Definitions
- the invention relates to a dormer consisting of a Front wall, two side walls and a roof, the front wall and possibly also the side walls and that Include roof windows.
- Such dormers can be prefabricated and then placed on the roof in the assembled one-piece state will.
- the dormer windows can be set up on site and be assembled.
- a prefabricated and finally attachable to the roof Dormer is from the German company name "WANIT-Fertiggauben, the crown of roof living comfort ", Wanit GmbH, 4690 Herne, issued at the "Bau 88" trade fair in Kunststoff, January 1988, known.
- the roof and two wall parts existing dormer are both the roof part and the prefabricated both wall parts from a sandwich panel, the consists of a dimensionally stable insulating layer, one of which Flat side with a relatively rigid support layer and its other flat side is connected to a cover layer.
- a prefabricated dormer, which can also be fitted in one piece, that of an outer shell made of fiber-reinforced plastic and a thermal barrier coating is from DE-U-87 13 597 known.
- the outer shell is on the inside with laminated carriers with a sandwich structure Mistake.
- a dormer according to the preamble of claim 1 is already known from FR-A-2 351 223.
- the object of the present invention is to close a dormer window create that can be assembled easily and quickly, stable which can be aligned especially during assembly, so loft bumps or differences from not parallel roof beams can be compensated and a exact alignment of the dormer window according to local conditions such as for example roof tile finishes is possible.
- the Dormer is supposed to be attached to a given one with little effort Roof structure to be adaptable.
- the support frame exists - apart from the or the Cross struts - from at least two frame parts, each of which is an adjustable length Has support frame.
- the individual frame parts can be factory-made be pre-assembled.
- Using the two adjustable length Support frames can on the one hand compensate for unevenness in the attic will.
- the entire dormer height be determined. If necessary, different means long or length-adjustable cross member differences of not exactly parallel to each other Roof beams are balanced. It is different through long cross members also possible the total depth of the Define dormer so that the front is essentially with the row of roof tiles that can be connected to the dormer window completes.
- the dormer can be used the length-adjustable support frames both in the direction at least slightly in the front and in both directions - For example, areas of 150 mm - are moved, so that an exact or desired horizontal and vertical alignment the dormer is possible.
- a length-adjustable element is already known from BE-A-457 626.
- the dormer window is easy and quick to assemble, first being a factory-made and if necessary, the front of the window and roller blinds on the load-bearing Building roof elements is attached, after which various individual elements such as cross members, side elements or side windows are arranged or used.
- the length adjustability the support frame is achieved in that it as Hollow profile, preferably as an aluminum hollow profile, with an inner profile on the bottom, in particular a rectangular one or C-shaped profile, telescopic is held.
- Hollow profile preferably as an aluminum hollow profile
- inner profile on the bottom in particular a rectangular one or C-shaped profile
- telescopic is held.
- the inner profiles of the support frames are preferably over Mounting flanges or a base plate in the attic of the Building attached, so that a firm hold of the support frame and thus also the dormer window is ensured.
- the cross members each also as a hollow profile, preferably an aluminum hollow profile, trained, one over the entire length of the same Reinforcement profile can be inserted and anchored. Since that The aforementioned outer hollow profile is often sufficient Buckling stiffness, but not sufficient bending stiffness has such a stiffening to a To prevent deflection of the cross member. This is particularly so important if the roof rests on the cross beams and is carried by them.
- the reinforcement profile is at the free end of the Cross member over this and is used for attachment to load-bearing Construction elements of the building roof. It is there possible, the reinforcement profile manufacturer with a certain length over the free end of the cross member if necessary to be slidably projecting, with a sliding area of 150 mm is sufficient in most cases. When building of the support frame, the length of the cross member is then on shortened the desired dimension. Alternatively, it is possible to use the reinforcement profile To be arranged telescopically in the cross member. In both cases, the positive connections between cross member and reinforcement profile Screwing screws into drill holes provided at the factory made in the cross member.
- the two support frames - especially at the factory - Through an upper and a lower cross strut via corner connectors connected with each other.
- the lower cross strut replaces it usually in the building roof between the rafters arranged wood change.
- the dormer construction thus at least replaces part of the previous building roof construction Avoidance of the need for a separate timber change construction, with a particularly stable dormer window is achieved. Ensure the upper and lower cross struts in addition, easy attachment and installation of the Front window.
- Triangular windows or side panels can be used as side walls without windows, which are preferably made of insulated sandwich panels exist, are used.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment is defined by that the dormer roof on the support frame, in particular the cross members of the same and the support frame itself on load-bearing Construction elements of the building roof using elongated holes having angle is attachable.
- the dormer roof on the support frame in particular the cross members of the same and the support frame itself on load-bearing Construction elements of the building roof using elongated holes having angle is attachable.
