Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a load-bearing device designed as a storage and retrieval device or a similarly designed movable lifting device, in particular for motor vehicles in mechanical parking facilities.
In order to park motor vehicles in a space-saving manner, for example, automated parking garages are operated, for example those designed in the manner of a high-bay warehouse. With automatic funding, the motor vehicle to be parked is parked by the user at a transfer point, taken over by a mechanical device and stored in a shelf compartment in the parking garage. At the request of the user, the motor vehicle is picked up from the storage compartment and made available to the user again at a storage location. Systems are used in which the motor vehicles are picked up with telescopic forks after they have been placed on pallets or roller pallets. The pallets are placed in a shelf compartment by a storage and retrieval machine with telescopic forks. The relatively simple handling during storage is offset by high investment costs for the pallets; the time and space required for handling and storing the pallets is also undesirably high. The roller pallet system in the form that a first roller pallet placed in a shelf is pushed deeper into the shelf by a second roller pallet coupled to it, these two even further by a third etc., does indeed make good use of space. A major disadvantage, however, lies in the limited access and therefore a long time from the request by the user to the provision. Systems are also known in which adjustable rollers engage the wheels in order to raise the vehicle. If the rolling ability of the motor vehicles is used, braked vehicles and vehicles with a locked steering wheel lock cannot be operated. However, it is desirable to generally store the vehicles with the brakes applied, because otherwise devices must be created in the parking space that prevent the vehicles from rolling away. So-called crawling cars or satellite cars are also used. These are low-profile vehicles, also in the form of lifting vehicles, which detach themselves from a storage and retrieval machine that supports them and travels in the aisle and support themselves under the motor vehicles on a carriageway, pushing and holding or lifting them with retractable pushing or lifting rollers on the wheels and drive back to the storage and retrieval machine. The crawler trolley leaves the storage and retrieval unit on the shelf and places the vehicle to be parked in the shelf compartment. This presupposes that in addition to the parking beams required for the vehicle to be parked, the so-called depth supports, the crawler wagon must have its own rails, with the large number of parking spaces a high additional investment. In addition, a crawling wagon must be equipped with its own travel and lifting drive, which cannot be accommodated in a standard clearance under a motor vehicle. This and the less favorable introduction of force into the components of the shelf result in increased shelf costs and space costs.
It is an object of the present invention to avoid the disadvantages of the known parking systems and to create an economical and universally usable load suspension device. After that It is proposed for a load-bearing device of the type mentioned at the outset that two parallel telescopic fork lower parts are arranged transversely displaceably on a movable load carrier, each of which carries a longitudinally telescopic upper part of the telescopic fork on which two pairs of roller carriages with supporting rollers projecting on the load-bearing side can be moved longitudinally and can be adjusted and locked relative to one another. This results in the possibility of accommodating motor vehicles of any design by longitudinally moving the upper parts of the telescopic fork on the outside or inside of the wheels of the motor vehicles to be parked and shifting the support rollers transversely into the alignment of the wheels and only parking them by handling by means of the load-bearing device. Additional pallets, rails, drives or the like. are not needed. The parking time is very short on average. The investment costs required are relatively low.
To increase the load-bearing capacity and ensure reliable operation when lifting loads, each upper part of the telescopic fork is guided in a central part of the telescopic fork that creates the connection between the upper and lower part.
Furthermore, the upper parts of the telescopic fork are each equipped, at least at their free end, with a support roller which is preferably in line with the support rollers. The extended telescopic fork upper parts are supported by the support rollers on the already available contact surface of the vehicles to be parked or parked and can therefore be dimensioned much more easily than without such a support.
The carrying rollers of each pair of roller slides are expediently lockable against one another in the load suspension position.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a single drive arrangement is provided for the method and the locking of a plurality of roller carriages, namely either all roller carriages or especially the roller carriages of an upper part of a telescopic fork. When picking up the motor vehicles to be parked, the latter first sets the idler pairs on one side of the vehicle to the center distance of the wheels and the idlers of each idler pair on the front and rear system on the respective wheel, then drives the idlers of each idler pair against each other until the vehicle is raised, and locks the idlers in this position against each other until the motor vehicle is set down again. In this way, an informal and gentle reception of all motor vehicles on their wheels is guaranteed.
