Abstract
Mit einem Verfahren zur Erzeugung metallischer Bauteile mittels der Sintertechnik, insbesondere zur Erzeugung von während des Gebrauches Hitze ausgesetzter Bauteile, wie Deckel von Gasbrennern von Haushalts- und Wirtschaftsherden od. dgl., soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der derartige Bauteile auch bei aufwendigen Gestaltungen leicht herzustellen sind und ein optisches Erscheinungsbild bieten, welches den heutigen Anforderungen entspricht. Bei Gasbrennern ist es bekannt, die Brennerdeckel aus Stahl, Stahlguß, Aluminium oder Messing herzustellen, wobei mehrere Arbeitsschritte notwendig sind. Da derartige Brennerdeckel bei einem Gasherd optisch ganz wesentlich hervortreten, ist man bemüht, die Brennerdeckel sehr glatt zu gestalten, was auch deren Reinigung vereinfacht. Heute besteht immer mehr das Bedürfnis, Brenner im Brenn- bzw. Emmissionsverhalten von Schadstoffen zu optimieren, was zu zum Teil sehr aufwendigen Gestaltungen der einzelnen Brennerelemente, wie Deckel, Brennerring u. dgl., führt.In the case of gas burners, it is known to produce the burner cover from steel, cast steel, aluminum or brass, several steps being necessary. Darüber hinaus ist aus der US-Z Advanced Materials & Processes, Feb. 1992, Seiten 58, 59, das Flammspritzen oxidischer Beschichtungen auf Oberflächen bekannt.