- the roof in small Areas are tilted forward so that the rainwater can run better.
- the outer Profiles for the support frame and / or the cross strut and / or the cross member formed as an approximately L-shaped hollow profiles.
- the L-shaped hollow profile and the insulating and Compensating element a rectangular cross-section, the aforementioned unit over its entire Length has an unchanged width. Is unproblematic thus an attachment of elements adjacent to the support frame to the inside of the L-shaped hollow profile.
- the L-shaped one Hollow profile in two by a partition from each other divided hollow sections. In addition to better thermal insulation this also results in good stability properties for the L-shaped hollow profile and thus the support frame.
- Expansion joint covers are on the L-shaped hollow profile or integral with it in continuation the lateral boundary on the outside on two diagonally opposite edges in the axial direction
- Expansion joint covers provided. These cover the butt line or the space between the L-shaped hollow profile and an adjacent construction element, for example a window. Also by arranging such expansion joint covers water and air can enter the Gaps between the support frame and dormers prevented will.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dormer consisting of a Front wall, two side walls and a roof, the front wall and possibly also the side walls and that Include roof windows.
Such dormers can be prefabricated and then placed on the roof in the assembled one-piece state will. On the other hand, the dormer windows can be set up on site and be assembled.
A prefabricated and finally attachable to the roof Dormer is from the German company name "WANIT-Fertiggauben, the crown of roof living comfort ", Wanit GmbH, 4690 Herne, issued at the "Bau 88" trade fair in Munich, January 1988, known. In the case of a roof and two wall parts existing dormer are both the roof part and the prefabricated both wall parts from a sandwich panel, the consists of a dimensionally stable insulating layer, one of which Flat side with a relatively rigid support layer and its other flat side is connected to a cover layer.
A prefabricated dormer, which can also be fitted in one piece, that of an outer shell made of fiber-reinforced plastic and a thermal barrier coating is from DE-U-87 13 597 known. The outer shell is on the inside with laminated carriers with a sandwich structure Mistake.
Disadvantageous with such prefabricated and as a whole the roof or the roof beams are attachable dormer windows, that they have to be prefabricated very precisely. An afterthought Change in inaccurate execution is not more is possible. Furthermore, the entire weight of the dormer are picked up by the bars, which is the case of weakly designed Roof beams can be problematic.
An example of a dormer that can be assembled on site two side parts sitting on roof beams and a roof exists, which is connected to the side walls via grooves and tongues is known from DE-A-35 08 581. Means External cladding becomes the tongue and groove joint protected.
A dormer according to the preamble of
With such a dormer it is problematic that a possible incorrect cutting of the side parts Correction is no longer possible, so that one is not exact aligned dormer can arise or in extreme cases new side part must be cut. Most of all is one such dormer only with great effort to a given Adaptable roof construction.
The object of the present invention is to close a dormer window create that can be assembled easily and quickly, stable which can be aligned especially during assembly, so loft bumps or differences from not parallel roof beams can be compensated and a exact alignment of the dormer window according to local conditions such as for example roof tile finishes is possible. The Dormer is supposed to be attached to a given one with little effort Roof structure to be adaptable.
This task with a dormer of the type mentioned
is by the in the characterizing part of
The support frame exists - apart from the or the Cross struts - from at least two frame parts, each of which is an adjustable length Has support frame. The individual frame parts can be factory-made be pre-assembled. Using the two adjustable length Support frames can on the one hand compensate for unevenness in the attic will. On the other hand, the entire dormer height be determined. If necessary, different means long or length-adjustable cross member differences of not exactly parallel to each other Roof beams are balanced. It is different through long cross members also possible the total depth of the Define dormer so that the front is essentially with the row of roof tiles that can be connected to the dormer window completes. In addition, the dormer can be used the length-adjustable support frames both in the direction at least slightly in the front and in both directions - For example, areas of 150 mm - are moved, so that an exact or desired horizontal and vertical alignment the dormer is possible. In the case of roof grilles, a length-adjustable element is already known from BE-A-457 626.
Furthermore, the dormer window is easy and quick to assemble, first being a factory-made and if necessary, the front of the window and roller blinds on the load-bearing Building roof elements is attached, after which various individual elements such as cross members, side elements or side windows are arranged or used.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the length adjustability the support frame is achieved in that it as Hollow profile, preferably as an aluminum hollow profile, with an inner profile on the bottom, in particular a rectangular one or C-shaped profile, telescopic is held. With this construction, one is extreme simple and inexpensive construction option for a adjustable support frame specified.
The inner profiles of the support frames are preferably over Mounting flanges or a base plate in the attic of the Building attached, so that a firm hold of the support frame and thus also the dormer window is ensured.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the cross members each also as a hollow profile, preferably an aluminum hollow profile, trained, one over the entire length of the same Reinforcement profile can be inserted and anchored. Since that The aforementioned outer hollow profile is often sufficient Buckling stiffness, but not sufficient bending stiffness has such a stiffening to a To prevent deflection of the cross member. This is particularly so important if the roof rests on the cross beams and is carried by them.