In addition, it is proposed that the roller carriages are each provided with a plurality of supporting rollers which are connected to one another via articulated links, a support being provided which is adapted to the shape of the load. This allows a multi-point support of each wheel to be achieved, which leads to a further relief of the wheel guides of the motor vehicle and to a more uniform load distribution on the roller slides, but above all significantly reduces the friction when the roller slides move against one another for lifting the motor vehicle pairs.
According to the invention, it is also recommended that the lower parts of the telescopic fork can be tilted in the longitudinal direction by a small amount of inclination with respect to the load carrier after an adjustable tilting moment has been exceeded. This arrangement enables the telescopic fork upper parts to be pushed out without support at the beginning of the Pushing out process and causes a smooth transition to supporting the ends of the telescopic fork upper parts when the amount of inclination is exceeded and a gradual increase in the weight portions supported by the support rollers with advancing telescoping.
It is advantageous if sensors are provided for monitoring the tilting movement and the feed movement of the upper part of the telescopic fork is switched off when a predetermined inclination amount is exceeded. This securing arrangement ensures an interruption of the telescopic movements if a disturbance of the support occurs when the upper parts of the telescopic fork are required to be supported.

A trained as a storage and retrieval unit for receiving motor vehicles in mechanical parking facilities Load suspension device comprises a
Ein Parkvorgang spielt sich beispielsweise folgendermaßen ab:
- 1. A motor vehicle is parked at the storage location by the driver so that a pair of wheels, preferably the front wheels, are at a certain point. The motor vehicle is braked and left. The motor vehicle stands with the
wheels 8 on plates, which allow lateral displacement, for example over ball bars, without substantial resistance. - 2. An alignment and centering device presses on the tires of the
wheels 8 from the outside and places the motor vehicle parallel and centrally to the axis of the telescopic forklower parts 2. - 3. The telescopic fork
upper parts 4 of the load suspension device are moved under the motor vehicle in the collapsed state. The roller slides 6, which are longitudinally displaceable on them, are at a maximum distance from one another. Sensors monitor the presence of sufficient free space under the motor vehicle during the drive-under. - 4. The lower
telescopic fork parts 2 and with them the telescopedupper parts 4 of the telescopic fork are moved apart, thesupport rollers 7 protruding from the roller slides 6 and also thesupport rollers 5 moving into the track of the vehicle. Sensors monitor the spreading movement and switch it off before touching theupper part 4 of the telescopic fork and the tires. - 5. Mechanical drives move the
roller carriages 6 towards each other in pairs. Thesupport rollers 7 thereby raise the motor vehicle. When the motor vehicle is lifted, the bending moment in the telescopic fork parts increases. Thesupport rollers 5 attached to the telescopic forkupper parts 4 limit the bending deformation that occurs by being supported in the track of the tractor vehicle. - 6. The telescopic fork
upper parts 4 are retracted. The raised motor vehicle is now on theload carrier 1 of the storage and retrieval unit. - 7. The storage and retrieval machine moves in the rack aisle and places the
load carrier 1 with the telescopic fork parts and the motor vehicle thereon in front of an empty rack compartment. - 8. The telescopic fork
upper parts 4 move into the shelf compartment, with thesupport rollers 5 being supported on the deep support of the shelf compartment as the extension length increases. - 9. The roller slides 6 are moved apart after their blocking has been released. The
wheels 8 are placed on the depth supports. - 10.The telescopic fork parts are moved together under the motor vehicle and then retracted lengthways.
- 11.The load suspension device is free for a new operation.
Eine Auslagerung verläuft in angepaßt umgekehrter Reihenfolge.Outsourcing is carried out in the reverse order.
In the case of an embodiment of the load suspension device with telescopic fork upper parts acting on the outside of the motor vehicle, the parking process takes place accordingly.
