Weiterhin haben Änderungen der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit, Lagerspiele und mechanische Unzulänglichkeiten, wie beispielsweise Toleranzen und Verschleiß eine permanente Änderung der Spaltgröße zwischen der Leimauftragswalze und der Riffelwalze zur Folge. Dies erfolgt durch den ausgangsseitig mit der Regeleinrichtung gekoppelten Verstellantrieb für einen verstellbaren Anschlag, über den sich das Gestell des Leimwerkes gegen den Lagerbock der Riffelwalze abstützt. Über diesen verstellbaren Anschlag, der von der Regeleinrichtung betätigt wird, kann ständig die relative Lage von Riffelwalzen-Lagerbock und Leimwerk-Gestell und so der Abstand von Riffelwalze zu Leimauftragswalze verändert werden, um den Leimauftragsspalt auf eine bestimmte Sollgröße zu regeln.The control device provided accordingly allows the actual size of the glue application gap to be continuously detected and regulated to a desired size via the distance sensor coupled to it on the input side. In Fig. 1 ist die Beleimungsvorrichtung 1 als Teil einer Wellpappenmaschine 2 zur Produktion einseitiger Wellpappe dargestellt. Die Wellpappenmaschine 2 weist ein schematisch in Umrissen gezeichnetes Maschinengestell 3 auf, das über einen Lagerbock 4 ein Riffelwalzenpaar mit der im Produktionsbetrieb auf einer ortsfesten Achse 5 rotierenden, mittleren Riffelwalze 6 und der mit dieser in Eingriff stehenden, unteren Riffelwalze 7 trägt. Diese Aktion wird so lange fortgeführt, bis die Ist-Größe der Spaltgröße s der eingegebenen Soll-Größe entspricht.
