Abstract

La présente invention propose un nouveau système de fixation rapide de bouton par pic ou par fils, avec la possibilité de récupérer le bouton après la pose, et améliore l'esthétique de celui-ci en évitant la vue du trou de pénétration du pic sur sa surface supérieure. Ce bouton est constitué d'une partie supérieure ou coupelle pouvant ou non recevoir un couvercle de décoration (4), d'une assise ou base présentant un trou de percement (6) transversal permettant la récupération ou la fixation du bouton de manière traditionnelle, et dont le trou de pénétration du pic présente deux ergots de blocage; ainsi que d'un pic cranté (2) ou sablé (8) dont la fonction est de fixer la bouton au tissu (7). La présente invention propose d'améliorer l'esthétique du bouton à fixation rapide existant, de pouvoir le récupérer et de pouvoir le fixer traditionnellement.

Description

BOUTON A FIXATON RAPIDE PAR PIC OU PAR FILS AVEC POSSIBILITE DE LE RECUPERER APRES LA POSE
La présente invention concerne un bouton à fixation rapide par pic ou par fils, avec possibilité de le récupérer après la pose.
L'originalité de ce bouton consiste dans la conception du système de fixation, dans sa polyvalence (rapide et traditionnelle), dans la récupération du bouton, et dans ses avantages esthétiques .
On connait les boutons à fixation rapide avec pic traver- sant mais ceux-ci on les désavantages suivants :
- pic et trou de pénétration visibles et inesthétiques
- boutons difficilement ou pas récupérables
- boutons ne pouvant pas être fixer traditionnellement
- manipulation malaisée - obligation de cacher le trou de pénétration par un couvercle
La présente invention se propose de remédier à tous ces inconvénients de manière simple, précise, et efficace . L'introduction lors de la fabrication, au stade de l'in¬ jection, d'une broche de part en part de la base du bouton réduit la matière au niveau du trou et crée deux ergots, dont la souplesse lors de la pénétration du pic permettent le blocage et la retenue du bouton .
Ce pic est constitué d'une partie conique chargée seulement de transpercer le tissu, d'une partie cylindrique dont la surface présente un aspect sablé ou cranté qui permettra la retenue du bouton , et de la tête de pic .
Ce système a 1'avantage de :
- Permettre par la taille réduite et adaptée du pic d' éviter que celui-ci n'apparaisse après la fixation, ce qui supprime l'aspect inesthétique des précédents boutons
- Permettre de coudre traditionnellement le bouton en utili -sant les trous laissés par la broche.
- Permettre de récupérer par la suite le bouton sans 1'en¬ dommager en introduisant une pointe ou un objet pointu dans les trous latéraux pour repousser la tige.
- Permettre d'utiliser la tête de pic comme contre-bouton quand celui-ci est nécessaire (cuir, fourrure,-..).
- Permettre une manipulation plus aisée en utilisant des pics adaptés à l'épaisseur du support. La figure 1 représente un pic avec cran de blocage. La figure 2 représente une variante de 1'ensemble bouton- pic à cran avec couvercle emboité.
La figure 3 représente une variante de 1'ensemble bouton- pic à cran avec couvercle recouvrant.
La figure 4 représente un pic avec tige sablée. La figure 5 représente une variante de 1'ensemble bouton- pic à tige sablée avec couvercle emboité. La figure 6 représente une variante de 1'ensemble bouton- pic à tige sablée avec couvercle recouvran .
En figure 1 , un pic en matière plastique comportant une partie conique (2) chargé d'une part de transpercer le tissu et d'autre part de retenir le bouton. La pointe est terminée par une sphère ou ogive (1 ) chargée d'écarter les fibres du tissu. La partie (3) représente la tête de pic qui retient le bouton au tissu.
En figure 2, un bouton fixé à sa base par un pic à cran (2) au tissu (7), et présentant, après le passage de la broche lors de la fabrication, un trou de part en part (6) permettant de récupérer ce bouton en repoussant avec une pointe ou un outil le pic, ou/et de le coudre avec du fil. Un logement (5) est prévu pour la pointe de pic. Cette variante peut accepter 1'emboitement d'un couvercle de décoration (4) . En figure 3, le bouton représenté dans cette variante est fixé de la même manière que dans la figure 2 et peut accepter le recouvrement d'un couvercle de décoration (4) . En figure 4, un pic en matière plastique comportant une partie conique sablée (8) terminée un cône chargé de transpercer le tissu. Comme en fig. 1, la pointe est terminée par une sphère ou ogive (1 ) chargée d'écarter les fibres du tissu, et d'une tête de pic (3) chargée de retenir le bouton au tissu. En figure 5, un bouton fixé à sa base par un pic dont les aspérités dues au sablage (8) permettent le blocage contre les ergots (9) . Ces ergots sont le résultat de l'affaiblissement de matière du à la l'introduction de la broche lors de la fabrication. Un logement (5) est prévu pour la pointe de pic. Comme dans les variantes des figures 2 et 3 , le bouton est transpercé d'un trou de part en part permettant la récupération du bouton ou/et sa fixation traditionnelle par fil et aiguille. Cette variante peut accepter 1'emboitement d'un couvercle le décoration.
En figure 6, le bouton représenté dans cette variante est fixé de la même manière que dans la figure 5 et peut accepter le recouvrement d'un couvercle de décoration (4) .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 ) Bouton à fixation rapide par pic ,avec possibilité de le récupérer ou de le déplacer après la pose, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de deux parties : un pic dont la tige crantée ( 2 ) ou sablée ( 8 ) sert de fixation , et dont la tête cylindrique sert de contrebouton ( 3 ) pour la retenue au tissu ( 7 ) , et d'un bouton dont la base présente, pour la pénétration du pic, un trou central avec des ergots ( 9 ) de retenue.et deux trous latéraux ( 6 ) résultat de l'introduction d'une broche pour la création de ces ergots.
2 ) Bouton selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être rapidement fixer à l'aide d'un pic. 3 ) Bouton selon revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que les pics utilisés sont prédimentionné et adapté à l'épaisseur du support afin d'éviter la vue d'un trou de fixation sur la face visible du bouton .
4 ) Bouton selon revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être récupérer ou déplacer en coupant la tête du pic puis en repoussant la pointe à l'intérieur du bouton pour libérer le trou transversal ( 6 ) et le trou central afin de réintroduire un nouveau pic ou de le coudre.
5 ) Bouton selon revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'il peut recevoir une capsule ( 4 ) intérieure ou extérieure décorative ( dessin , sérigraphie, inclusion, tampographie, sertissage ) .
