Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen auf zwei Tragwalzen 3 und 4 einer Tragwalzenwickelmaschine ruhenden fertig gewickelten Wickel 5. Die ankommende Warenbahn 6, welche die Tragwalze 3 teilweise umschlingt, ist noch nicht von dem fertigen Wickel 5 abgetrennt. Zwischen beiden Tragwalzen 3 und 4 ist bereits eine Trennvorrichtung in den zwischen den Tragwalzen 3 und 4 und dem Wickel 5 gebildeten Zwickel hochgebracht worden. Die Trennvorrichtung besteht aus einem beidseitig geführten Balken 7, der an seinem oberen Ende einen schwenkbar angeordneten Klingenträger 8 aufweist, an dem eine Abreißklinge 9 angeschraubt ist. In dem Klingenträger 8 sind im Abstand von der Abreißklinge 9 als Bolzen ausgebildete Halteorgane 10 verteilt über die Klingenbreite eingeschraubt. Die Halteorgane 10 tragen auf ihren der Tragwalze 3 zuweisenden Enden Filzauflagen 11. Der Klingenträger 8 kann mittels seitlicher Gestänge 12, die an fest an dem Träger angebrachten Hebeln 13 angreifen, gegen die Tragwalzen 3 geschwenkt werden (Fig. 2 und 3). In dieser Betriebsstellung klemmen die Halteorgane 10 die Warenbahn 6 fest gegen die Tragwalze 3, während zwischen der Abreißkante der Klinge 9 und der Warenbahn 6 ein geringer Spalt s verbleibt. Erst wenn der Wickel 5 durch die Ausdrückrolle 14 über die zweite Tragwalze 4 bewegt wird, kommt die Warenbahn 6 zum Anliegen an die Abreißkante der Abreißklinge 9, die in an sich bekannter Weise als Perforierkante gezahnt ausgebildet sein kann. Diese ist in Bezug auf die Längsachse von Klingenträger 8 leicht angeschrägt, und zwar derart, daß sie im Betriebszustand gemäß Fig. 3 - somit im Augenblick des Schneidens - mehr oder minder satt an der Mantelfläche 22 von Tragwalze 4 anliegt. Beim Ausstoßen des Wickels 5 aus dem Wickelbett, so wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, tritt in Bahn 6 zwischen der Klinge 9 und der Ausdrückrolle 14 eine Zugspannung auf. Diese wirkt über die Klinge 9 auf den Klingenträger 8 in dem Sinne, daß sie diesen im Uhrzeigersinne um Gelenk 20 zu verschwenken versucht. Dies ist jedoch aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung nicht möglich, und zwar wegen der Abstützung der Stützfläche 21 von Hebelarm 8b an der Anschlußfläche 22 von Tragwalze 4. Aus diesem Grunde ist aber auch eine Verbiegung des Balkens 7 nicht möglich. Der Balken bleibt vielmehr völlig gerade, so daß auch bei steifen, kartonähnlichen Papieren kein Verbiegen des Balkens 7 eintritt, und daher die Bahn 6 durch die Klinge 9 sauber durchtrennt wird.It is very important that the blade carrier 8 is designed as a double lever.
