Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shedding device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a shedding device in which the traction element contains a support foot which is received in the sub-compartment position by a trough-shaped recess of a stationary support bar.
- the electromagnet There is a relatively large distance between the electromagnet and the traction element, so that the traction element must be pivoted towards the electromagnet by the lifting knife and must be pivoted back through the harness when the electromagnet is not energized.
- This constant back and forth swiveling of the tension member there is noise and there is friction between the tension member and the support foot on the one hand and between the tension member and the lifting knife on the other hand, which leads to the wear of one or the other part, which is a disadvantage.
- Another weak point is that the restoring force of the pulling element has to be applied by the harness pull. Because the frictional force between the support bar and the support foot counteracts this, the harness pull has to be tightened more than is actually necessary.
- EP-A 119 787 describes a reading device which is arranged in the upper compartment position.
- the read-in device has a section for guiding the pulling member, a section with a holding member for holding the pulling member in the upper compartment position, and a section with an electromagnet for bringing the pulling member into and out of engagement with the holding member.
- the pulling element is only guided in the area of the reading device and at a relatively large distance from the holding element, so that the pulling element is pivoted by the electromagnet to the holding element or away from the holding element.
- the power of the electromagnet must be designed to be correspondingly strong, and the lifting knife or the circuit board must perform an overstroke in order to attach and remove the pulling member in or out of the holding member. Another consequence is a high noise level and high wear.
- the aim of the invention is to further develop a shedding device in such a way that the disadvantages of the known devices are eliminated and that the vibrations generated by the reading-in process are low and that the armor retraction force is reduced.
- a shedding device of the type in question contains a kinematic connecting element 1, which connects traction elements, a roller train 2 with a first disc 3, around which the connecting element 1 is guided, and a second disc 4, which is connected to the first disc 3 via web parts 5 is connected, a cord 6 which is guided around the second pulley 4 and connected to the heald 7 for guiding warp threads, and a return spring 8 which is attached to the end of the heald 7. The other end of the cord 6 is connected to the machine frame.
- the shed forming device further comprises two lifting knives which can be moved up and down in opposite directions, two pulling elements which can be moved up and down between a lower and upper shed position, and an electrically controllable magnetic reading device with control device.
- the lifting knives, traction elements and reading device are based on the accompanying drawings for the exemplary embodiments of shedding devices according to the invention described individually.
- FIG. 1 and 2 show a first exemplary embodiment of a reading device.
- This reading device 12 has two electromagnets 13, 14 and two pole plates 15, 16 and a holder 17.
- Each electromagnet consists of a cylindrical core 18 and a winding 19 which is wound on the core ( Figure 2).
- Each pole plate 15, 16 has a U-shaped cross section that tapers over the length of the pole plate, so that the legs 20, 21 form oblique surfaces.
- the pole plates 15, 16 are arranged such that the leg ends are opposite one another at a distance.
- the electromagnets 13, 14 are arranged between the pole plates 15, 16.
- the electromagnets 13, 14 and the pole plates 15, 16 are connected by a plastic compound 22 which fills the cavities between the pole plates and the gap between the leg ends. This creates a wedge-shaped unit with two sloping surfaces.
- a section of a pulling element 42 is attracted when the electromagnets 13, 14 are energized, so that this section bears against the inclined surfaces which are formed by the outer surface of the pole plate legs 20, 21.
- the pole plate legs 20, 21 form pole regions 23 and 24, so that the field lines 25 of the electromagnets are directed in the transverse direction of the pulling element 42.
- a base edge 17a is formed by the lower, broad part of this reading device 12.
- FIG. 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a reading device.
- This reading device 31 has an electromagnet 32 and a holder 33 for the electromagnet.
- the electromagnet 32 consists of a double-T-shaped core 34 and a winding 35.
- the core 34 has a web part on which the winding is arranged in an insulated manner and a wide base flange 36 and a narrow flange 37 which face the traction elements 42 Sides have inclined surfaces, which have defined pole areas 38 and 39 and thus the base edge 17a form.
- a section of the pulling element 42 is attracted when the electromagnet 32 is excited, so that this section lies against the inclined surfaces of the flanges 36, 37 of the core 34, the field lines 40 being directed in the longitudinal direction of the pulling element 42.
- the magnetic circuit is short-circuited, so that the current consumption of the electromagnet 32 is advantageously reduced.
- the shedding device according to the invention shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 contains two lifting knives 41, which are moved up and down in opposite directions by a drive device, not shown, two pulling elements 42, which can be brought into and out of engagement with the lifting knives 41, one in FIGS. 1 and 2 Read device 12 shown with a circuit 58, not shown, which is arranged in the lower compartment position of the pulling members 42 and two guide parts 43, 44, between which the reading device 12 is arranged such that the pulling members 42 with respect to the pole areas (23, 24) of the Reading device 12 assume a defined position ( Figure 1). In this position there is an air gap A between the base edge 17a of the pole areas and the tension member 42, the width of which is advantageously almost zero (FIG. 6). In order to improve the guidance of the traction elements 4, trough-shaped depressions can be provided in the guide parts 43, 44.
