Description

Einrichtung an HandwerkzeuαmaschinenInstallation on handicraft machines
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention is based on a device. n Hand tool machines according to the preamble of claim 1. DE-U 85 10 262 discloses a tool holder designed as a drill chuck, the rotary driving elements of which are formed by a plurality of gripping segments lying one above the other. The gripping segments have an approximately trapezoidal or circular cross-sectional shape, are curved in profile and merge into curves. The side surfaces of the rotary drivers are therefore uneven ... and are unfavorable for the transmission of a torque relative to the direction of force application.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
The device according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that the rotary drivers are optimally aligned to the requirements for effective torque transmission and also offer the best possible guidance and centering of the drilling tool. The device has the further advantage that, despite the possibility of clamping tool shafts of different thicknesses, the weakening of the tool shank by the rotary drivers is kept as small as possible. Advantageous further developments and improvements of the device specified in claim 1 are possible through the measures listed in the dependent claims. It is particularly advantageous if the rotary drivers have guide sections which are at a distance of 4, 5 or approximately 6 mm from the central axis of the receiving bore. This means that tools with 8, 10 or 12 mm shanks can be optimally guided, which ensures excellent concentricity. The arrangement of locking bodies in the area of the rotary drivers is also particularly advantageous. As a result, a weakening of the tool shank is kept within narrow limits. Elastic, resiliently mounted locking bodies automatically withdraw when a tool is inserted and subsequently snap into the axial locking grooves of the tool. This increases the ease of use. If the axial locking bodies engage in the receiving bore to different extents depending on the shank diameter of the tool used, this can advantageously be used to scan the diameter of the drilling tool and the speed can be set accordingly. ZeichnungTools according to claims 7 ff have the particular advantage that not a unitary shank is required, but depending on the diameter of the tool head, thinner and thicker tool shanks can be inserted into the same tool holder. Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the description below. Figure 1 shows a device on hand-held power tools in cross-section with an inserted tool shaft of small diameter. Figures 2 and 3 show the same device with different sized tool shanks. FIG. 4 shows a device with two rotary drivers in a further exemplary embodiment. FIG. 5 shows a longitudinal section through a tool holder according to FIG. 2.
Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
Die Aufnahmebohrung 12 hat einen Durchmesser von 12 mm.The device according to the invention essentially consists of a tool holder 10 and a tool 22 held therein. A basic body 11 with a receiving bore 12 is shown in section of the tool holder 10. In the first exemplary embodiment, three uniformly designed immovable rotary drivers 14 protrude into the receiving bore 12. The rotary drivers 14 are of stepped design, with plane flank portions 16 which run radially with respect to a central axis 15 of the tool holder 10 alternating with guide sections 17 which are cylindrical in the circumferential direction and have an antelike shape. The receiving bore 12 itself also acts as a guide section. The stepped design of the rotary driver 14 is selected so that the guide sections 17 are located coaxially to the central axis 15 on a cylinder jacket surface with a diameter of 6, 8 and 10 mm. The receiving bore 12 has a diameter of 12 mm.
The rotary drivers 14 extend along the receiving bore 12 over a certain distance. Approximately in the middle of this distance, the rotary drivers 14 are penetrated by an opening 19 which if the base body 11 penetrates. Locking bodies 20 are inserted into the openings 19, which project beyond the projection surface of the rotary drivers 14 by a certain amount. The locking bodies 20 are advantageously designed as balls, rollers or stepped locking bodies according to DE 3506 008 AI (= GB 2171340). The content of this document is declared part of this application.
A tool 22 is clamped in the tool holder 10 and has grooves 23 which open out towards its shaft end and extend along the shaft for driving rotation. In the case of the tool in FIG. 1, these are in each case simple, non-stepped grooves with flat side walls 25 arranged radially to the tool axis 24 and an approximately flat base surface 26 connecting the side walls 25. In the area of the locking bodies 20, the tool 22 has three troughs 28, one each Represent expansion of the grooves 23. The troughs 28 are advantageously elongated in the axial direction of the tool 22 and are longer than the locking bodies 20 by the idle travel of the tool.
