Das untere Ende der Flaschenzugschnur (47) führt unmittelbar zur Harnisch-Schnur. An dem von den Profilkörpern (35) gebildeten Gitter sind daher nur die Rollenelemente (31) vorzusehen. Irgendwelche Schnurenden müssen also weder am Gitter noch am Flaschenzugelement (21) festgelegt werden. Von Vorteil ist auch, daß die Haken nur in einer ihrer beiden möglichen Stellungen, vorzugsweise in ihrer oberen Stellung, zur momentanen Stillsetzung ansteuerbar sein müssen und ansonsten die Auf- und Abwärtsbewegung der Messer mitmachen (Doppelhub-Jacquardmaschine). Durch Stillsetzen allenfalls eines der beiden komplementären Haken kann durch die Auf- und Abbewegung des jeweils anderen Hakens zwischen zwei beliebigen Harnisch-Schnurstellungen (unten; Mitte; oben) gewechselt werden. Für den Übergang zwischen der Stellungen unten und Mitte ist keiner der beiden Haken anzuwählen; für den Übergang zwischen unten und oben ist der Haken (30) anzuwählen; für den Übergang zwischen Mitte und oben ist der Haken (29) anzuwählen.The aforementioned angles α and β each lie in the plane of the drawing in FIG. 4, that is to say in a plane perpendicular to the (mostly vertical) longitudinal direction of the block and tackle arrangements shown. By stopping at best one of the two complementary hooks can be switched between any two harness line positions (bottom; middle; top) by moving the other hook up and down. Neither of the two hooks must be selected for the transition between the bottom and middle positions; the hook (30) must be selected for the transition between the bottom and the top; the hook (29) must be selected for the transition between the center and the top.

Claims (18)

  1. Tackle mechanism connected to two complementary hooks of a Jacquard machine which, during each cycle of movement of the knives, can each either be taken up by one of the two knives of the Jacquard machine, movable upwards and downwards in phase opposition, or be retained in the upper or lower position, whilst those hooks are connected to one or more warp threads via tackle cords deflected on tackle pulleys, so that these warp threads can be brought to three different levels in two successive cycles of movement of the knives in accordance with the selection possibilities of the hooks, characterized in that this tackle mechanism consists of a tackle element (21) with two pulleys (26), (27) and of a pulley element (31) with a pulley (38), in that the pulley element (31) is secured under two complementary hooks (29), (30), in that a tackle cord (28) is connected at one end to one hook (29), runs downwards, is deflected under the upper pulley (26) of the tackle element (21) and runs back upwards, where the other end is connected to the hook (30), in that the tackle element (21) hangs under the hooks (29), (30) and above the pulley element (31), and in that a tackle cord (47) is tied at one end to the hook (30) next to the tackle cord (28), runs downwards, is deflected under the pulley (38) of the pulley element (31), runs back upwards, is deflected via the lower pulley (27) of the tackle element (21) and runs back downwards, where it is connected lower than the pulley element (31) to one or more warp threads.
  2. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tackle element (21) and/or pulley element (31) is so designed and/or at least one of their associated pulleys (26), (27) and (38) are so arranged or designed that it is true of at least one pulley (26), (27), (38) that a tackle cord (28), (47) deflected at that pulley runs vertically on the opposite sides of that pulley in different planes perpendicular to the knife direction, whilst the outside of the side pieces of the tackle element (21) and/or of the pulley element (31) is perpendicular to the knife direction.
  3. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the design of the tackle element (21) and/or of the pulley element (31) and/or the arrangement or design of at least one of their respective pulleys (26), (27), (38) is selected in such a way that the tackle-cord segments running vertically next to one another on the same side of the pulleys (26), (27), (38) extend in different planes perpendicular to the knife direction, at a sufficient distance from one another to prevent these tackle-cord segments from rubbing against one another while the tackle mechanism is working.