Preferably, the reinforcement profile is at the free end of the Cross member over this and is used for attachment to load-bearing Construction elements of the building roof.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention the two support frames - especially at the factory - Through an upper and a lower cross strut via corner connectors connected with each other. The lower cross strut replaces it usually in the building roof between the rafters arranged wood change. Possibly. is also an upper one, rear cross strut, especially one for stiffening the building roof serving square tube, provided that also can replace the wood change and, if necessary, accommodate the rafters can. The dormer construction thus at least replaces part of the previous building roof construction Avoidance of the need for a separate timber change construction, with a particularly stable dormer window is achieved. Ensure the upper and lower cross struts in addition, easy attachment and installation of the Front window. When arranging a roller shutter box, in particular a mini roller shutter box, this is between the the upper part of the window frame and the upper cross strut. If the dormer roof is from the upper cross strut should be worn, this can be just like the cross beams Include hollow profile into which a reinforcing profile is inserted can be anchored. The assembly is particularly designed then very easily if the individual support frame elements and the window or roller shutter by screws, in particular self-tapping screws. This is on the one hand a dismantling of the dormer and others a subsequent exchange of individual elements possible.
It is still a multiple coupling, namely a side-by-side connection of individual dormers possible, whereby each Adjacent adjacent front sides of the individual dormer windows. Side walls are then only on the two outermost dormers necessary.
Triangular windows or side panels can be used as side walls without windows, which are preferably made of insulated sandwich panels exist, are used.
A particularly advantageous embodiment is defined by that the dormer roof on the support frame, in particular the cross members of the same and the support frame itself on load-bearing Construction elements of the building roof using elongated holes having angle is attachable. By the possible slight displacement of the fastening screws in The elongated holes, for example, the roof in small Areas are tilted forward so that the rainwater can run better. Furthermore, it is also possible temporarily fix the support frame to the roof beam, or pin, and then, if necessary, slight shifts and an adjustment of the support frame both in To be able to make horizontal as well as vertical.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the outer Profiles for the support frame and / or the cross strut and / or the cross member formed as an approximately L-shaped hollow profiles. There is a parallel on the inside of the shorter leg insulating and sliding to the longer leg Compensation element arranged. This element represents a sure that in the area of support frames and cross members no cold bridges between the outside environment and the interior the dormer arise. Other measures can also help Thermal insulation property of the support frame and thus the dormer window be secured overall. On the other hand, the Optimal displacement of the insulating and compensating element Adjustment of support frames and adjacent window elements, even if both elements are misaligned no direct route from the outside environment to the interior of the Dormer window is created by the wind and water in the interior the dormer could reach.
Preferably, the L-shaped hollow profile and the insulating and Compensating element a rectangular cross-section, the aforementioned unit over its entire Length has an unchanged width. Is unproblematic thus an attachment of elements adjacent to the support frame to the inside of the L-shaped hollow profile.
In addition, it is possible on the inside when assembled lying narrow side of the long leg of the L-shaped To arrange another insulating element. Thereby will avoid cold bridges between the hollow profile and the adjoining dormer window element. It is particularly advantageous if the insulating and compensating element as well as the additional insulating element Corner insulation on the inside of the L-shaped hollow profile form. This makes the degree of thermal insulation significant elevated.
For better heat insulation, this is particularly made of PVC existing insulation and compensation element or additional Isolating element hollow chambers. Preferably, the L-shaped one Hollow profile in two by a partition from each other divided hollow sections. In addition to better thermal insulation this also results in good stability properties for the L-shaped hollow profile and thus the support frame.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, are on the L-shaped hollow profile or integral with it in continuation the lateral boundary on the outside on two diagonally opposite edges in the axial direction Expansion joint covers provided. These cover the butt line or the space between the L-shaped hollow profile and an adjacent construction element, for example a window. Also by arranging such expansion joint covers water and air can enter the Gaps between the support frame and dormers prevented will. Among other things, the expansion joint cover also aligning elements adjoining the support frame, for example a window.
It is also advantageous if the support frames are about halfway through Height and below the lower cross member in at least two Components can be dismantled. With that you can partially long support frames or, if necessary, the factory-made Front wall of the dormer window during transport and in narrow local areas Handle the circumstances easily.

