- the supply of the fuel or ignition oil to the Valve 2 takes place in an annular space 21 via a further channel 23.
- two nozzle needles 4 and 5 are shown.
- the one nozzle needle 5 instead of the one nozzle needle 5, several of them, e.g. can be arranged concentrically around the nozzle needle 4.
- the fuel gas which is prestressed under high pressure, flows through the two gas channels 14 into the annular space 16 of the nozzle 5 together with the nozzle needle and acts there on the shoulder 5a of the nozzle needle 5 with the aim of lifting it up.
- the small piston 31, pressed by the larger piston 30, acts opposite the exhaust gas pressure G on the needle 5 under the closing pressure S supplied via the channel 11.
- the space 18 above the nozzle needle 4 is connected to the closing pressure channel 11, for example through the transverse channel 20 with the channel 19, so that the needle 4 is held tightly on its seat 32 with respect to the gas pressure of the cylinder. Now the amount of pilot oil or normal Pumped amount of diesel through the channel 23 under the shoulder 4a of the nozzle needle 4, the pressure rising there will move the nozzle needle upward and the ignition oil injection process or the diesel fuel injection process takes place.
- the ignition oil nozzles 34 and the gas nozzle 35 have spray holes 36 and 37 which are directed in a defined manner and which are each arranged largely uniformly distributed.
- the gas jets 38 emerging from the spray holes 36 and the fuel jets 39 emerging from the spray holes 37 therefore meet in a common plane E on a circular line K in an area or at a point.
- the center of the circle M lies between the two nozzle needles 4 and 5, so that the jets meet at approximately the same distance from this center M.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an injection device for internal combustion engines, in particular diesel engines with injection valves for fuel or ignition oil and highly compressed fuel gas.
Designs are known for both two-stroke and four-stroke engines, in which highly compressed fuel gas is injected through nozzles near the ignition TDC point in order to be ignited by a jet of pilot oil from another nozzle or another part of the nozzle.
The object of the invention is to provide an injection device for engines with which a particularly favorable injection behavior can be achieved and the injection valves are to be accommodated in a small space.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Further advantageous features include the subclaims.
The main advantages achieved with the invention are that the two injection nozzles are combined in one holder and thus an efficient injection system for fuel, gas and fuel or ignition oil is achieved with little space requirement. This is essentially achieved in that instead the large-brewing steel springs use a hydraulic load on the nozzle needles.
The problem of reliably opening the very short time cross section that is required to let the correct amount of gas flow out is solved by using a common injection pump with control edges to reduce the hydraulic pressure that acts on the injection valve for gas operation. dismantled by a double piston system. Depending on the necessary control period, the larger of the two double pistons is more or less lifted off in accordance with the control quantity delivered during this time, in order then to fall back again at the end of the delivery of the control pump in order to close the control needle valve of the gas nozzle.
In order to find a system for the hydraulic loading of the two needles that is as simple as possible, the diameter of the needles and the diameter of the control pistons can be managed with one and the same hydraulic closing pressure by suitable selection.
Abstandslinie treffen. It has also been found that it is advantageous that the fuel to be ignited is always injected in the direction where the ignition source is created by the ignition fuel. This contributes significantly to the good mixing of fuel and air. The desire described in this way can generally hardly be met with two different injection nozzles and, up to now, has been very difficult to achieve with double nozzles or multiple nozzles. According to the invention it is therefore proposed that the jet positions of gas nozzles and pre-injection nozzles, which in turn can also be the main nozzle in pure diesel operation, are so directed that the jets meet spatially in a common plane and a circular line or distance line lying thereon.
The two injection nozzles are arranged side by side in a common nozzle holder which is combined with a segment having the double piston device and the corresponding pressure bores and channels via a threaded sleeve which is connected to a connecting element in which the supply channels are arranged.

The injection device essentially comprises, in a holder 1, two injection valves 2 and 3, which comprise
One injection valve 2 is for supplying fuel or ignition oil and the other injection valve 3 is designed to supply fuel gas into the cylinder.
The holder 1 is connected to a
The injection valve 3 has a double-piston device D, which is arranged coaxially to the
The device D comprises a
In the space R between the two
The further valve 2 for supplying fuel or ignition oil in the holder 1 comprises the nozzle needle 4, the head 17 of which dips into a
If a quantity of control oil is now supplied from a control pump P via the
The
As FIGS. 4 and 5 show in more detail, the
