Description
La présente invention est relative aux sachets et aux procédés pour les vider. Elle s'applique tout particulièrement aux sachets microperforés de cuisson de produits alimentaires tels que les pâtes, le riz, le couscous, les légumes secs et tout autre produit alimentaire qu'il soit sec, frais, en conserve, ou sous toute autre forme. Elle s'applique, de préférence, aux produits composés de farines, semoules ou autres dérivés de céréale, tels que de blé dur, blé tendre, mais, seigle, orge, sarrazin, épeautre et d'ingrédients tels que des oeufs, des blancs d'oeuf, du lait, du gluten, ces ingrédients représentant de 0 à 25% du poids du produit à base de céréale, le reste étant constitué essentiellement de céréales.The present invention relates to bags and methods for emptying them.