  4. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that at least one pulley (26), (27) or (38) is seated on an axle (24), (25), (37) which does not lie in a vertical plane extending in the knife direction.
  5. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the tackle element (21) is composed of two elongate side pieces (22), (23) which are fastened to one another parallel and opposite to one another at a specific interspacing, in that axles (24) and (25) run near to the ends of these side pieces (22), (23) from one side piece (22) to the other (23), and in that pulleys (26) and (27) are arranged rotatably on these axles (24), (25).
  6. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 5, characterized in that the axles (24) and (25) of the tackle element (21) are arranged parallel to one another and obliquely, so that an angle (α) is formed between the centre line of each axle (24), (25) and the perpendicular to the outside of one of the side pieces (22), (23) level with each centre line within a horizontal plane, in that the size of this angle (α) and the direction of the oblique arrangement of the axles (24), (25) are selected in such a way that, in an arrangement of the tackle element (21), on the one hand the tackle-cord segments of the tackle cords (28), (47), deflected at the pulleys (26), (27), which extend under the hook (29), are located in a vertical plane perpendicular to the knife direction, this plane containing the fastening point of the tackle cord (28) on the hook (29) on the vertical bisecting line of this hook (29), and in that, on the other hand, the tackle-cord segments running under the hook (30) are located in another vertical plane perpendicular to the knife direction, this plane containing the fastening point of the tackle cord (28) on the hook (30) outside the vertical bisecting line of this hook (30).
  7. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 6, characterized in that the side pieces (22), (23) of the tackle element (21) are designed in such a way that the insides of the side pieces run parallel to the obliquely arranged pulleys (26), (27), and in that, in an arrangement of this tackle element (21), the outsides of these side pieces (22) and (23) are located within vertical planes perpendicular to the knife direction.
  8. Tackle mechanism according to Claim 5, 6 or 7, characterized in that one of the side pieces (23) of the tackle element (21) has over the entire height, on the outer face of the vertically extending edge on which the tackle cord (47) runs downwards, a recess (48), the walls of which can guide the tackle cord (47).
  9. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pulley element (31) is provided with a base part (32) having fastening aids (33), whilst two upright side plates (36), (41) are fastened pivotably to this base part (32), in that the fastening aids and the pivotable fastening of the side plates (36), (41) are designed in such a way that these side plates (36), (41) are arranged pivotably with respect to a horizontal axle (40) set perpendicularly to the knife direction, and in that an axle (37) extends from one side plate (36) to the other side plate (41), whilst a pulley (38) is fastened rotatably on this axle (37).
  10. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the axle (37) of the pulley element (31) is arranged obliquely, so that an angle (β) is formed in a horizontal plane between the centre line of the axle (37) and the perpendicular to the outside of one of the side plates (36), (41) level with the centre line, in that the size of this angle (β) and the direction of the oblique path of the axle (37) are selected in such a way that, in a fastening of the pulley element (31), on the one hand the tackle-cord segments of the tackle cord (47), deflected at the pulley (38), which run under the hook (29) are located in a vertical plane perpendicular to the knife direction, this plane containing the fastening point of the tackle cord (28) on the hook (29) on the vertical bisecting line of this hook (29), and in that, on the other hand, the tackle-cord segments of this tackle cord (47) which run under the hook (30) are located in another vertical plane perpendicular to the knife direction, this plane containing the fastening point of the tackle cord (47) on the hook (30) on the vertical bisecting line of this hook (30), that is to say on the other edge of this vertical bisecting line of the hook (30) in comparison with the fastening point of the tackle cord (28) on this hook (30).
  11. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding-claims, characterized in that the side plates (36), (41) of the pulley element (31) are designed in such a way that the insides of the segments (36'') and (41'') of these side plates run parallel to the obliquely set pulleys (38), and in that the side plates (36), (41) are so designed and the fastening aids (33) are so provided that, in a fastening of this pulley element (31), the outsides of these side plates (36), (41) are located in vertical planes perpendicular to the knife direction.
