Claims (9)

  1. Machine d'impression taille-douce munie d'un cylindre porte-plaques (2) portant au moins une plaque d'impression, d'un cylindre d'impression (1) coopérant avec ce cylindre porte-plaques (2), d'un dispositif d'essuyage (3) coopérant avec le cylindre porte-plaques, d'un cylindre collecteur de couleurs (8) muni de rouleaux encreurs (10) et de dispositifs encreurs (11) encrant ces rouleaux encreurs, le cylindre porte-plaques, le cylindre d'impression et le dispositif d'essuyage étant montés dans un premier bâti de machine (I), caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux encreurs (10) ainsi que leurs dispositifs encreurs (11) sont montés dans un deuxième bâti de machine (II) mobile dans une direction perpendiculaire aux axes des rouleaux, que le cylindre collecteur de couleurs (8) est monté dans un troisième bâti de machine (III) qui peut être éloigné de l'espace entre le premier et le deuxième bâti de machine et déplacé dans une position de repos et que le deuxième bâti de machine (II) est aménagé de façon à encrer le cylindre collecteur de couleurs (8) au moyen de ses rouleaux encreurs (10) dans une première position de fonctionnement dans laquelle le cylindre collecteur de couleurs (8) est appuyé contre le cylindre porte-plaques (2) et à encrer le cylindre porte-plaques (2) au moyen de ses rouleaux encreurs (10) dans une deuxième position de fonctionnement dans laquelle le troisième bâti de machine (III) se trouve dans ladite position de repos.

Machine d'impression taille-douce selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle chaque dispositif encreur présente un encrier (20), un cylindre d'encrier (21) et un rouleau toucheur (22), caractérisée en ce que le cylindre d'encrier (21) ou l'ensemble formé par l'encrier (20) et le cylindre d'encrier (21) et le rouleau toucheur (22) sont montés dans le deuxième bâti de machine (II) de manière à être mobiles et que dans une des deux positions de fonctionnement citées précédemment, le cylindre d'encrier (21) est appuyé sur le rouleau encreur (10) qui lui correspond et le rouleau toucheur (22) roule sur le cylindre d'encrier (21) sans contact avec le rouleau encreur (10), remplissant les fonctions de rouleau distributeur de couleurs, alors que dans l'autre position de fonctionnement citée, le cylindre d'encrier (21) est éloigné du rouleau encreur (10) qui lui correspond et le rouleau toucheur (22) roule sur le cylindre d'encrier (21) et sur le rouleau encreur (10), remplissant les fonctions de rouleau de transfert de couleurs.
  3. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux encreurs (10) sont garnis de telle sorte de plaques à encrer en matériau élastique qu'ils sont aussi bien adaptés à l'encrage du cylindre collecteur de couleurs (8) qu'à l'encrage direct des plaques d'impression taille douce du cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  4. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un palier pour recevoir soit un cylindre de préessuyage (4') soit un rouleau encreur supplémentaire (4) pour l'encrage direct de la plaque d'impression taille douce ainsi qu'un encrier supplémentaire (5) associé audit rouleau encreur supplémentaire sont en outre prévus dans le premier bâti de machine (I).
  5. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 construite comme une machine d'impression à la feuille avec un margeur d'entrée (14) et un margeur de sortie (15), caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation en feuilles avec le margeur d'entrée (14) ainsi que le dispositif d'évacuation des feuilles avec le margeur de sortie (15) sont installés dans un bâti commun (12) disposé de manière à pouvoir basculer dans la partie supérieure du premier bâti de machine (I) et mobile entre une position de fonctionnement et une position de repos (12').
  6. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit bâti (12) porte en outre la table d'entrée (13) pour la pile d'entrée (B) et la table de sortie (19).
  7. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le troisième bâti de machine peut être éloigné du premier bâti de machine (I) selon une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe du cylindre et peut en outre être déplacé à angle droit par rapport à ladite direction pour être mis en position de repos.
  8. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le troisième bâti de machine (III) est muni d'un premier groupe de rouleaux (7) qui servent à son éloignement du premier bâti de machine et dont les axes sont parallèles à l'axe du cylindre et d'un deuxième groupe de rouleaux (23) dont les axes sont perpendiculaires à l'axe du bâti de machine (III) à angle droit par rapport à la direction d'éloignement et que les deux groupes de rouleaux sont escamotables au choix.
  9. Machine d'impression taille-douce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le troisième bâti de machine (III) est d'un côté monté de manière à basculer autour d'un axe vertical (25) de façon à pouvoir être basculé de côté dans ladite position de repos.
