Claims (10)

  1. An electrical apparatus with indicator of the kind comprising inacasing (11) on the one hand at least one sliding drawer (14) which is adapted to receive a lamp (15) and which disposed beneath a removable diffuser (16) is mounted movably between two positions, namely an operative position relatively far away from the diffuser (16) and a withdrawal position relatively close to the diffuser (16) and, on the other hand resilient means (18) which continuously urge the sliding drawer (14) in the direction of its withdrawal position, characterised in that also provided in the casing (11) are retractable abutment means for retaining the sliding drawer (14) in the operative position independently of the diffuser (16).
  2. An electrical apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that said retractable abutment means are formed by an elastically deformable tongue portion (20) which transversely has a tooth (22) by means of which it is interposed in the path of movement of the sliding drawer (14) and of which the free end (23) is accessible from the exterior after removal of the diffuser (16).
  3. An electrical apparatus according to claim 2 characterised in that the free end (23) of the elastically deformable tongue portion (20) extends substantially level with the mouth opening to the exterior of the compartment (26) of the casing (11) in which the sliding drawer (14) moves.
  4. An electrical apparatus according to either one of claims 2 and 3 characterised in that between its free end (23) and its tooth (22) the elastically deformable tongue portion (20) comprises an inclined engagement surface portion (24).
  5. An electrical apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 4 characterised in that the elastically deformable tongue portion (20) forms the prolongation of a wall (25) which internally partitions the casing (11).
  6. An electrical apparatus according to claim 5 characterised in that the wall (25) partitions the casing (11) into two compartments (26) in each of which a sliding drawer (14) is disposed or can be disposed and the wall carries in mutually parallel and spaced-apart relationship two elastically deformable tongue portions (20) whose teeth (22) are oriented in opposite directions.
  7. An apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6 characterised in that, the lamp (15) being a screw-in lamp, the sliding drawer (14) has at mutually diametrally opposite positions in a housing (33) for receiving the base (34) of such a lamp (15) two helical screwthread portions (40A, 40B) which are disposed at different levels and of which one at least is carried in projecting relationship by an elastically deformable tongue portion (41A, 41B).
  8. An apparatus according to claim 7 characterised in that the elastically deformable tongue portion (41A, 41B) is in one piece with the sliding drawer (14).
  9. An apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8 characterised in that, the resilient means (18) associated with the sliding drawer (14) being formed by a metal spring, said spring bears against a metal plate (52) connected to a connecting terminal (48) for permanent connection thereof to an axial contact stud (53) and said sliding drawer (14) laterally has an opening (57) through which a metal plate (60) connected to another connecting terminal (48) can engage by means of its free end (58) when the sliding drawer is in the operative position.
  10. An apparatus according to claim 9 characterised in that the two connecting terminals (48) extend on the same side edge (46) of the casing (11).
