Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gliederheizkessel aus Gußgliedern, die jeweils eine untere und eine obere Nabe zur gegenseitigen Wasserraumverbindung aufweisen und von denen ein Gußglied, vorzugsweise das Endglied, mit zwei Wasserwegen zum Vor- und Rücklaufanschluß einer Heizung ausgestattet ist, (siehe Z.B. Solche gußeisernen Gliederheizkessel haben sich vor allem für kleinere und mittlere Heizanlagen bestens bewährt und lassen sich durch die Zahl der aneinandergereihten Gußglieder in ihrer Größe rationell an die jeweiligen Gegebenheiten anpassen. Allerdings besitzen die bekannten Gliederheizkessel für den Heizungsvor- und Rücklauf meist am Endglied lediglich zwei Rohranschlüsse, so daß die Grundausstattung des Heizkessels auch nur einen einzigen Heizkreis umfaßt. Da moderne Heizungsanlagen aus energiewirtschaftlichen Gründen hydraulisch und regelungstechnisch oft in zwei oder mehr Heizkreise getrennt sind, um beispielsweise verschiedene Gebäudebereiche auf unterschiedliche Raumtemperaturen zu heizen oder um verschiedene Heizkörpersysteme, wie Radiatoren, Fußboden- oder Wandheizungsschlangen od. dgl., mit unterschiedlichen Heizwassertemperaturen zu beaufschlagen, müssen daher spezielle Verteilereinrichtungen zwischen dem Heizkessel und den einzelnen Heizkreisen eingesetzt werden. Diese kombinierten Vor- und Rücklaufverteiler sind bisher geschweißte Konstruktionen mit je einer Verteilerkammer für Vor- und Rücklauf und den entsprechenden Rohranschlüssen zum Heizkessel einerseits und zu den Rohrleitungen anderseits und lassen sich nur außerhalb des Heizkessels an einer benachbarten Gebäudewand montieren, wenn sie nicht über die angeschlossenen Rohrleitungen getragen werden sollen. Die bekannten Verteileinrichtungen sind daher mit einem entsprechenden Platzbedarf verbunden und bringen einen beträchtlichen Bauaufwand mit sich, wozu die Notwendigkeit geeigneter Verrohrungen zwischen Kessel- und Verteileranschlüssen mit zusätzlichen Rohrstücken, Bögen, flexiblen Schläuchen u. dgl. kommt, was die Installation und Montage umständlich macht und erschwert.Cast iron sectional boilers of this type have proven themselves particularly well for small and medium-sized heating systems and can be rationally adjusted in size to the prevailing circumstances by the number of cast links arranged in a row. Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß die Wasserwege jeweils eine Verteilerkammer mit wenigstens zwei Rohranschlüs-sen bilden und als mitgegossene Teile des Gußgliedes hergestellt sind. Damit wird der Heizkreisverteiler in das Gußglied integriert und es entsteht ein kompakter Gußteil, der neben seiner Funktion als Kesselglied gleichzeitig auch die Funktion eines Heizkreisverteilers übernimmt. Gußglied und Heizkreisverteiler werden in einem gemeinsamen Gießverfahren wirtschaftlich hergestellt und jeder Gliederheizkessel läßt sich mit einem solchen Gußglied von vornherein für den Anschluß zweier oder mehrerer Heizkreise vorbereiten, so daß bedarfsweise ohne Zusatzeinrichtungen und ohne Montagemehraufwand die vorhandenen Heizkreise der Heizungsanlage am Heizkessel angeschlossen werden können. Dazu kommt noch, daß der an dem einen Kesselglied angegossene Verteiler wegen der kompakten Bauweise keiner gesonderten Maßnahmen zur Wärmedämmung bedarf, da er von der Heizkesselisolierung miterfaßt wird, und daß er nicht für sich befestigt zu werden braucht, sondern selbst eine feste Abstützung für die anzuschließende Verrohrung bietet, wodurch er neben der Platzeinsparung auch eine Vereinfachung des Installationsaufwandes erlaubt.The invention solves this problem in that the waterways each form a distributor chamber with at least two pipe connections and are produced as molded parts of the cast member. Claims (3)
