Ein Verschluß, insbesondere für Außenschwingtüren von Omnibussen, ist durch die DE-A- 39 29 324 bekanntgeworden. Dieser bekannte Verschluß besteht aus einem an einer Tür zu befestigenden Gehäuse, das einen Außen- und einen Innengriffkörper sowie einen mit diesen in Eingriff stehenden Mitnehmer für ein Entriegeln und Verriegeln der Tür bewirkenden Zugstangen in drehbeweglicher Anordnung lagert. Dabei steht der Außengriffkörper mit dem Mitnehmer im Sinne einer Verriegelungs- und Entriegelungsbewegung und der Innengriffkörper mit dem Mitnehmer ausschließlich im Sinne einer Entriegelungsbewegung in Eingriff. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung des Außenschwingtürverschlusses macht ein Durchbohren der Außenschwingtür und damit auch die Anordnung türaußenseitiger Abdichtungsmittel entbehrlich. Das Zylinderschloß ist businnenseitig angeordnet und somit bestens gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist der aus nur wenigen Teilen bestehende Grundaufbau des Außenschwingtürverschlusses der sehr robust ist und den technischen Anforderungen vollauf genügt. Der erfindungsgemäße Außenschwingtürverschluß ermöglicht es, eine Außenschwingtür bei Stillstandzeiten eines Busses von innen zu verriegeln und von innen auch wieder zu entriegeln. Eine Verriegelung ist dabei nur unter Zuhilfenahme eines Schlüssels möglich, mittels dem der Schnäpper aus seiner Raststellung herausbewegt werden kann. Erst hiernach ist es möglich, den Griffkörper nebst Mitnehmer zu drehen und die Verriegelungsstangen in die Widerlager auszufahren. Eine Verriegelung der Außenschwingtüren von Bussen wird verlangt, um es z.B. auch bei Ausfall des Druckluftsystems, mit dem die Bustüren üblicherweise geöffnet und geschlossen werden, unmöglich zu machen, die Außenschwingtüren von außen zu öffnen. Der erfindungsgemäße Außenschwingtürverschluß macht also die Außenschwingtüren von Omnibussen einbruchssicher. Des weiteren wird verlangt, daß eine, z.B. irrtümlich in einem Omnibus eingeschlossene Person den Bus auch bei verriegelter Außenschwingtür jederzeit verlassen kann. Dieser Forderung wird die Erfindung vollauf gerecht, denn der Griffkörper läßt sich jederzeit und ohne Schlüssel unter Mitnahme der Verriegelungsstangen in Entriegelungsrichtung betätigen. Der erfindungsgemäße Außenschwingtürverschluß ermöglicht somit eine problemlose Verriegelung (mit Schlüssel) und eine problemlose (Not-) Entriegelung (ohne Schlüssel).The design of the outer swing door lock according to the invention makes it unnecessary to drill through the outer swing door and thus also to dispose the sealing means on the outside of the door. Der Schlüssel 23 dient zum Verschwenken des Exzenterzapfen 22 in Richtung des Pfeils in Fig. 4 und damit zum Entriegeln des Schnäppers 5, der im verriegelten Zustand mit einem Endbereich in der Schlitzöffnung 10 des Gehäuses 1 sitzt und in dieser Stellung durch Schraubendruckfedern 24 gehalten ist. Der Schnäpper 5 besteht aus einer rechteckigen Platte mit abgerundeten Längsenden. In einer Breitseite weist der Schnäpper 5 eine Mitnahme-öffnung 25 für den Exzenterzapfen 22 auf und an den Längsseiten sind Ausnehmungen 26 für die Aufnahme der Schraubendruckfedern 24 vorgesehen. - Closure means for the exterior swinging doors of buses, characterized in that said closure means can be arranged on the door in the inside of the bus and is essentially composed of a cylindrical housing (1) with a fastening plate (6) fitted thereon at one end, of a driver (2) which is mounted in a rotationally movable manner on the housing (1) and is intended for locking rods (14) which, by means of their free ends, can be pushed into, and drawn out of, mutually opposite latching receiving means of the door frame, of a handle element (3) which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the driver (2), of a cylinder lock (4) which passes through the handle element (3) and is received in a rotationally fixed manner in a bore of the driver (2), and of a catch (5) which can be actuated, counter to the force of spring means, via a key (23) of the cylinder lock (4), the catch (5) always being located, when the locking rods (14) are in the unlocked position, in a latching position which blocks rotation of the handle element (3), with the result that locking of the door can be carried out only by means of the key (23), but unlocking of the door can be carried out without the key (23).
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to Claim 1, characterized in that the catch (5) is arranged displaceably in an opening (27) crossing through the driver (2) and is seated, by means of its free end remote from the spring means, in a radial slot opening (10) of the housing (1) when the locking rods (14) are located in their unlocked position, drawn out of the latching receiving means of the door frame.
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, for actuation of the catch, an eccentric pin (22) is arranged, such that it projects in the axial direction, on the cylinder lock (4), said pin engaging into an entraining opening (25) of the catch (5).
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to at least one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the driver (2) is formed with an annular gap (15) which receives the free end region of the housing (1) over an axial length region.
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to at least one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the driver (2) exhibits a radial bore (29) with a helical spring (30) which is supported therein by one end and, at the other end, loads a latching ball (31) which can latch into latching recesses (32) offset by 90 degrees with respect to one another on the outside of the housing.
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to at least one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the cylinder lock (4) is fastened on the driver (2) by a screw (21) which passes through a radial bore of the driver shank.
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to at least one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that seated on the fastening plate (6) is a limit switch (33) with sensor (34), which can be actuated via a control cam (35) arranged on the driver (2).
- Closure means for exterior swinging doors according to at least one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the catch (5) is designed in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded longitudinal ends and exhibits lateral recesses (26) for receiving helical compression springs (24).
