Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Armbanduhr mit einer Uhrschale und einer Schmuckvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Man kennt Uhrschalen, deren Lunette mit austauschbaren, verschiedene Farben aufweisenden Ringen verziert sein kann, welche abnehmbar montiert sind in einer Lagerung in der genannten Lunette, und welche auf dieser Lunette durch einfaches Einrasten festgehalten werden.
  • Diese Schmuckvorrichtungen erlauben wohl einen Teil der Lunettenfarbe zu verändern, sind aber gebunden an die Form des Ringes, welcher sich in die vorgesehene Lagerung auf der Lunette einpassen muss. Zudem muss der Ring sehr enge Toleranzen aufweisen, um einfach in die Lagerung montiert werden zu können.
  • Es ist auch vorgeschlagen worden, Aussehen und Form der Uhrschalen mittels austauschbarer Ringe zu modifizieren, welche sich von unten in abnehmbarer Weise an die Uhrschale anbringen lassen.
  • Es ist auch vorgeschlagen worden, den Ring mittels eines Armbandes festzuhalten, welches parallel zum Uhrboden und in entsprechenden Führungen verläuft. Eine solche Ringhaltevorrichtung ist aber nur möglich mit diesem speziellen Typus der Armbandbefestigung, wobei das Armband aus einem einzigen Stück und praktisch unter der Uhrschale hindurchverlaufen muß derart, dass dessen Armbandhalterung stark über das Armband herausragt und so das Handgelenk des Uhrenträgers beeinträchtigt.
  • Diesbezüglich wird auf die Ausführungen in GB-A-2 200 032 verwiesen.
  • In der CH-A-371 055 wird eine technische Neuerung für die Montage eines Uhrwerkes beschrieben, mit dem Ziel, die Aufhängung und die Stoßsicherheit des Uhrwerkes zu verbessern.
  • Eine Armbanduhr mit einer Uhrschale und einer Schmuckvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus dem Dokument CH-A-332 892 bekannt.
  • In der CH-A-654 167 wird eine Armbanduhr beschrieben, bei der ein Schmuckring von unten an eine Uhrschale angebracht ist. An der Uhrschale sind die Halterungen für das Armband angebracht. Der Schmuckring wird durch den Boden der Uhrschale gehalten und ist nicht von Hand austauschbar.
  • Es ist ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Armbanduhr mit einer Uhrschale und einer Schmuckvorrichtung zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei der die Schmuckvorrichtung unabhängig ist vom Armband, und bei der kein Risiko besteht, daß der Schmuckring während des Tragens verloren werden kann.
  • Diese Armbanduhr soll nicht nur ein Austauschen der Farbe der Uhr ermöglichen, sondern auch in gleicher Weise die Möglichkeit bieten, deren Aussehen und Form auf einfache, effiziente und ökonomische Art zu verändern. Dieses Ziel wird bei einer Armbanduhr der eingangs genannten Art durch die Kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 erreicht.
  • Ein Vorteil dieser Armbanduhr besteht darin, dass der austauschbare Ring 3 eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Formen haben kann. Einzig der Innendurchmesser des Ringes 3 muss die Dimension der Uhrschale 1 respektieren, um seine Kontur anzupassen und um ein Einfügen derselben zu ermöglichen.
  • Geht man beispielsweise von einer runden Uhrschale 1 aus, so kann man nach Belieben und nach Wahl des Verwenders deren Aussehen in eine quadratische, rechteckige, ovale, etc., Form bringen.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass der Ring 3 an die Aussenseite der Uhrschale 1 montiert ist.
  • Dabei sind die Toleranzen für die Ausführung viel weniger streng, und dies erlaubt unter anderem die Verwendung von verschiedenen Materialien, was nicht möglich wäre mit beispielsweise einer Gewindefixierung des Ringes 3. Man kann insbesondere alle zerbrechlichen Materialien verwenden, wie etwa Keramik, Glas, Granit, Edelsteine, Halbedelsteine, Edelmetalle, wie etwa Gold, etc..
  • Ausserdem wird der Ring 3 nicht nur durch die Vorrichtungen 5a, 5b, oder 7, 8, 9, 14 zur Fixierung festgehalten, sondern auch in gleicher Weise während des Tragens vom Arm des Trägers selbst, weil er vom Uhrenunterteil her montiert ist. Dadurch besteht kein Risiko, dass der Ring 3 während des Tragens verloren werden kann, wie auch immer das Armband an die Uhrschale 1, auch Gehäuse genannt, angebracht ist.
  • In den Figuren sind mögliche Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung dargestellt.
  • Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektive Ansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform eines Ringes 3, insbesondere eines Schmuckringes, während des Fixiervorganges an die Uhrschale 1.
  • Figur 2 ist ein schematischer teilweiser Schnitt der Figur 1 entlang der Zeigerachse von 12 Uhr nach 6 Uhr, wobei das Armband 6 an die Halterungen 2a, 2b der Uhrschale 1 fixiert ist.
  • Die Figuren 3 bis 5 zeigen schematisch drei mögliche Ausführungsformen des Ringes 3 in fertigen Uhren.
  • Figur 6 zeigt als Beispiel einen teilweisen Aufschnitt einer Uhr, deren Ring 3 durch die Verzapfungs-Vorrichtung festgehalten wird.
  • Beim in Figur 1 dargestellten Beispiel weist die Uhrschale 1 ein rundes Uhrwerk ohne Krone auf, und ist mit zwei Halterungen 2a, 2b für das Armband 6 ausgestattet. Ein Schmuckring 3 ist vorgesehen, um in abnehmbarer Art von unten in die Uhrschale 1 in Richtung der Pfeile befestigt zu werden.
