if a plurality of breathing openings 9 are arranged around each knob 2. The size of the breathing openings 9 is dimensioned such that the insole which compresses the knobs 2 and the base plate 1 cannot be pressed under the pressure of the user.
  • the depth of the pocket-shaped receiving openings is advantageous to be greater than the thickness of the foot plate 32 of the print heads 3.
  • An intermediate space remains underneath, which can be filled with a cushion material 8.
  • the cushioning material will preferably be of a lower hardness than the material of the base plate and the knobs. This leads to better compressibility.
  • the insole according to the invention can be inserted without problems in all commercially available shoes and sandals, boots and hiking shoes as well as sports shoes.
  • the low overall height of the insole according to the invention also allows the same to be used in elegant women's shoes.
  • the desired effect namely a massage and an acupressure, remains completely intact.
  • the improved air circulation reduces perspiration.
  • knobs 2 still have a sufficient massage effect despite the considerably reduced height, it is advantageous if the knobs have an approximately conical cross-sectional shape in cross section. On the one hand, this increases the air circulation spaces and, on the other hand, the specific pressure in the support area is increased.
  • the base plate only has a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm in the pimpled area and the maximum pimple height is 2 mm, the total thickness of the insole is kept so small that it can really be worn in any footwear.
  • a textile fabric can be embedded in the plate, which is made of plastic or vulcanized rubber, for reinforcement.