- the tension member 42 is strip-shaped. At the lower end, the tension member 42 is connected to the kinematic connection member 1. The upper end is designed as a hook-shaped section 45 which can be brought into and out of engagement with the lifting knife 41.
- the traction element 42 is divided into a coupling part 46 which adjoins the hook-shaped section 45 and is divided into a guide part 47 adjoining it.
- a stop part 48 is arranged in the guide part 47, which rests, for example, on a stop board 49 when the pulling element 42 is in the lower compartment position (FIG. 4).
- the leadership part 47 is guided in an opening 50 in the bulletin board 49.
- the tension member 42 can be made of metal which is magnetizable. It is also possible to use a traction element made of plastic material, wherein the coupling section 46 can consist of magnetizable material or must contain such a material.
- the lifting knives 41 are provided with a longitudinal edge with two parallel sections 51, 52, into which the hook-shaped sections 45 hook.
- a tension spring 53 is attached to the roller train 2 in order to prestress the tension members 42 in the direction of the compartment to be formed.
- the tension member 42 is integrally formed. However, it is possible to design the pulling element in two parts, the coupling part 46 and the guide part 47 being connected to one another as separate parts by suitable means.
- the shed forming device is provided with a reset device 55 in order to lift the coupling part 46 of the pulling element 42 from the reading device 12 when the electromagnets 13, 14 (FIG. 1) are not energized.
- the reset device can consist of a holder 56 and a leaf spring 57 and e.g. be mounted on the reading device 12.
- FIGS. 8 to 11 show a further exemplary embodiment of a shedding device according to the invention.
- the shedding device is designed in a space-saving design and contains two lifting knives 101, two pulling elements 102, guide parts 103 for the lifting knives, a reading device 12 shown in FIG. 1 and two guides 104, between which the reading device 12 is arranged such that the pulling elements 102 are opposite to the Pole areas 23, 24 (Fig. 1) assume a defined position.
- the guide 104 is designed such that the pulling element 102 is guided at the lower base edge 17a of the reading device 12, as a result of which the pulling element 102 is in contact with the pole areas 23, 24 with the smallest air gap. It proves to be particularly advantageous that the pulling element 102 extends obliquely with respect to the base area of the reading device 12. A defined restoring force of the coupling part 110 is thereby achieved.
- the tension member 102 is strip-shaped and consists of an elastically deformable material.
- the traction element consists of a narrow section 105, on the free end of which the connecting element 1 is attached, and a wide section 106, the free end of which has a section 107 inclined with respect to the plane of the strip. A rectangular recess 108 is formed below this section 107.
- the two sections 105 and 106 form a shoulder 109 on the pulling element, which rests on the notice board 49 when the pulling element 102 is in the lower compartment position.
- the tension member is divided into the coupling part 110 and a guide part 111.
- the lifting knife 101 has on its downward narrow side an attachment 112 with hook-shaped sections 113 which protrude from the side surfaces of the attachment and can be brought into and out of engagement with the recesses 108 in the pulling element.
- a protruding surface 114 is formed by the projecting sections 113.
- An enlarged section 116 with inclined surfaces 117 adjoins section 112, which merges into the head part of the lifting knife 101.
- the inclined section 107 of the pulling element is placed against the inclined surface 117, and due to the continuous downward movement of the lifting knife, the coupling part 110 is deflected and against the pole regions 23, 24 (FIG. 1) of the reading device 12.
- FIGS. 12 and 13 show a further exemplary embodiment of a shedding device according to the invention.
- the shed forming device contains two lifting knives 120, two pulling elements 121 and a reading device 12 shown in FIG. 1, which is arranged in such a way that it lies between the pulling elements 121 when the latter are in the lower shed position. In this sub-compartment position, the traction elements assume a defined position with respect to the pole regions 23, 24 (FIG. 1).
- the traction element 121 contains a strip-shaped guide part 122 and a strip-shaped coupling part 123 which is fastened to the guide part 122.
- the guide part 122 is connected at one end to the kinematic connecting element 1.
- a rectangular recess 125 is provided in the area of the other end.
- the guide part 122 advantageously consists of a material that cannot be magnetized.
- Each pulling element 121 has a stop part 54, which is fastened to the guide part 122, projecting outwards from the lifting knife 120, and which rests on the stop board 49 when the pulling element 121 is in the lower compartment position, or which ensures that the lifting knife 120 inevitably pulls the pulling element 121 moved to the sub-compartment position.
- the coupling part 123 has a hook-shaped section 126 at one end, which can protrude through the recess 125.
- the coupling part 123 consists of elastically deformable material that can be magnetized and can be pivoted toward the magnetic pole 23, 24. In this traction element 121, the two-part embodiment proves to be particularly advantageous because no magnetic attraction force is exerted on the guide part 122.
- a guide element 127 is arranged above the reading device 12, against which the coupling parts 123 rest when the pulling element 121 is in the surface position stands.
- An opening 128 is provided in the bulletin board 46, in which the guide part 122 is guided during the up and down movement. This results in a double guidance for the pulling element 121.
- the guidance can be improved if a channel-shaped recess is provided in the guide element 127, which receives the coupling part 123 during the upward and downward movement of the pulling element, so that the guiding part 122 on the edges Management body 127 is performed.
