Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bandumreifungsvorrichtung mit einem das Packstück schleifenförmig umgebenden Kanal an den eine Verschließ-, Zuführ- und Spanneinrichtung angebaut sind, die von einem Elektromotor angetrieben werden, wobei bei der Zuführeinrichtung die Drehrichtung des antreibenden Elektromotors umschaltbar ist und die Zuführeinrichtung aus mindestens 2 Rädern besteht, die von entgegengesetzten Seiten mit federndem Druck am Band anliegen und zwischen der Zuführeinrichtung und dem schleifenförmigen Kanal sich ein Spannrad befindet, das von einer Führung auf einem Teil des Umfanges des Spannrades unter Belassung eines kleinen Zwischenraumes umgeben ist und diese Führung an ihrem einen Ende in den schleifenförmigen Kanal einmündet.The invention relates to a strapping device with a channel surrounding the package in a loop, to which a closing, feeding and tensioning device are attached, which are driven by an electric motor, the direction of rotation of the driving electric motor being switchable in the feeding device and the feeding device comprising at least 2 wheels consists of resilient pressure on the belt from opposite sides and between the feed device and the loop-shaped channel there is a tensioning wheel, which is surrounded by a guide on part of the circumference of the tensioning wheel while leaving a small space and this guide at one end opens into the loop-shaped channel.

Es reicht nicht aus, wenn durch den Endschalter die Stromzufuhr zum Motor der Zuführeinrichtung abgeschaltet wird, weil der Motor noch nachläuft und weiteres Band fördert, das sich im Kanal verklemmt. Aus diesen Grund wird der Motor durch den Endschalter abgeschaltet und zusätzlich durch eine Magnetkupplung mechanisch von den Rädern der Zuführeinrichtung getrennt. Es ist von Nachteil, daß durch den Aufprall des Anfanges des Bandes gegen den Endschalter das Band leicht verbogen werden kann. Außerdem nutzt sich die Magnetkupplung ab. Sie muß nach einer bestimmten Betriebsdauer überholt werden. Das Band 1 wird von der Vorratsrolle 2 abgezogen. Der Anfang wird in den Kanal 3 per Hand eingeführt und solange eingeschoben, bis die Berührungslinie 4 der Räder 5 und 6 erreicht wird. Das Rad 5 wird durch eine nicht gezeichnete Feder mit geringer Kraft gegen das Rad 6 gedrückt. Es wird mindestens eines der Räder 5 und 6 angetrieben, wodurch der Anfang des Bandes 1 in die Führung 7 weiter transportiert wird. Beim Verlassen dieser Führung wird der Bandanfang sofort von einem Rad 8 und der Führung 9 aufgenommen und bis in den eine geschlossene Schleife bildenden Kanal 10, der das Packstück 11 umgibt, hineingeführt. Es ist in der Fig. 1 durch eine Linie der Verlauf des eine geschlossene Schleife bildenden Kanals eingezeichnet. Der Pfeil 12 zeigt die Richtung an, in der der Anfang des Bandes 1 beim Füllen des Kanals 10 bewegt wird.The

Diese Meldung bewirkt, daß die Frequenz für den Speisestrom des Motors 16 der Zuführvorrichtung erheblich vermindert wird. Außerdem wird jetzt ein Wegmeßgerät eingeschaltet. Dieses besteht aus der Lichtschranke 17, deren Lichtstrahl durch mehrere auf einer Kreislinie liegende Bohrungen 18 des Rades 6 hindurchscheint. Bei jedem Weiterdrehen des Rades 6 um die zwischen den Bohrungen liegende Strecke wird ein elektrischer Impuls an den Computer 15 gegeben. Eine sehr viel kleinere Unterteilung der Strecken wird erreicht, wenn anstelle der Bohrungen die Lücken zwischen einem Antriebszahnrad des Antriebes der Zuführeinrichtung genommen werden.Passing the beginning of the

Jetzt schaltet der Computer 15 bei Erreichen des bestimmten Wertes den Motor 19 der Spanneinrichtung ein und vermindert den Strom für den Motor 16 der Zuführeinrichtung. Das Band 1 wird solange gespannt bis eine vorher eingestellte, gewünschte Spannung im Band 1 erreicht ist. Die jeweils notwendige Höhe der Spannung ist je nach Packstück 11 verschieden und wird vom Bedienungspersonal eingegeben.
