Abstract

The invention relates to a blowing lance suspension with integrated medium supply. In accordance with this invention, a U-shaped medium collector box having a horizontal top plate as carrier arm and a first connection surface is provided on the lance carriage. The medium connection pipes lead into this first connection surface. A lance carrier plate is provided, at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the lance, on the top part of the lance. The underside of the lance carrier plate forms a second connection surface into which the medium distributor pipes of the lance lead fittingly. Description

Blaslanzenaufhängungen mit integrierter Medienversorgung und horizontalen Anschlussflächen zwischen Lanze und Medienzufuhrvorrichtung sind an sich bekannt. Kennzeichnend bei diesen bekannten Ausführungen (siehe z.B. die Patentschriften LU-69 797 und LU-86 985) ist, dass die Primäranschlussfläche nach unten zeigt und die Sekundäranschlussfläche, d.h. die der Lanze zugeordnete Anschlussfläche, nach oben zeigt. Ausserdem ist die Kuppelvorrichtung mit ihrem zugeordneten Antriebmechanismus auch in einer verbesserten Ausführung (siehe hierzu die Patentschrift LU-88 017) noch recht aufwendig. Ein weiterer Nachteil der in dieser Patenschrift vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass zwischen dem Kranhaken und dem Lanzenoberteil für den Transport der Lanze ein Transportbügel vorgesehen sein muss, um den Lanzenoberteil unter die Medienzufuhrvorrichtung einzuführen, wobei das Entfernen dieses Bügels nach dem Einbringen der Lanze, sowie das Anbringen desselben für das Herausführen des Lanzenoberteils mit umständlichen Manipulationen verbunden ist. Der Ausleger 16 ist also als Medienzufuhreinrichtung ausgebildet und wird im folgenden einfachheitshalber auch als Medienkollektor oder Medienkollektorkasten 16 bezeichnet. Letzterer umfasst Anschluss-Rohrstutzen 22, 24, 26 zum Anschliessen von Medienleitungen (nicht gezeigt), wobei im dargestellten Beispiel der Stutzen 22 für eine Sauerstoffzufuhr, der Stutzen 26 für einen Kühlflüssigkeitsvorlauf und der Stutzen 24 der Kühlflüssigkeitsrücklauf vorgesehen ist. Diese verschiedenen Rohrstutzen 22, 24, 26 sind im Innern des Medienkollektors 16 als Medienleitungen ausgebildet, welche senkrecht nach oben in entsprechende Medienöffnungen in einer horizontalen Oberplatte 28 ausmünden (siehe Figuren 6 und 7). In dieser Tragplatte 36 der Lanze sind, zu den Öffnungen 30, 32, 34, passende Öffnungen 30', 32', 34' (Figur 8) vorgesehen, wobei natürlich geeignete periphere Abdichtelemente diesen verschiedenen Öffnungspaarungen zugeordnet sind (nicht explizit gezeigt). Abweichend hiervon besorgt die Schwenkhakenanordnung 60 nicht nur das Festlegen der Lanze 10' an einem ersten, bzw. zweiten Punkt des Schlittens 12', sondern auch das Gegeneinanderpressen der beiden Platten 36' und 28'. Zu diesem Zweck muss das Hakensystem solcherart ausgelegt sein, dass es beim Betätigen seiner Antriebe (in Figur 9 den Linearmotoren 62, 62') die Lanze 10' nach unten zieht.   1. Blowing lance suspension with integrated medium supply for metallurgical blowing lances with a blowing lance and a lance carrier slide, the lance being mounted on the lance carrier slide and the connection faces between the upper part of the blowing lance and the lance carrier slide being essentially horizontal, characterised in that a forked supporting arm for the lance (10) is designed as a medium collector tank (16) on the lance carrier slide (12, 12') and has a top plate (28) with a first, essentially horizontal connection face (29) with first medium openings (30, 32, 34) arranged therein, and that a lance supporting plate (36) is mounted on the upper part of the lance at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the lance, its underside forming a second essentially horizontal connection face (37) with second medium openings (30', 32', 34') suitably arranged therein, the second connection face (37) lying flush on the first connection face (29) when the lance (10, 10') is lowered on to the supporting arm and medium collector (16).
  2. Blowing lance suspension according to claim 1, characterised in that a securing and pressure device for the lance (10) is mounted between the lance carrier slide (12) and the upper part of the lance in such a way that the lance (10) with the first connection face (29) can be additionally pressed against the second connection face (37) by this device and that at the same time the lance shank can be rigidly connected by this device to the lance carrier slide.
  3. Blowing lance suspension according to claim 2, characterised in that the securing and pressure device on the lance slide (12) comprises a clamp (44) with a forked arm (46), which can be moved vertically on the lance carrier slide and can be hooked from above into two journals (48, 50) on the lance shank.
  4. Blowing lance suspension according to claim 3, characterised in that the arm (46) can be pressed firmly against the journals (48, 50) by a vertical drive (46, 54).
  5. Blowing lance suspension according to claim 2, characterised in that the securing and pressure device on the lance slide (12) has a pair of swivelling hooks (61, 61'), which can engage in two journals (48, 50) on the lance shank, and can be pressed against the two journals (48, 50) on the lance shank with the aid of assigned drives (62, 62') in the direction of gravity.
  6. Blowing lance suspension according to claim 6, characterised by connecting pipes between the lance (10) and the second medium openings (30', 32', 34') in the second connection face (37), the connecting pipes terminating from above in the corresponding second medium openings (30', 32', 34') of the second connection face (37).
  8. Blowing lance suspension according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised by suitable connection elements for electrical leads in the first and second connection face (29, 37).
  9. Blowing lance suspension according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised by a transport eyebolt (40, 40') on the upper part of the lance as a direct extension of the longitudinal axis of the lance (10).
