Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'amenée et de changement de câbles pour une machine de traitement de câbles qui comporte au moins un organe de préhension (5) stationnaire et pivotant immobilisant le câble (15) lors du traitement, et pour laquelle des postes de traitement (18, 19, 20) sont disposés dans la zone de pivotement de l'organe de préhension (5), étant précisé qu'il est prévu au moins un entraînement de câbles (22) à l'aide duquel le câble (15) est transporté et amené vers l'organe de préhension (5), caractérisé- en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un autre entraînement de câbles (23) , les entraînements de câbles (22, 23) définissant un angle aigu dans leur sens de transport de câbles et étant disposés symétriquement par rapport à un axe de transport principal (24),- en ce qu'un séquenceur pour câbles (30) est associé à chaque entraînement de câbles (22, 23),- en ce qu'il est prévu un élément de guidage de câbles en V (31) qui est relié, avec des branches (31.1, 31.2), au côté sortie de câbles des entraînements de câbles (22, 23), l'intersection des deux branches se trouvant sur l'axe de transport principal (24), et- en ce que, lors d'un changement de câbles, avant le retrait d'un premier câble par une branche, le second câble peut être avancé par l'autre branche jusqu'à l'intersection.
- Dispositif d'amenée et de changement de câbles selon la revendication 1, dans lequel il est prévu des entraînements de câbles en forme d'entraînements par bande (22, 23) qui se composent chacun de deux commandes à courroie, caractérisé- en ce que les séquenceurs pour câbles (30) sont disposés, mobiles, entre les commandes à courroie (22.1, 22.2 et 23.1, 23.2) des entraînements par bande (22, 23).
- Dispositif d'amenée et de changement de câbles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé- en ce que les branches (31.1, 31.2) de l'élément de guidage de câbles en V (31) se composent de tubes qui sont reliés entre eux, à l'intersection, à l'aide d'un manchon (32).
- Dispositif d'amenée et de changement de câbles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé- en ce qu'un élément de centrage (21) est disposé, mobile, sur l'organe de préhension (5),- en ce que l'élément de centrage (21) comporte au moins deux tubes de centrage (21.1, 21.2) dont les diamètres intérieurs sont différents et correspondent aux diamètres de câbles à traiter, et- en ce qu'il est prévu une butée (A) apte à être amenée dans la zone de pivotement de l'organe de préhension (5), et lors d'un mouvement pivotant de l'organe de préhension (5), l'élément de centrage (21) est déplacé grâce au fait qu'il heurte la butée (A).
- Dispositif d'amenée et de changement de câbles selon la revendication 2, caractérisé- en ce que les séquenceurs pour câbles (30) se composent d'une barre d'amenée de câbles (33), d'une barre de guidage de câbles (34) et d'une barre de sortie de câbles (35) qui sont reliées entre elles à l'aide de traverses supérieure et inférieure (36, 37),- en ce qu'il est prévu, sur la barre d'amenée de câbles (33) et sur la barre de sortie de câbles (35), des pièces de guidage de câbles échangeables (33.1, 35.1) qui comportent des passe-câbles (38, 40) s'étendant à l'horizontale et situés sur la même ligne que les passe-câbles (39) de la barre de guidage de câbles (34), étant précisé que les passe-câbles (38, 39, 40) sont prévus pour recevoir des câbles de sections transversales et de couleurs différentes, et- en ce qu'il est prévu, sur les pièces de guidage de câbles (33.1, 35.1), des pinces (41, 42) à l'aide desquelles les câbles peuvent être serrés.
