Description

The invention relates to a double jacket storage for the preparation and storage of hot service water according to the preamble of independent claims 1 and 2.

Such double jacket stores are known, for example, according to EP-A-0288340, but the guide elements are arranged such that there is a lower outward and an upper return flow on one side of the flow connection and then an upper outward and a lower flow after deflection Return flow to the return connection results in what is unfavorable for the heat exchange as a whole, since the already cooled heating medium is in exchange with the storage water and below the outflowing heating medium can no longer have a large temperature below the storage water.

Apart from that and regardless of how and where the heating medium supply and return connections are arranged on the outer jacket, a more or less strong temperature stratification in the process water of the externally heated storage tank is practically unavoidable, even if the supply connection is at the bottom and the return connection is at the top should be arranged on the outer jacket. Such temperature stratifications in the storage container are undesirable for known reasons, and the invention has for its object to provide with simple means and little effort that the tendency to such temperature stratifications counteracted or these can be largely avoided with such externally heated storage containers, namely for double jacket storage tanks that are either installed or installed horizontally or vertically.

Starting from a double jacket memory of the type mentioned, this object is achieved for a memory in a horizontal arrangement according to the invention by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1 and for a memory in a vertical arrangement by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 2. Advantageous further developments result from the respective subclaims.

This inventive design of such double jacket storage is thus ensured with a very simple and easy to implement measure that the heating medium flowing between the outer jacket and the storage container specifically kept away from a flowing exposure to storage areas located above is, that is, the part of the heat transfer medium flowing through and particularly effective in this regard for the heat transfer is concentrated or pressed down on the lower-lying areas of the storage tank and the heat transfer is intensified there, the bottom part of the storage tank protruding from the outer jacket anyway and the part located above the shielding screen are largely removed from the heat transfer.

In both cases, the shielding panels are attached at least selectively on the outside of the storage tank or on the inside of the outer jacket, i.e., for the special flow of the heating medium, it is sufficient to spot weld the shielding panels at only a few points. With regard to the return flow in the solution according to claim 1, an embodiment is preferred in such a way that an opening is arranged in the outer jacket bottom and to which the return line, which is guided outside along the uppermost jacket line of the outer jacket, is connected. In the case of the solution according to claim 1, it was found, moreover, that there are no significantly higher temperatures in the service water at the top than at the bottom if the arrangement level of the two shielding diaphragms is arranged at a distance which is two thirds with respect to the bottom jacket line of the outer jacket corresponds to the outer jacket diameter and in the solution according to claim 2, when the arrangement plane of the annular shielding diaphragm is arranged with respect to the outer jacket end at a distance which corresponds to at least one sixth of the height of the outer jacket.

The arrangement and design of the return flow of the heating medium is particularly easy to implement in the solution according to claim 2, namely in such a way that the line piece is formed from a U-shaped piece with a length which corresponds to the distance between the shielding panel and the outer jacket end. For this U-profile piece, it is also sufficient to fix it on one of the adjacent walls, that is to say, for example, also on the annular shielding screen itself.

The double jacket memory according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing of exemplary embodiments.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, both double jacket stores consist of a storage tank 1 provided with cold water supply and hot water outlet connection 3, 4, which, except for the tank bottom 5 provided with connections 3, 4, is surrounded by a shape-matching outer jacket 2 guiding the heating medium , are arranged on the heating medium supply and return connections 6, 7.

In order to intensify the heat transfer, both stores are equipped on their heating medium supply connections 6 with demand-controllable circulation pumps 19.

For the first embodiment according to Fig. 1, 2, that is, with horizontal orientation of the longitudinal axis 8, it is now, as shown, essential that above the longitudinal axis 8 between the storage container 1 and the outer jacket 2 at the same height each one horizontally oriented up to vertical outer jacket end 9 reaching, but before the other container bottom 5 'ending Shield 10 and the Heizmediumsvorlaufanschluß 6 below and at the bottom end 11 of the outer jacket 2 is arranged, and that for the heating medium return from the outer jacket bottom 12, a point 13 above the longitudinal axis 8 and below the arrangement level E of the two shields 10, a return line 14 to the end 11 of the outer casing 2 remote from the floor and the line there is provided with the return connection 7.

As far as the arrangement and design of the return in this embodiment is concerned, an opening 17 is provided in the outer jacket base 12, to which the return line 14, which is led along the top jacket line of the outer jacket 2, is connected, which for the purpose of simple connection and contact with the outer jacket 2 from a square tube consists. The actual arrangement of the two shielding panels 10 in the plane E between the outer jacket 2 and the storage container 1 is shown in FIG. 2.

This principle of "decommissioning" the storage area above by shielding is also implemented in the embodiment according to FIG. 3 with vertically installed double jacket storage, in this case in such a way that below the outer jacket termination 9 between the storage container 1 and the flow connection 6 arranged below provided outer jacket 2 a horizontally oriented, annular shielding aperture 10 'and this is provided with a return inlet opening 15, from which a line piece 16 leads to the upper end 11 of the outer jacket 2 arranged return port 7.

In this embodiment, as shown and in particular from Fig. 4, 5 can be seen, the line piece 16 is formed from a U-profile piece 16 'with a length L, which corresponds to the distance between the shield 10' and outer jacket end 9.

The conduction caused by the shields 10 and 10 'in the space between the outer jacket 2 and storage container 1 of the heating medium, preferably supported by the demand-controlled circulation pump 19, is illustrated with arrows, that is, over the shielding diaphragms 10, 10 ', which by no means have to be connected completely tightly to their adjacent walls, to a certain extent there are dead water spaces which are not or not significantly at the Heat transfer to the storage or to the domestic water are involved. The hot water that is already in the upper area of the storage tank is no longer heated, but only the hot water section located below the shielding panels, which means that the heated hot water in the upper section is no longer significantly higher than the temperature in the lower section Area of memory.
