Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour broyer et mélanger un produit (4) à l'aide d'une lame rotative (12) qui est apte à être introduite dans l'espace de travail (2) d'un récipient de broyage (3), caractérisé en ce que le volume de l'espace de travail (2) du récipient de broyage (3) est réduit par son côté supérieur, pendant le broyage et le mélange, et en ce que la lame rotative (12) est en même temps abaissée de haut en bas.
  2. Dispositif pour broyer et mélanger un produit (4) à l'aide d'une lame (12) qui tourne dans un espace de travail (2) d'un récipient de broyage (3), comportant un mécanisme (13, 17) pour réduire l'espace de travail (2) pendant le broyage et le mélange du produit, lequel mécanisme (13, 17) est apte à être pressé contre le produit (4), la lame (12) étant disposée sur un arbre rotatif (11) de manière à pouvoir être abaissée dans le récipient de broyage (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de l'espace de travail est définie dans le sens radial par l'arbre rotatif, d'une part, et par la paroi intérieure du récipient de broyage, d'autre part, et en ce que la zone de coupe de la lame dans l'espace de travail s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur, à partir de l'arbre rotatif, moyennant quoi le produit peut être maintenu dans la zone de coupe de la lame (12) grâce au mécanisme (13, 17) prévu pour réduire l'espace de travail.

  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme (13, 17) prévu pour réduire l'espace de travail (2) est monté de manière élastique à l'aide d'un dispositif formant ressort (15) de manière à pouvoir être poussé de manière élastique contre le produit (4) lorsqu'il est avancé ou abaissé sur celui-ci, dans une zone de travail apte à être prédéfinie.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre rotatif (11) et le dispositif formant ressort (15) sont fixés à une attache commune (10) et sont aptes à être abaissés avec celle-ci dans le récipient de broyage (3).
