Claims (17)
- Filamente auf der Basis eines in Aceton löslichen Celluloseacetats eines Polymerisationsgrades (DP) zwischen 110 und 210, einer Zugfestigkeit zwischen 0,9 und 1,2 cN/dtex und einer Dehnung zwischen 10 und 30 %.
- Filamente nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Polymerisationsgrad (DP) zwischen 150 und 180 und insbesondere zwischen 160 und 180 liegt.
- Filamente nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Substitutionsgrad (DS) des Celluloseacetats zwischen 2,2 und 2,7 liegt.
- Filamente nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Substitutionsgrad (DS) des Celluloseacetats zwischen 2,4 und 2,6 und insbesondere zwischen 2,4 und 2,5 liegt.
- Filamente nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Titer zwischen 1 und 14 dtex liegt.
- Filamente nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Titer zwischen 1,5 und 9 dtex liegt.
- Filamente nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein feinteiliges Pigment, insbesondere in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 0,8 Masse-%, enthalten.
- Optisch isotrope Spinnlösung zur Herstellung von Filamenten, die ein in Aceton gelöstes Celluloseacetat eines Polymerisationsgrades (DP) zwischen 110 und 210 und gegebenenfalls weitere Additive enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration des Celluloseacetats in der Spinnlösung 35 bis 47 Masse-% beträgt.
- Spinnlösung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Polymerisationsgrad des Celluloseacetats zwischen 150 und 180 und insbesondere zwischen 160 und 180 liegt.
- Spinnlösung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Substitutionsgrad (DS) des Celluloseacetats zwischen 2,2 und 2,7 liegt.
- Spinnlösung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Substitutionsgrad (DS) des Celluloseacetats zwischen 2,4 und 2,6 und insbesondere zwischen 2,4 und 2,5 liegt.
- Spinnlösung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration des Celluloseacetats im Aceton höchstens 8 Masse-%, insbesondere höchstens 6 Masse-% unterhalb der kritischen Konzentration (c*), gemessen bei Raumtemperatur (etwa 20°C), liegt, bei deren Überschreiten zu einer höheren Konzentration an Cellulose-Acetat die Spinnlösung ohne Einvirkung äußerer Kräfte vom isotropen in den anisotropen Zustand überführt wird.
- Spinnlösung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bis zu etwa 6 Masse-% und insbesondere 2 bis 4 Masse-% Wasser enthält.
- Spinnlösung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein feinteiliges Pigment enthält.
- Spinnlösung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als feinteiliges Pigment ein Weißpigment, insbesondere Titandioxid, enthält.
- Spinnlösung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 0,4 bis 0,8 Masse-%, bezogen auf das Celluloseacetat in der Spinnlösung, feinteiliges Pigment enthält. 17. Verwendung der Spinnlösung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16 zur Herstellung von Filamenten nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 durch übliches Trockenspinnen.