Dachgaube 7 sind.1 shows the front of a
Each

erfolgt vorzugsweise mittels gewindeschneidender
Schrauben, die in vorgefertigte Schraubkanäle eingedreht werden
(Bezugsziffer 164). The cross struts 16, 18 and the
That between the two cross struts 16 and 18 and the two

On the
In Figure 2 is at the upper end of the
The
entspricht. Das Dreieckfenster wird durch gewindeschneidende
und sich durch das Zwischenprofil 39 erstreckende
Schrauben am Querträger 37 und ebenfalls mittels gewindeschneidender
Schrauben am Stützzargenprofil 12, 14 befestigt. The diagonal frame part of the

kommenden Bodenplatten 34 gegenseitig behindern. Auch werden
durch diese Anordnung Beschädigungen im Wohnraumfußboden vermieden. As can be seen in Figures 21 to 23, the

In Figure 6 is a sectional view through the
Jeder

126 definiert, gegenüberliegenden Seite des langen
Schenkels des L-förmigen Hohlprofils 78 ist eine Auflageleiste
240 vorgesehen. Diese erstreckt sich parallel und beabstandet
zum leistenartigen Vorsprung 128 und ist in Verlängerung
einer Seitenwand des L-förmigen Hohlprofils 78 ausgebildet. On the inside of the shorter leg of the L-shaped

On the inside of the longer leg of the L-shaped

wirken die Hohlkammern 102 im Isolierelement 210.A part of the insulating
The isolating and compensating

Overall, the insulating

The insulating and compensating

Dichtungselement 96 angeordnet. Die dem Diagonalfensterrahmen
zugeordnete Dehnfugenabdeckung 70 überbrückt die
Stoßlinie beider Elemente, also der Stützzarge 12 bzw. 14 einerseits
Dehnfugenabdeckung 70 besitzt also eine Mehrfachfunktion.
angrenzenden Elementen. Zum anderen verhindert sie ein Eindringen
von Wind und Wasser in die Dachgaubenkonstruktion. As can be seen in FIG. 6, it borders on one of the two

auch Fig. 9).Since the insulating and compensating
Mittels
weiterer gewindeschneidender Schrauben 50 wird der Fensterrahmen

L-förmigen Hohlprofil 78 befestigt. To the insulating and compensating

As material for the outer, i.e. L-shaped
For this purpose, the
aufgeklebt. The
Between the sealing
Immediately on the insulating and compensating

Montage ganz erheblich erleichtert. In Figure 8 is a section through the frame of the

In Figure 9 is a section along the line IX - IX of Figure

Inside the L-shaped

It can also be seen from Figure 9 that the

Schrauben verbunden. The section shown in Figure 10 is compared to that in Figure

Another alternative is shown in Fig. 11b. Here

The fact that the L-shaped

The

zweier aneinandergesetzter, vorgenannt beschriebener Dachgaubenvorderseiten
Schrauben an den Fensterrahmen befestigt.19 is a partial section through a front of a

Of course it is possible with the aforementioned construction to string together a large number of dormer windows so as to obtain an overall dormer structure whose Width multiple of the width of a single dormer corresponds.
Trapez ohne Basis entspricht.

From Fig. 18 it can be seen, for example, that it is nevertheless

A flat roof according to FIG. 22 is equally possible. The gable roof shown in Fig. 23 has already been used 1 and 11b explained.
bleibt.
Verbindungselementen, z. B. den oben beschriebenen Verbindungswinkeln
38, eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen Querträger
37 und zugeordneter Stützzarge 12 sicherzustellen. The horizontal leg of the

Weise.
dargestellten vorderen Querstreben 16. Auf diese Weise läßt
sich das Dach 36 maximal nach unten verlegen.26 are those which form the

The aforementioned construction with the connecting

It should also be noted that the roof trusses are preferred from a standard masonry board with the dimensions 4500 x 270 x 5 mm. With this, the trusses for a pent roof, gable roof as well as flat roof or Manufacture the arched roof. In this respect, the desired construction hardly any limits.
