Description

The invention relates to a tubular bag, in particular for free-flowing bulk goods, such as Peas, beans, nuts, screws or the like. Made of a film-like material that can be sealed at least on one side, with one longitudinal seam and two transverse seams.

The known tubular bags have the disadvantage that they cannot be closed easily after the first opening and therefore the entire contents must be removed at once.

The invention has for its object to design a tubular bag of the type mentioned so that the removal of a subset and a subsequent reclosing is possible.

This object is achieved in that the longitudinal seam is designed as a fin seam, ie the inside on the inside and is placed on the outside of the bag and by point or the like. Shaped sealing is fixed, and that the sealing surface of the longitudinal seam is provided with a recess coming from the inside of the bag, and that a dividing or perforation line or the like. to open the Bag is provided along the longitudinal seam, which runs within the longitudinal seam and extends into the recess.

When a strip of the longitudinal seam is severed along the dividing or perforation line, the bag is only opened in the region of the cutout, but this is completely sufficient to remove a part of the filling material. By simply pulling the remaining longitudinal seam straight, it is closed again.

It is also very advantageous if, according to the invention, at least one film section of the longitudinal seam is provided with recesses through which it is possible to seal the inside of the film section with an adjacent film section on the inside or outside thereof.

As a result, it is also possible, in the case of a film composite that can only be sealed on the inside, to stiffen or fix the longitudinal seam to such an extent that a reliable reclosure of the recess can be achieved.

A further advantageous embodiment of the invention also lies in the fact that the longitudinal seam is folded out in a C-shape on the outside of the bag.

The fact that in this embodiment there are two superimposed layers of the longitudinal seam on the outside of the bag, there is a particularly favorable resealability.

Im Bereich des einen Seitenrandes 2 sind hintereinanderliegende langlochförmige Aussparungen 3 ausgestanzt.1 in FIG. 1 denotes a material web which, depending on the intended use, can consist of different materials such as plastic film, paper, cellophane, etc. and is coated in a sealable manner on its later inside. In the area of the one side edge 2, successively elongated cutouts 3 are punched out.

To form a tube, the two longitudinal edges are placed on top of one another with their inner sides and sealed together between two boundary lines 4 and 5. The outer boundary line 4 facing the edge of the longitudinal seam strip thus formed has a straight course, while the inner boundary line 5 has a curved course forming a recess 6. In addition, this inner boundary line 5 is still guided around the cutouts 3 so that no sealing is carried out in their area. A perforation line 7 is also provided within the longitudinal seam, which divides an outer strip-shaped section 8 of the longitudinal seam and thereby runs through the recess 6 formed by the inner boundary line 5. The longitudinal seam strip is then folded into itself in the area of the recesses 3 and sealed again. However, the recess 6 remains in a somewhat narrower form, while the two outer layers of the longitudinal seam fold are sealed to one another on their respective inner sides by the punched-out recesses 3.

By attaching transverse sealing seams 9 and 10 and simultaneously filling, the tubular bag is formed, which is then separated from the hose.

To open the bag, the strip 8 is severed along the perforation line 7, as a result of which the recess 6 is opened and part of the filling material can trickle out. By simply pulling the remaining longitudinal seam strip smooth, the recess 6 can be closed to such an extent that the filling material does not emerge on its own.

Instead of the perforation line 7, a simple marking line can also be provided, along which a corresponding strip 8 is cut off using scissors.
