Der zungenförmige Schenkelabschnitt 20 wird dabei so eingefädelt und die Ausstellvorrichtung 1 mit dem Kupplungswinkel 3 so zurückgeschwenkt, daß der Kupplungswinkel gegenüber der Kupplungsplatte 8 in die Stellung nach Figur 3 gelangt. Die angepaßten Querschnitte und Maße des zungenförmigen Schenkelabschnittes 20 und der Öffnungen 9, 10 verhindert ein Drehen um die Öffnungsmitte, auch dann, wenn die Abwinkelung 22 fehlt. Ist die Abwinkelung 22 vorhanden, so ist sie so angeordnet, daß sie in der Stellung nach Figur 3 in eine zweite Öffnung 10 eingreift, wie Figur 3 zeigt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr zuverlässige und jede Relativbewegung verhindernde Eingriffsstellung. Claims (6)

  1. A swivel bearing, optionally positionable on the left or right, for the mounting devices (1, 2) on rotary or tilting panes or panels of windows, doors or the like, wherein a mounting arm (2) or scissors is connected to a fixed bearing part which is secured to the window or door frame and determines the axis of rotation (6) via a bearing part (4; 5, 7, 8) which is rotatable relatively to the fixed part around the axis of rotation (6), and wherein :
    (a) the bearing part (4; 5, 7, 8) comprises a lug (5) and a coupling plate (8) rigidly connected thereto via a web (7) bent at right angles;
    (b the coupling plate (8) is releasably and reversibly connected to one arm (18) of a coupling angle member (3), the other arm (15) of which is rigidly connected to the arm (2) of the extension device (1); and
    (c) the rotatable bearing part (4; 5, 7, 8) is disposed with mirror symmetry around a central plane (13) at right angles to the axis (6) of rotation,
    characterised in that :
    (d) the projecting arm (18) of the coupling angle member (3) has two portions (19, 20) which are interconnected by a web (21) bent at right angles and which extend parallel to one another and, in the assembled position (3, 8), abut opposite surfaces of the coupling plate (8), the bent web (21) extending through an aperture (9, 10) in the coupling plate (8)to grip the latter.
  2. A swivel bearing according to claim 1,
    characterised in that the aperture (9, 10) in the coupling plate (8) and the bent web (21) interlock or grip one another non-rotatably and with slight clearance, and more especially have matching non-round cross-sections.
  3. A swivel bearing according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that the projecting end of one portion (20) of one arm (18) is hooked (22) and, in the assembled position, engages in a second aperture (10) in the coupling plate (8).
  4. A swivel bearing according to claims 1 and 3,
    characterised in that the two apertures (9, 10) are disposed at equal distances on opposite sides of the central plane (13) and have similar rectangular cross- sections.
  5. A swivel bearing according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the bent web (21), the adjacent arm portion (20), and the hook (22), if any, formed thereon are formed on a tongue-like region which is narrower than the other portion (19) of the arm.
  6. A swivel bearing according to claim 1 or any one of claims 2 to 5,
    characterised in that each end of the coupling plate (8) is provided with a profiled edge recess (11, 12) for receiving an engagement element (25), as for pushing in or releasing a catch, which element projects from the angle region in the coupling member (3).
