Abstract

Une hauteur provisoire peut être adaptée entre le vrai plafond et la base du deuxième étrier 7 formée par sa partie transversale 11, cette hauteur étant comprise entre une fois et deux fois la longueur d'une fente oblongue. Le troisième étrier 13 est ensuite fixé au deuxième étrier 7 au moyen du boulon de blocage 14 passant par l'alésage 18 et la fente oblongue 12. Il est réglable par rapport à l'étrier 7 transversalement selon l'axe de la fente oblongue 12 et en rotation autour du boulon 14. Ce boulon est de préférence du type Japy® de manière à interdir toute rotation de la vis du boulon dans la fente 12. L'écrou dudit boulon est serré par une clé à tube passant au travers de l'alésage 29 prévu dans le berceau 21. Le berceau 21 est engagé par coulissement dans le troisième étrier 13, les deux vis 27 et 28 solidaires du berceau étant vissées dans les trous taraudés 19 et 20 prévus dans l'étrier 13. En vissant et dévissant lesdites vis 27 et 28, le berceau se rapproche ou s'éloigne de l'étrier 13 selon l'axe des branches latérales coulissant l'une par rapport à l'autre guidées par leur profil complémentaire. Les vis sont actionnées par une clé à tube passant par l'emplacement du spot prévue dans le berceau 21. Les réglages en position du troisième étrier 13 et du berceau 21 étant réalisés au moyen de boulon et vis accessibles par le trou prévu dans le faux plafond pour le spot, il est possible d'ajuster au plus juste l'axe du berceau recevant le spot avec l'axe dudit trou pour qu'ils se superposent, et la hauteur dudit berceau pour que la face antérieure du spot soit au niveau du faux plafond. Le spot 32 est ensuite monté dans le berceau 21 par I'intermédiaire d'au moins deux rondelles isolantes 35 et 36, le faux plafond passant entre ces deux rondelles, et étant maintenu par les deux goupilles 33. L'ampoule 39 est montée dans la bague intérieure pivotante 38 par un circlips non représenté. Cette bague laisse un passage circulaire d'air permettant la ventilation automatique de l'ampoule. A temporary height can be adapted between the real ceiling and the base of the second stirrup 7 formed by its transverse part 11, this height being between once and twice the length of an oblong slot. The third stirrup 13 is then fixed to the second stirrup 7 by means of the locking bolt 14 passing through the bore 18 and the oblong slot 12. It is adjustable relative to the stirrup 7 transversely along the axis of the oblong slot 12 and in rotation around the bolt 14. This bolt is preferably of the Japy® type so as to prevent any rotation of the bolt screw in the slot 12. The nut of said bolt is tightened by a pipe wrench passing through the bore 29 provided in the cradle 21. The cradle 21 is slidably engaged in the third stirrup 13, the two screws 27 and 28 integral with the cradle being screwed into the tapped holes 19 and 20 provided in the stirrup 13. By screwing and unscrewing said screws 27 and 28, the cradle approaches or moves away from the stirrup 13 along the axis of the lateral branches sliding relative to each other guided by their complementary profile. The screws are actuated by a pipe wrench passing through the location of the spot provided in the cradle 21. The adjustments in position of the third stirrup 13 and the cradle 21 are carried out by means of bolts and screws accessible through the hole provided in the false ceiling for the spot, it is possible to adjust as closely as possible the axis of the cradle receiving the spot with the axis of said hole so that they overlap, and the height of said cradle so that the front face of the spot is at the level from the false ceiling. The spot 32 is then mounted in the cradle 21 by I'intermediate of at least two insulating washers 35 and 36, the false ceiling passing between these two washers, and being held by the two pins 33. The bulb 39 is mounted in the pivoting inner ring 38 by a circlip not shown. This ring leaves a circular air passage allowing automatic ventilation of the bulb. This bulb 39 is powered by an electric wire leaving the real ceiling and passing either through or next to said adjustable mounting device of the spot.

Claims (10)

  1. Adjustable spotlight mounting device for false ceilings made of flexible stretched material for example a sheet of synthetic or tissue to cover the underlying real ceiling, the device comprising a first bracket (1) in inversed U-shape fixed to the real ceiling or an equivalent support by means of at least one blocking screw (2) which fits into an oblong slit (3) in its side (6), this first bracket being adjustable horizontally in relation to the said blocking screw, a second bracket (7) in U-shape, fixed to the first bracket by means of a blocking screw (8) which fits into oblong slits (4′, 5′, 9′, 10′) in the side walls (4, 5, 9, 10) of at least one of the two brackets, this second bracket (7) being adjustable in height in relation to the first bracket (1) and pivotable in relation to the latter around an axis which passes through the two blocking screws (8), as well as a support to take up the spotlight (32), characterised in that the said support contains a third bracket (13, 53) in inversed U-shape which is connected to the second bracket (7) by means of a blocking bolt (14) which fits into an oblong slot (12) in its transversal wall (11), this third bracket being adjustable horizontally in relation to the second bracket (7) around an axis defined by the said slit (12), in that the said support contains a cradle (21, 61) which takes up the spot (32), this cradle gliding on the sides (15, 16, 54, 55) of the said third bracket (13, 53) by means of its side walls (23, 24, 64, 65) the profile of which corresponds to that of the sides of the bracket to ensure axial guidance of the cradle in relation to the bracket, and in that the cradle (21, 61) is fixed to the third bracket (13, 53) by fastening devices (27, 28, 56) positioned in such a way as to adjust said cradle in height in relation to the third bracket, these fastening devices being connected to the cradle or the bracket and being accessible from the inside of said cradle.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle (21, 61) is fixed to the side walls (15, 16, 54, 55) of the third bracket (13, 53) and that the fastening devices contain adjustment and fastening screws (56) which fit into oblong slits in the side walls (23, 24, 64, 65) of the said cradle.
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle (21, 61) is fixed to the side walls (15, 16, 54, 55) of the third bracket (13, 53) and that the fastening devices contain adjustment and fastening screws (56) which fit into oblong slits in the side walls of the said bracket.
  4. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle (21) is fixed to the transversal wall (17) of the third bracket (13) and that the fastening devices contain at least one adjustment and fastening screw (27) which is connected to the cradle (21) and fits into a threaded bore (19) of the said transversal wall (17).
  5. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle (21) is fixed to the transversal wall (17) of the third bracket (13) and that the fastening devices contain at least one adjustment and fastening screw (27) which is connected to the cradle (21) and fits into an insert nut foreseen in the said transversal wall (17).
  6. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the spot (32) is mounted in the said cradle (21, 61) by intermediary of at least two rings (35, 36) made of thermically and electrically insulating material, destined to be arranged on both sides of the flexible, stretched material constituting the said false ceiling in a ring-shaped area around the said spot (32).
  7. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle (21) contains a fourth bracket (22) in inversed U-shape and a ring-shaped element (26) fixed to the free ends of the side walls (23, 24) of this bracket (22).
  8. Device according to claim 7, characterised in that the cradle (21) is arranged in such a way as to receive a spotlight (32) fixed to the fourth bracket (22) by means of a fastening device with bayonet fitting.
  9. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the cradle is a spotlight support (61) comprising two side walls in L-shape (64, 65) fixed to a base plate (62).
  10. Device according to claim 9, characterised in that the base plate (62) is arranged in such a way as to take up any spotlight independent of its type and dimensions.
