Abstract
Description
The invention relates in particular to a guiding device for elevators Vertical lifts with on a shaft wall using fasteners attached guide rails.
Generally occurs in known guide rail systems for in vertical shafts caused the problem that Unevenness in the wall during rail assembly is particularly carefully considered and balanced by an adjustment mechanism Need to become. With very high shafts, i.e. long guide rails can one place the shaft or a different one Thermal expansion behavior of the guide rails compared to the Shaft wall with rigid connection of the guide rail with the shaft wall for deformation of the rails and deviation from the straightness of the rails.
Finally, in backpack elevators, that generally exists Problem that, due to the off-center suspension of the car and the side guide rails, high horizontal forces introduced into the shaft wall via the rail bracket and have to be removed from it. This requires sufficient Stability of the shaft wall, and the strength requirement lanyards are very high. In addition, the Number of required rail brackets with the car weight and the payload due to the necessary narrower rail bracket distances. These restrictions place the realization of backpack elevators with heavy car and / or high payload in technically cost-effective framework in question.
It is therefore an object of the invention a guide device to enable the type mentioned above, which are insensitive to Uneven walls, regardless of the condition of the shaft wall is and with different thermal expansion of the guide rails against the wall or settlement of the building Warps are experienced, especially for a backpack lift suitable is.
This task is solved according to the requirements. Essential core of the The invention is therefore that the guide device as a self-supporting, is formed in a rigid rail structure that at least two parallel, rigidly connected guide rails and that the fastening members have springs, the rail frame with the shaft wall over the springs connected is.
The advantage of the proposed guiding device is therefore to see that, due to the very rigid, self-supporting Rail scaffolding, by avoiding the otherwise rigid Rail system and the use of springs allows a system which corresponds to that of an elastically bedded carrier. This bears attacking loads due to its inherent rigidity over several connection points.
With a correctly selected combination of rails and Spring stiffness can reduce the number of springs at the same time reduced force transmission into the shaft wall can be reduced.
Since the forces to be transmitted are reduced, the rail bracket can be dimensioned lighter, consequently less expensive are in the manufacture and are due to their lower weight easier to handle. By reducing the number of stirrups also faster assembly due to less alignment work reached.
Of course, the proposed guide device also for conventionally guided and suspended cars use with high dead weight and possible off-center payload, which can be the case with heavy goods lifts.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening members have one fastener on the wall side and one on the rail side Fastener on. Furthermore, are per fastener two spring clips symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the rail provided on both sides of each guide rail, one each wall-side fastening element with the associated rail-side Fastener is connected by two spring clips.
Each spring clip is preferred as at its rail-side end Spring rod bent approximately at right angles, the Spring clip on this rail-side end pivotable on the rail-side fastener articulated and to his other wall-side end firmly with the respective wall-side fastening element connected is.
Furthermore, each rail-side fastening element preferably has a spherical bearing, the articulated part with a rail bracket is connected, which in turn clamped on the guide rail is. The spherical bearing allows a slight pivoting the guide rail around its longitudinal axis. This gimbal Suspension of the guide rails thus enables that Rigid rail scaffolding can also be attached to manhole walls, the layout of which is rectangular or square Shape differs slightly.
Furthermore, each spring bar preferably has on its wall side End up another turn that lies in a plane that closes the plane in which the rail-side bend is perpendicular stands, and each wall-side fastener has an adjustment element around the angle of each spring bar to the longitudinal axis of the rail and to set and close the wall clearance of each guide rail fix.
Each guide rail is designed to be rigid in that it with additional car and counterweight running surface Catch rail and flanges for attaching rail butt connectors, is preferably designed as an aluminum hollow profile.
The parallel guide rails are each at the bottom End by a base support and at the top by a upper suspension bracket and also at defined intervals crossbar provided from each other firmly connected.
At least one deflection roller is preferred with the base support or drive roller integrated and the upper suspension bracket has at least one deflection roller or drive roller.
The base support is preferably mounted on the shaft floor.