The tool holder 10 has a sliding sleeve 29 which surrounds the base body 11 and the locking body 20 and which is longitudinally displaceable within limits (see also FIG. 5). It contains a thickening or a retaining ring 30, which holds the locking body 20 in the troughs 28. A sheet metal ring 31, which has extensions 32 in the area of the locking body 20, lies laterally on the retaining ring 30. The sheet metal ring 31 is pressed by a compression spring 33 onto the sliding sleeve 29 or onto the retaining ring 30.
When a tool is inserted into the receiving bore 17, the locking bodies 20 withdraw radially against the force of the compression spring 33, as is shown in broken lines in FIG. 5. With the tool shank fully inserted, they are again pressed by the compression spring 33 pushed back into their locking starting position. The constructive design and mode of operation otherwise correspond to the representation in DE 32 05 063 C2 (GB 20 96 045 B2), the content of which is part of this document.
Retaining ring 30 and sheet metal ring 31 can be adapted to the locking bodies 20 so that the position of the sheet metal ring '31, the penetration depth of the locking body 20 and thus indicating the Schaftdurchmes¬ Ser of the inserted tool. The position of the sheet metal ring 31 or a corresponding sleeve can then be used to adjust the speed of the drive motor. In this case, the troughs 28, contrary to the illustration in FIGS. 1 to 4, would have to be of different depths depending on the shaft diameter.
Die Radialabschnitte 37 sind an die Führungsabschnitte 17 der Werkzeugaufnahme 10 angepaßt und er¬ strecken sich entlang einer Zylindermantelfläche.FIG. 2 shows the same tool holder 10 as shown in FIG. 1, with the only difference that a tool shaft 30 with a larger diameter is now used. The tool 30 likewise has longitudinal grooves 33, which are each formed from two pairs of side walls 35 offset in the circumferential direction. The grooves 33 are thus stepped, with radial sections 37 being formed between the side walls 35. The radial sections 37 are adapted to the guide sections 17 of the tool holder 10 and extend along a cylindrical surface.
The shank of the tool 40 has a diameter of 12 mm and lies against the receiving bore i2. The grooves 43 are now designed in two stages instead of two stages as in the previous figure. Three pairs of side walls 45 alternate with radial sections 47. Otherwise, the tool 40 corresponds to the tools 22 and 30 previously shown. The second exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs only from the first exemplary embodiment in that two rotary drivers 14 are formed on the tool holder 10 'and only two grooves 33 on the tool 50. It has the particular advantage that tools with two or four grooves on the shank can also be clamped.
To insert a tool 22 into the tool holder 10, the rotary drivers 14 are brought into register with the grooves 23 and the tool 22 is inserted into the receiving bore 12. When the end of the tool shank reaches the locking bodies 20, they preferably deflect radially outward and snap back into the troughs 28 when the tool is pushed further. It is not readily possible to pull out the tool 23 because the locking bodies 20 are prevented from evading in this direction, for example by a sleeve. To remove a tool, this sleeve must first be operated by the operator. The tool 22 is centered and guided by the guide sections 17 on the rotary drivers 14. Despite the immovable rotary driver 14, this results in good concentricity properties. In order to facilitate the insertion of a tool, either the rotary drivers on their front edge can be chamfered or the grooves 23 on the shaft end can be chamfered. In the tool with a 10 m shaft according to FIGS. 2 and 4, the centering and guiding is improved by further guide sections 17.
The device according to the invention for transmitting a rotary and / or impact movement to a tool is suitable, due to its gradual formation of the rotary drivers 14, for different shank diameters, without having to change anything on the tool holder 10. Drilling tools with drilling diameters between 4 and 8 mm have a shank diameter of 8 mm and are inserted into the tool holder 10 according to FIG. 1. Tools with one Drill diameters between 8 and 12 mm are given a 10 mm shank according to FIG. 2. Tools with drill diameters greater than 12 mm are equipped with a shank diameter of 12 mm and fit into the tool holder 10 according to the invention according to FIG. 3.
The device according to the invention can also be used for mechanical scanning of the size of the tool used. Depending on the diameter of the drill head, the troughs 28 are designed to be more or less deep in relation to the receiving bore 17. Accordingly, the locking bodies 20 engage in different degrees. The end position of the locking body 20 determines the position of a scanning sleeve within the tool holder, as described in DE 35 06 008 AI (GB 21 71 340 B), which becomes the content of this document. Depending on the position of the scanning sleeve, the speed of the drilling machine is set correctly in accordance with the drill diameter.