  12. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pulley element (31) has a beam-shaped base part (32) which is provided with a T-shaped recess (33) terminating in the lower wall, in that there stands vertically on the upper wall of the base part an upright rib (32') which extends in the width direction and to which is fastened symmetrically a horizontal bush (39) which extends in the longitudinal direction of the base part (32) and in which an axle (40) projecting on the opposite sides is arranged rotatably, in that a side plate (36) and (41) is fastened to each of the two ends of the axle (40), in that the two side plates (36), (41) have downwards to a level with their fastening point an elongate segment (36'), (41') with parallel edges and terminate higher in a wider head (36''), (41'') rounded upwards, in that there is fastened to the side plate (36) centrally in relation to the head (36'') an axle (37), on which a rotatable pulley (38) is seated, in that there is provided centrally in the head (41'') a symmetrical circular depression (42), at the centre of which is located an orifice (44), in which the axle (37) is seated, the pulley (38) being partially surrounded by the walls of the depression (42), in that sufficient space remains between the side plates (36) and (41) and around the pulley (38) to deflect a tackle cord (47) from the top side under this pulley (38) and to guide it back upwards, in that the side plate (41) has in the lower segment (41'), along the inside, a U-shaped lower segment (43), the parallel walls (43') of which start from the underside of this side plate (41) and merge higher into one another in a bend (43''), and in that an orifice (45), in which the axle (40) is seated, is provided in this segment (43) near to the bend (43'').
  13. Tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that a recess (46) is provided on one side in the outer wall of one of the side plates (36), (41) of the pulley element (31) and extends over the entire height of the wider segment (41''), and in that the walls of the recess can guide the segment of the tackle cord which runs downwards to the warp threads.
  14. Arrangement of a plurality of tackle mechanisms according to one or more of the preceding claims on a Jacquard machine, characterized in that the pulley elements (31) of the tackle mechanisms, which cooperate with hooks (29), (30) of the same pair of complementary hook rows, are fastened next to one another to the same profiled body (35) running parallel to these rows.
  15. Arrangement of a plurality of tackle mechanisms on a Jacquard machine according to Claim 14, characterized in that these pulley elements (31), which cooperate with hooks (29), (30) of the same pair of complementary hook rows, are fastened to profiled bodies (35), on the top side of which there is provided at least one projecting edge (34) of T-shaped cross-section which runs in the longitudinal direction and which corresponds in shape and dimensions to the T-shaped recess (33), these pulley elements (31) being firmly seated on one edge (34) in such a way that the T-shaped edge (34) is seated in the T-shaped recess (33).
  16. Arrangement of a plurality of tackle mechanisms on a Jacquard machine according to Claim 14 or 15, characterized in that pulley elements (31), which cooperate with hooks (29), (30) of different complementary pairs of hook rows, are fastened to different profiled bodies (35) lying next to one another, whilst these profiled bodies (35) are connected to one another to form a fixed or movably arranged grid.
  17. Arrangement of a plurality of tackle mechanisms on a Jacquard machine according to Claim 14, 15 or 16, characterized in that each profiled body (35) is provided with two projecting edges (34) of T-shaped cross-section, in that the pulley elements (31), which cooperate with hooks of pairs, lying next to one another, of complementary hook rows, are firmly seated on edges (34), lying next to one another, of the same profiled body (35) or of adjacent profiled bodies (35), and in that the tackle mechanisms, the pulley elements (31) of which are fastened to different edges (34), lying next to one another, of profiled bodies (35) lying next to one another, are arranged in such a way that respective tackle cords (47) extend between those same profiled bodies downwards towards the warp threads, the hooks (30) of those tackle mechanisms to which the two tackle cords (28), (47) are fastened being located opposite one another.
  18. Jacquard machine, especially double-lift Jacquard machine, which is provided with at least one tackle mechanism according to one or more of the preceding claims.
