Es ist bei Spinnereivorbereitungsmaschinen bekannt, dass die Arbeitselemente, wie Ausscheidemesser, Festkardierelemente oder dergleichen, direkt auf dem Maschinengestell befestigt werden und mit Einstellmitteln, wie exzentrisch gelagerten Scheiben, Schlitzen, Unterlagsscheiben oder dergleichen bezüglich einer drehenden Walze auf den richtigen Abstand eingestellt werden. Diese Erkenntnis hat den Erfinder dazu veranlasst, nach neuen Mitteln zu suchen, um die Arbeitselemente präziser bezüglich der Walzen anordnen zu können. Eine passgenaue Befestigung des Arbeitselementes auf den Lagerbuchsen der drehenden Walzen hat neben dem Vorteil, dass nunmehr weniger Bauteile benötigt sind, auch den unter anderem enormen Vorteil, dass mit wesentlich weniger Arbeitsaufwand - d.h. mit viel weniger Einstellarbeiten - eine Textilmaschine gefertigt werden kann.Because of the manufacturing tolerances, it has previously been considered necessary to set the prescribed working distances by means of adjusting means such as washers, slots, screws, etc. only during assembly. In Figur 1 ist eine faserauflösende Walze 1 - hier Briseurwalze - gezeigt, wobei die Nadeln, Stifte oder Sägezahngarnitur hier nicht sichtbar ist. Die Walze 1 ist mit ihren Wellen 2 in Lagerbuchsen 4 gelagert. Der rechte Teil der Welle 2 ist abgeschnitten dargestellt, da sie weiter mit einem nicht dargestellten Antrieb verbunden ist. Die Achse der Walze 1 ist mit 3 bezeichnet. Rein schematisch ist in der Buchse 4 ein Wälzlager 5 dargestellt, das ein Rollenlager oder ein Nadellager sein kann. In Figur 2 sind dieselben Elemente wie in Figur 1 mit denselben Bezugszeichen dargestellt. Wie aus dieser Figur ersichtlich, ist der Aufsatz 6 im Bereich des Kardierelementes 7 prismatisch ausgebildet, das heisst die Verbindungsflächen mit dem Träger 8 sind übereinstimmend mit den Flächen eines n-eckigen Prismas. Der Träger 8 ist aus einem gezogenen Aluminiumprofil und besitzt Hohlräume 10, damit die Stabilität gewährleistet ist und gleichzeitig die im Betrieb entstehende Wärme genügend abgeleitet werden kann. Auf der linken Seite des Trägers 8 ist ein Ausscheidemesser 11 angeordnet, das mit zwei Inbusschrauben 12 auf dem Träger 8 befestigt ist. Nicht sichtbar sind Schlitze in dem Ausscheidemesser 11, womit die genaue Position der Messerspitze bezüglich der Sägezahngarnitur der Walze 1 eingestellt werden kann. Der Träger 8 ist, wie in Figur 2 ersichtlich, zumindest im Bereich des Aufsatzes 6 ebenfalls prismatisch ausgebildet, wodurch eine genaue Positionierung des Trägers 8 bezüglich des Aufsatzes 6 automatisch erfolgt. Wie ersichtlich aus Figur 2 ist der Aufsatz 6 einstückig mit der Lagerbuchse 4, die üblicherweise aus Gusseisen ausgebildet ist. Es kann jedoch auch sein, dass der Aufsatz 6 ein separates Teil ist, das auf der Lagerbuchse 4 aufgeschraubt ist. Diese Lösung hat aber den Nachteil, dass dadurch ein weniger genauer Abstand der Arbeitselemente bezüglich der Walze möglich ist, da die Schraubverbindung weitere Toleranzen mit sich bringt. Die ohne Einstellung erforderliche Genauigkeit kann bei der gezeigten Ausführung deshalb erreicht werden, weil die Auflage der Kämmeinsätze oder Kämmelemente 9 genau in derselben oder in einer genau dazu parallelen Ebene liegt wie die Auflage des Trägers 8 auf den Lagerbuchsen 4. Für eine solche Genauigkeit ist es nicht unbedingt notwendig, dass die Flächen des Aufsatzes 6 mindestens teilweise prismatisch ausgebildet sind, sondern es könnten auch Ausnehmungen in dem Träger 8 vorgesehen sein. Diese Ausnehmungen können beispielsweise eckige Hohlkehlen sein, wozu auf dem Aufsatz 6 kongruente Elemente vorgesehen sind. Jedoch wird die prismatische Ausbildung wegen der Einfachheit der Lösung bevorzugt. Der Aufsatz 6 könnte jedoch auch auf dem Träger 8 und dementsprechende Einschliffe auf der Lagerbuchse 4 vorgesehen sein, um die vorgenannte Bedingung zu erfüllen.In Figure 2, the same elements as in Figure 1 are shown with the same reference numerals. Claims (9)

  1. An apparatus for attaching working elements, in particular a fixed carding element (7), with respect to a rotating fibre-opening roller (1), characterized in that the working element (7) is attached on the bearing bushes (4) of the roller (1) by means of a cap (6) encompassing at least partially the bearing bush in such a way that the position of the working element with respect to the roller is determined exactly.
  2. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the cap (6) is made in one piece either with the bearing bush (4) or the working element (7).
  3. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cap (6) is attached by means of surfaces either to the bearing bush (4) or to the working element (7).
  4. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the cap (6) is arranged at least partially prismatically.
  5. An apparatus as claimed in claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the working element (6) comprises a fixed carding element consisting of a carrier (8) and at least one combing insert (9).
  6. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3 and 5, characterized in that the caps (6) are attached by means of bearing surfaces to the bearing bushes (4) and that the bearing surface of the combing insert (9) lies in the same plane as does the bearing surface of the carrier (8) on the bearing bushes (4) or in a plane exactly parallel to the same.
  7. An apparatus as claimed in claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the carrier (8) is made of a profile with hollow chambers (10).
  8. An apparatus as claimed in claim 5,6 or 7, characterized in that a separating knife (11) is also attached to the carrier (8), with the exact position of the tip of the knife being adjustable with respect to the roller (1).
  9. An apparatus as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the roller (1) is the licker-in of a card.
