Definitions
- the invention relates to a feeder of a paper sheet processing machine.
- Investors of paper sheet processing machines are known, in which paper is picked up from the stack and raised / then transferred to further subordinate funds, which promote the paper sheets in paper processing units, for example printing units of a printing press, with the help of lifting suction devices. It is important that the suction cups remain in the raised position until the bottom edge of the sheet of paper taken over has been removed from the range of motion of the suction cups. Then the suction cups are lowered again as quickly as possible to pick up the next sheet of paper.
- Mechanical locking devices are known in which the lifting suction device remains secured above the sheet of paper and is moved downwards after the locking device has been released. Such mechanically complex locking systems are too slow, especially with tendon-running machines.
- the production and especially the release of the lock takes a very long time, so that the next sheet of paper can only be lifted late, which considerably reduces the printing speed. If the locking mechanism is released earlier, the lifting suction device may touch the rear edge of the sheet, as a result of which it can be damaged or the paper sheets can be torn from the subsequent conveying means or at least shifted in their position. The danger exists particularly with drag vacuums as subsequent funding.
- a proposal for a solution for simply brief stopping of lifting vacuums is known from DD PS 2 93 562 A5.
- the vacuum cleaner is connected to an additional suction line in the suction head by means of suction air, which is on a flat contact surface of the vacuum cleaner acts from above, held in the raised position.
- suction air of this additional suction line is interrupted, the vacuum cleaner can be quickly lowered in the usual way to take over the following paper sheet.
- the proposed suction lifter is very complex, complicated and expensive due to the additional suction line and suction control.
- the holding surface is nasal-shaped, so that rotation of the suction device, as is often desired in operation, is not possible without restricting the fast-reacting holding mechanism.
- the pneumatic forces have to be matched very precisely to the weight of the vacuum cleaner.
- the invention is based on the problem of creating a further, simple, reactive holding device on the lifting suction device that can be quickly resolved in its effect.
- the lifting suction device is subject to a force potential which acts permanently downwards for the sheet take-up.
- This permanent force potential enables the lifting vacuum to be lowered quickly after the lifting vacuum is released by the holding means.
- the lifting suction device can simply be placed on the mechanical means against the force effect of the force potential of the lifting suction device, which accelerates the suction device downward be held back.
- the pneumatically controllable actuation means enable the driving force that counteracts the second force potential to be assembled and disassembled quickly. It is thus possible to use simple means to create a responsive holding mechanism for the lifting vacuum in its raised position.
- the size of the pneumatic forces, as in the DD-29 35 62 A5, does not have to be fine-tuned to the weight of the vacuum cleaner.
- the pneumatic control can be made simpler. Required lines can be provided outside the direct suction area. Incorrect air that interferes with sheet transport can be avoided with closed pneumatic circuits, and better shielded with pneumatic circuits with blown air or drinking air that are not directed directly at the vacuum cleaner.
- jpruch 5 The feature of the preferred embodiment of jpruch 5 is particularly advantageous.
- the direct connection of the displaceably mounted pin to the piston of a pneumatic cylinder enables the pin to be assembled and disassembled quickly against the second force potential driving force. Mechanical reactivities are minimized.
- the closed pneumatic cylinder enables all pneumatic problems to be avoided by the pneumatic system.
- a further embodiment represents the feature of claim 6. This system enables a responsive mounting, in particular when space is limited.
- claim 7 represent preferred embodiments of the second force potential and the force means driving the mechanical means on the pivotably mounted hook.
- the feature of claim 8 represents a particularly simple, particularly responsive embodiment of the hook, especially when the spring element is applied.
- FIG. 2 is a top view of two exemplified mi ttensymetri see suction units of a suction head of a sheet-fed printing machine
- FIG. 3 lifting suction device in a sectional view according to section III-III of Fig. 1, wherein
- FIG. 4 Hubsaugereinri device according to FIG. 3b with a twisted suction device
- lifting suction units 1 are fastened in a known manner to a traverse 2 which is mounted transversely to the sheet conveying direction of a sheet-fed printing machine above the feed pile (not shown) and is fastened in a suction head (not shown).
- the suction unit 1 have a guide cylinder 4 in a known manner, which is attached to the cross member 2.
- a lifting suction device 5 is mounted in a known manner downwards in the direction of the stack.
- a suction nozzle 3 of the guide cylinder 4 is acted upon with suction air in a known manner.
- the cylinder chamber 15 of the suction lifter 5 and the nozzles 6 are also acted upon with suction air in a known manner.
- the lifting suction device 5 is raised against the action of the spring 16.
- the lifting suction device 5 is raised from its position in FIG. 3a to a raised position according to FIG. 3b.
- the lifting suction device 5 has on its upper edge a retaining projection 13 formed over the entire circumference of the lifting suction device 5. The stroke is limited upwards by striking the shoulder 13 and downwards by a guide spring 14.
- Hubsaugerensungsri device attached a pneumatic cylinder 8, the piston rod of the piston 11 is formed as a pin 10 is.
- the pneumatic cylinder 8 is pressurized with compressed air in a known manner via pneumatic lines 9.
- the pneumatic cylinder As soon as the suction device 5 has been raised to its upper position, the pneumatic cylinder is pressurized with compressed air, the guide pin 10 engages from a position outside the suction device movement range, as shown in FIG. 3, into a position within the suction device movement area, as in FIG Fig. 3b is shown.
- the pneumatic cylinder is positioned so that the pin 10 engages directly below the retaining lug 13 in the stroke range.
- the pneumatic circuit for the pneumatic cylinder 8 is vented in a known manner.
- a lifting suction device 5 can be rotated in a known manner around the lifting suction device movement axis in a known manner, in a manner which is not normally perpendicular to the plane of movement of the lifting suction device and which is the receiving plane 17 of the lip 7 of the lifting suction device 5. 4 shows, can also a secure, responsive hold can be made possible when the receiving plane is rotated.
- a hook finger being designed as a holder.
- simple blown air which acts, for example, on a further lever hook arm above the articulation point
- the hook finger could be pivoted with the holding surface into the lifting suction movement area below the holding projection 13 and held there. After the blowing effect had ended, the hook could be pivoted back from a holding position to outside the lifting suction movement range due to the weight of the hook, reinforced by a resetting spring.
- Suction air could also be used instead of the blown air. Blown air and suction air could be shielded with simple sheets above the range of the vacuum cleaner movement. It is also conceivable to design the hook as a leaf spring. Due to its low weight, this would be particularly easy to control with blown air and suction air. The resilient spring force can be used to release the holding effect, if necessary also pre-tensioned.