  • Dabei entspricht der Innendurchmesser des Ringes 3 ungefähr dem Aussendurchmesser der Uhrschale 1. Der Ring 3 ist mit zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegenden Aussparungen 4a, 4b ausgerüstet, welche sich in die Halterungen 2a, 2b der Uhrschale 1 einfügen. Die Stärke d₁ des Ringes 3 entspricht mehr oder weniger genain der Stärke d₂ der Uhrschale 1, so dass die Uhrschale 1 praktisch ganz und bündig in den Ring 3 eingefügt ist.
  • Im in Figur 2 dargestellten schematischen teilweisen Schnitt kann man die Vorrichtungen zur Fixierung des Ringes 3 auf die Uhrschale 1 sehen, dargestellt in diesem Beispiel durch zwei unten an die Uhrschale 1 angebrachte schwenkbare Verschlussriegel 5a, 5b, welche sich diametral gegenüberliegen.
  • Diese Verschlussriegel 5a, 5b können eine rechteckige, längliche, halbkreisförmige oder kreisförmige Form aufweisen. Ihr Fixations- und Angelpunkt auf dem Uhrgehäuse 1 ist exzentrisch, so dass sie nicht den Durchmesser der Uhrschale 1 in Montagestellung des Ringes 3 überschreiten, aber in der Fixierungsposition des Ringes 3 auf der Ohrschale 1 den genannten Durchmesser überschreiten, um ein Verschieben des Ringes 3 zu verhindern.
  • Mit dem Ziel, den Verwender nicht zu stören können die Verschlussriegel 5a, 5b in Versenkungen in der Unterseite der Uhrschale 1 angebracht sein.
  • Der Schmuckring 3 kann eine Vielzahl von Formen haben, was erlaubt, das Aussehen der Uhr nach Belieben zu ändern.
  • In Figur 3 ist ein Ring 10 in der Form von Blütenblättern dargestellt.
  • In Figur 4 wurde der Ring 11 mit römischen Ziffern zur Stundenanzeige versehen.
  • In Figur 5 ist die Uhrschale 1 auf ein metallisches Armband 12 montiert und der Ring 13 hat eine Form, welche die Geometrie des Armbandes 12 vervollständigt.
  • Es gibt keine Begrenzung in der Formgebung des Ringes 3. Die einzige Bedingung besteht darin, dass sein Innendurchmesser dem Aussendurchmesser der Uhrschale 1 entspricht.
  • So kann man auch Ringe 3 mit irgendeiner äusseren Form, beispielsweise quadratisch, rechteckig, oval, vorsehen, je nach freiem Belieben der Vorstellungskraft des Kreateurs.
  • Besonders bei Kinderuhren-Anwendungen kann der Ring 3 die Form von Personen, lebendigen Mustern oder beliebten Tieren, etc. haben.
  • Das Material, aus welchem dieser Ring 3 hergestellt ist, kann beliebig sein, und ist vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus Metallen, insbesondere Edelmetallen, Steinen, insbesondere Edelsteine, Granit, Glas, Keramik, Kunststoffen, Holz, Leder, auf eine metallische Oberfläche aufgebrachtes Gewebe, Email, etc.
  • Ausgehend von einer runden Uhr kann man so das Aussehen ins Unendliche variieren, um dem aktuellen Modegeschmack oder den Kleidern oder anderen Accessoires des Trägers zu entsprechen.

Claims (4)

  1. Armbanduhr mit einer Uhrschale (1) und einer Schmuckvorrichtung, umfassend einen austauschbaren Schmuckring (3), welcher in von Hand abnehmbarer Art und Weise an die genannte Uhrschale (1) fixiert ist, wobei der Innendurchmesser des genannten Schmuckringes (3) dem Aussendurchmesser der genannten Uhrschale (1) entspricht, und wobei die genannte Uhrschale (1) wenigstens teilweise im genannten Schmuckring (3) eingefasst ist, und Vorrichtungen zur Fixierung des Schmuckringes (3) auf der Uhrschale (1), wobei diese Vorrichtungen zur Fixierung wenigstens ein verschiebbares, gegenseitig abgestimmtes Element umfassen, angebracht entweder in der Uhrschale (1) oder im Schmuckring (3), und welches (welche) den jeweils anderen Teil festhält (festhalten), und wobei die genannte Uhrschale (1) zwei Halterungen (2a,2b) für das Armband (6) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der genannte austauschbare Schmuckring (3) von unten an die genannte Uhrschale (1) fixiert ist, ferner daß die Dicke (d₁) des Schmuckringes (3) der Dicke (d₂) der Uhrschale (1) entspricht, so daß die Uhrschale (1) ganz in den Schmuckring (3) eingefügt ist, und daß der Schmuckring (3) ausgerüstet ist mit zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegenden Aussparungen (4a,4b), um das Einlassen der Halterungen (2a,2b) für das Armband (6) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen zur Fixierung aus unten an die Uhrschale (1) angebrachte schwenkbare Verschlussriegeln (5a, 5b) bestehen.
  3. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das genannte gegenseitig abgestimmte Element einen beweglichen Zapfen (7) umfaßt, welcher mit einer Feder (8) verbunden ist und sich in einer Bohrung (9) befindet und in der Uhrschale (1) untergebracht ist, und sich im Schmuckring (3) eine Aussparung (14) für die Aufnahme des Zapfens (7) befindet.
  4. Armbanduhr nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (7) die Form einer Kugel hat.
