Abstract

The wet-pretreated material (1) supplied in strand form is inflated into a balloon (15, 15', 15'', 15''') by means of a gaseous medium, is thereafter brought together again to form a strand and is guided in strand form through an overflow tube (17, 17', 17'', 17'''). These method steps are subsequently repeated several times in similar sequence. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a method for the continuous wet treatment of textile tubular goods according to the preamble of claim 1 and an apparatus for performing this method.

In the wet treatment of tubular goods, it is already known to inflate them with a gaseous medium, for example with compressed air, in order to improve the treatment effect. For example, EP-A 249 022 shows a method and a device for dyeing tubular goods with reactive dyes. The tubular goods are kept bug-free in various process stages in the inflated state.

Die DE-A 2139 138 beschreibt eine derartige Vorrichtung, in welcher das Textilgut allerdings in gestreckter Form festgehalten wird, so dass eine kontinuierliche Behandlung nicht möglich istFor the wet treatment of strand-like textile material, it is known to flood the strand with a liquor stream in a tubular autoclave. DE-A 2139 138 describes such a device, in which the textile material is held in an elongated form, however, so that continuous treatment is not possible

The object of the present invention is, in particular, to create a process which requires significantly less water, chemicals and energy to achieve the same post-treatment effect than the previously known processes, in which the throughput of the goods is insensitive to holes in the goods, which allows a wide variety of web widths, and one high washing shrink effect.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a method of the type mentioned at the outset according to the characterizing part of claim 1.

Due to the multiple inflation to a balloon during the treatment process, the treatment liquid is distributed very evenly between the goods that are in a wrinkle-free, untwisted state, which, in addition, automatically causes each subsequent strand part to result in different strand parts in the subsequent one Wet treatment in the overflow pipe for mutual contact.

Zweckmässige Weiterausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 11.Advantageous further developments of the invention are the subject of claims 2 to 11.

The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention as claimed in claim 12.

Fig. 4
the part of the operating diagram which follows in FIG. 3.

As can be seen from the drawings, the goods 1 to be treated are drawn off from a stack 2, impregnated for the first time with the bleaching liquor located in the liquid container 3, then passed through a first wide squeezing unit 4, and then a second time with the liquid container 5 Impregnated bleaching liquor.

The product 1 impregnated with the bleaching liquor in this way is then inflated to a balloon 7 by means of an inflator 6, so that the impregnation liquid is distributed extremely evenly over the web section which is in a wrinkle-free state.

Subsequently, the wet-impregnated product 1 is fed through a second wide squeeze unit 4 'to a web store 8, where the product 1 remains for a certain time for the impregnating liquid to take effect.

Subsequently, the impregnated product 1 is drawn off from the web store 8 at a width of approximately 100 m / min, and is heated to approximately 95 to 100 ° C. in a heating unit 9 during the passage by means of steam nozzles 10 arranged on both sides.

After that, the heated goods 1 in are still wide designed form with a dwell time of, for example, 30 to 40 minutes and a temperature of approximately 95 to 100 ° C. passed through a damper unit 11, at the outlet of which it is likewise continuously passed through the wash-out liquor located in the wash-out unit 12 and then introduced into a storage section 13 .

The method steps described below are now repeated several times in the same way, the same parts of the system being provided with the same reference numerals.

For reductive aftertreatment, the goods from the storage section 13 are combined into a strand, then inflated to a balloon 15 by means of an inflation unit 14, so that the washout liquid can be distributed extremely uniformly over and into the spread-free goods 1 present without wrinkles.

Then, if desired, the impregnated, wet goods 1 can be passed through a wide squeezing unit at the point 16.

After the point 16, the goods 1 passing through at this point in a wide state are introduced into a floating hopper 18 which is connected to the inlet of the overflow tube 17 in a liquid-tight manner, there they are again combined to form a strand, and passed in a strand through the overflow tube 17 filled with liquor. The length of the overflow tube 17 is about 9 to 10 meters in the example shown.

At the outlet of the overflow tube 17 there is an approximately 6 to 8 kg for deriving the fleet from the goods 1 treated in this way Goods-holding goods storage 19 provided with liquor discharge openings is arranged, from which the liquor arrives for further use in the liquor receiving and withdrawal container 20.

The goods 1 to be treated are again drawn off in a rope shape from the goods store 19, inflated to a balloon 15 'by means of an inflation unit 14', so that the wash-out liquid can again be distributed extremely evenly over and into the spread goods 1 which are now free of wrinkles, in wide state via the roller arrangement located at point 16 ', drawn off broadly, introduced into a floating hopper 18' which is liquid-tightly connected to the inlet of the next overflow pipe 17 '(not shown in FIG. 2 for clarity), there again combined to form a strand , and passed in strand form through the overflow tube 17 'filled with liquor.

At the outlet of the overflow pipe 17 ', a goods storage device 19' with liquor discharge openings is again arranged to discharge the liquor from the goods 1 treated in this way, from which the liquor arrives for further use in a liquor receiving and withdrawal container 20 '.

These process steps are now repeated several times, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 and 4.

Due to the repeated, wrinkle-free opening of the goods to be treated into a balloon, the subsequent broad design of the goods, which in each case brings about the compilation of the goods 1, which inevitably deviates from them previously, into a strand, wet treatment of the same, reopening of the goods 1 into a balloon, etc. an extraordinary intensive wet treatment of goods 1 with a minimum of treatment liquid and energy.

Due to the repeated balloon formation during the washing process, a bow marking possibly caused by the roller arrangements 16, 16 ', 16 "etc. is always moved to a different location on the tubular fabric 1, so that no bow marking can be detected on the end product.

The finished goods 1 exits the system at point 21 (FIG. 4).

Die Versorgung der Anlage mit Sattdampf erfolgt über die Zuleitung 22, die Abfuhr des Kondensats über die Leitung 23, die Flottenzirkulation über die Leitungen 24, und die Wasserzufuhr über die Zuleitungen 25.The system is supplied with saturated steam via the supply line 22, the condensate is discharged via the line 23, the liquor circulation via the lines 24, and the water supply via the supply lines 25.
