Abstract

The invention relates to a wing-door hinge, the door-fitting body (1) of which is countersunk in a milled recess of the door and the body-fitting body (2) of which is countersunk flush with the surface in a milled recess of the body (21). The fitting bodies (1) and (2) are connected by means of two multi-jointed links (3 and 4) which are arranged one above the other and which are articulated with one end at a distance from one another at two points (5 and 6) in the door-fitting body (1) and carry at their other end pins (7 and 8) which are respectively guided in a curved guide groove (9 and 10) formed with opposite curvature in the body-fitting body (2) on mutually opposite inner faces of the latter. The hinge according to the invention permits a greater front thickness and an opening of the door through almost 180 DEG and makes it possible to utilise the full width of the cupboard interior, without fitting bodies projecting from the body side wall. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a hinged door hinge according to the preamble of claim 1.

Hinged door hinges are particularly required for kitchen facilities, where usually several cupboards are arranged side by side as top or bottom cupboards. As narrow and uniform vertical joints as possible should be formed between the fronts and adjacent doors should also be able to be opened independently of one another. Known wing door hinges serve this purpose, as shown schematically as an example in Fig. 1, in which the door-side fitting body is recessed in the wing door and hardly protrudes from the inside wall, but the body-side fitting body protrudes considerably into the interior of the cabinet and the insertion of objects , e.g. B. hinders the insertion of laterally guided basket inserts or limits their usable width. In addition, the front thickness cannot exceed a certain value in the previously known hinged door hinges.

From the patent AT 32 30 15 an invisible hinge when the door leaf is closed is known with two fitting bodies (housings) which are connected by a multi-link link which is articulated with one of its links to one of the fitting bodies in a plane parallel to the pivot axis of the door and by means of one second link is articulated to a third link displaceably guided on the other fitting body is. The functionality of the hinge is improved in that two such multi-link arms are provided in an arrangement symmetrical to the pivot axis and connected to one another so that they form a four-bar linkage. However, this known hinge protrudes considerably into the interior of the cabinet when the door is closed.

From the patent DE 31 18 641 C2 a hinge is known with a first and second angle lever (H1, H2) pivotable about a common axis (A2), of which the first angle lever (H1) at a first end about a first stationary axis (A1) is pivotally mounted and the second angle lever (H2) has an axis (A3) at a first end which, via a first toggle lever (H3, H4) with the second end of the first toggle lever (H1 ) is pivotally connected. Further design measures, which also include a second toggle lever and a curved lever guide, open the door to an opening angle of up to 270 °, but the hinge projects far into the interior when the door is closed.

The hinge known from DE 23 62 574 A1 with an opening angle of up to 180 ° has two articulated levers 4 and 5, which are rotatably mounted on the one hand on the fastening element 1 and on the other hand at two pivot points on a hinge band 3, which in turn is hinged to a second fastening element 2 is. This known hinge also protrudes considerably into the interior of the cabinet when the door is closed.

The invention is based on the object of creating a hinged door hinge which does not protrude into the interior of the cabinet when the door is open, has a hinge part on the body side which is integrated flush in the body wall, and which lifts the door so far from the front edge of the body when it is opened that it stands in front of the neighboring front, which enables larger front thicknesses and an opening angle of up to approximately 180 °.

This object is achieved by a hinged door hinge with the features specified in claim 1. Preferred embodiments are specified in the subclaims.

  • Fig. 1 ein bekanntes Flügeltürscharnier in Draufsicht, geschlossen bzw. geöffnet;
  • Fig. 2 ein erfindungsgemäßes Flügeltürscharnier schematisch in Draufsicht, geöffnet;
  • Fig. 3 das erfindungsgemäße Flügeltürscharnier bei geschlossener Tür.
The invention is explained by the following description of an exemplary embodiment, which refers to the attached drawing:
  • Figure 1 is a known wing door hinge in plan view, closed or open.
  • Fig. 2 shows a wing door hinge according to the invention schematically in plan view, opened;
  • Fig. 3, the hinged door hinge according to the invention with the door closed.

Fig. 2 shows the door fitting body 1 of the hinged door hinge inserted into a milled-in of the door and the body fitting body 2 inserted flush into a milled-in of the carcass with its inner wall can be used for internals and pull-out elements.

Fitting bodies 1 and 2 are connected by two superposed control arms 3 and 4, one end of which is connected to one of two points 5 and 6 at a distance from one another in a plane parallel to inner door surface 25 on door fitting body 1 sunk in the door are articulated. Through a pin 7 and 8 formed at their other end, they are each slidably guided in one of two curved guide grooves 9 and 10, which are formed in the body fitting body 2 on opposite inner surfaces thereof with opposite curvature. The pins 7 and 8 are displaceable in these grooves between their end and at least one (not shown) front stop in the fitting body 2.

Each multi-link arm 3 and 4 consists of three articulated arm parts, namely the upper multi-articulated arm 3 in the figure from a first straight arm part 11, which carries the pin 7, and a second straight arm part 12 articulated on the door fitting body 1 at point 5, the free ends 14 and 15 of these handlebar parts at the ends of a curved handlebar intermediate part 13 are hinged, the cavity of which is directed towards the inner door surface 25. The underlying second multi-articulated link 4 has a first curved link part 16, which carries the pin 8, and a second straight link part 17 articulated on the door fitting body 1 at point 6, the free ends 19 and 20 of these link parts being articulated at the ends of a bent intermediate link part 18 are, the cavity of which is also directed towards the inner door surface 25. The curvature of the curved guide groove 9, in which the pin 7 of the first straight link part 11 is guided, projects to the inner side wall 21 of the body, while the curvature of the other curved guide groove 10, in which the pin 8 of the first curved link part 16 is guided , is directed in the opposite direction.

The length and curvature of the handlebar parts 11, 12, 13 or 16, 17 and 18 and the guide grooves 9 and 10 and the distance between the articulation points 5 and 6 are selected so that the hinge-side narrow side 22 of the wing door is in the open position of the door is located in front of the front outer wall 24 of an adjacent closed wing door and also the wing door can be opened almost 180 °, so that its front outer wall 23 is opposite the front outer wall 24 of the adjacent wing door and almost parallel to this.

As can be seen, the wing doors can be made thicker in this way.

Preferably, the dimensions and arrangements of the individual parts of the multi-link control arm and fitting body are chosen so that the distance of the outer edge of the narrow side 22 of the 90 ° open double door from the front outer wall 24 of the adjacent double door is so large that this door can also be opened in the same pivoting direction.

The opening angle can be limited to specified positions.

The hinged door hinge according to the invention does not require its own base plate and can be easily assembled in series production and also easily dismantled on the construction site. It offers the possibility of a three-dimensional adjustment and zero point adjustment in the usual way.

Sie bewirkt eine Türzuhaltung ohne Schnäpper und außerdem eine automatische weiche Schließung ab ca. 15°.Despite the multi-joint function and new assembly technology, there is convenient automatic locking. It causes a door lock without a snap and also an automatic soft closing from approx. 15 °.

The hinged door hinge is provided in the embodiment shown for overlying doors and is not visible from the outside when the door is closed. When the door is open, clearly designed functional parts are visible. Cover caps are not required.

The novel wing door hinge according to the invention thus represents an extension of the previously known positive or non-positive hinge with base plate with advantageous properties that have not been achieved so far, with the main advantage that the interior of the cabinet can be used in full width.
