Description
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Verhinderung des nicht autorisierten Duplizierens von Wertpapieren oder dergleichen, die mit Druckbildern ausgerüstet sind, die Strukturelemente enthalten, die einer Klasse von Wertpapieren gemeinsam sind und alle eine bestimmte geometrische Gesetzmäßigkeit aufweisen, wobei die Druckbilder in ihrer Gesamtheit oder in Teilbereichen elektronisch abgetastet, ihre Daten vollständig oder teilweise zwischengespeichert und dann mittels vorgegebener Vergleichsprogramme mit abgespeicherten Gesetzmäßigkeitsdaten auf das Vorhandensein der Strukturelemente mit den bestimmten Gesetzmäßigkeiten überprüft werden und abhängig vom Vorhandensein dieser Gesetzmäßigkeiten spezifische Maßnahmen eingeleitet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zwischengespeicherten Daten nach farblich unterschiedlich gestalteten linienhaften Strukturelementen untersucht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei es sich bei den linienhaften Strukturelementen um Guillochen, Liniennetzwerke oder um zueinander parallel verlaufende Linien handelt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei als definierte Gesetzmäßigkeit die Häufigkeit der Linienkreuzungen, die Verteilungsfunktion des Abstands der Linien oder das Verhältnis der mittleren Abstände der Linien zweier Farben geprüft wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zwischengespeicherten Daten nach eventuell farblich unterschiedlich gestalteten rotationssymmetrischen oder symbolhaften Figuren untersucht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei als definierte Gesetzmäßigkeit die Zahl der Strukturelemente pro Flächeneinheit oder die Verteilung der Strukturelemente auf dem gesamten Dokument geprüft wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das gleichzeitige Vorhandensein mehrerer Gesetzmäßigkeiten geprüft und das Vorliegen mehrerer Gesetzmäßigkeiten für die Bewertung des Druckbildes vorausgesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Verhinderung des nicht autorisierten Duplizierens von Wertpapieren oder dergleichen, die mit Druckbildern ausgerüstet sind, die Strukturelemente enthalten, die einer Klasse von Wertpapieren gemeinsam sind und alle eine bestimmte geometrische Gesetzmäßigkeit aufweisen, mit Mitteln zur Abtastung der zu prüfenden Druckbilder in ihrer Gesamtheit oder in Teilbereichen, mit Mitteln zur Zwischenspeicherung der abgetasteten Daten, mit Signalverarbeitungsmitteln zur Überprüfung der zwischengespeicherten Daten anhand vorgegebener Vergleichsprogramme mit abgespeicherten Gesetzmäßigkeiten auf das Vorhandensein der Strukturelemente mit den bestimmten Gesetzmäßigkeiten und mit einer Steuerung, die bei Vorliegen dieser Gesetzmäßigkeiten spezifische Maßnahmen einleitet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, die einen Speicher aufweist, in welchem eine Anzahl von Strukturelementen gespeichert sind und einen weiteren Speicher, in welchem die Bewertungsvorgaben, d.h. die zugehörigen Gesetzmäßigkeiten, abgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, die einen Signalanalysator aufweist, der mit bekannten Mustererkennungsverfahren die Strukturelemente erkennt, und einen Komparator, der die Gesetzmäßigkeit der zwischengespeicherten Strukturelemente mit vorgegebenen Referenzwerten vergleicht und anschließend abhängig vom Vergleichsergebnis ein entsprechendes Signal an eine Steuerschaltung weitergibt.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 - 10 in einem Kopiergerät.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 - 10 in einem Banknotenprüfgerät.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 - 10 in einem Druckgerät.
