Abstract

Emballage refermable destiné à contenir, en vue de leur exposition à la vente, des articles de petites dimensions, comportant un sachet de matière plastique transparente solidarisé à une carte informative. La carte informative est constituée d'un cavalier (3) dont les deux volets (30, 31) enserrent la partie supérieure du sachet (2), dont un bord de l'ouverture (23) est soudé par sa face externe à un volet (31) du cavalier (3), l'autre bord étant soudé bilatéralement, sur une petite largeur, à l'autre volet (30), lequel comporte des prédécoupes (32,33;41) ou des découpes (40) permettant l'accès au contenue du sachet. <IMAGE>

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un emballage nouveau destiné notamment à contenir, en vue de leur exposition à la vente, des articles de petites et moyennes dimensions, vendus en vrac ou individuellement.
  • Cet emballage concerne particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, les petits articles de quincaillerie, qui sont habituellement conditionnés soit dans des boîtes, soit dans des sachets.
  • Les boîtes présentent l'avantage de pouvoir être réutilisées après que l'utilisateur y ait prélevé le nombre d'articles dont il a besoin, les autres pouvant rester dans la boîte qui peut être refermée.
  • Les sachets, généralement constitués d'un sachet transparent fermé soit par soudure, soit par une agrafe, et solidarisé à une carte donnant les informations de dimensions, qualités et prix, présentent quant à eux l'avantage, par rapport aux boîtes, d'être d'un prix de revient moindre. Toutefois ils sont difficilement réutilisables après ouverture, car non refermables.
  • La présente invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient en proposant un emballage qui allie aux avantages des sachets celui d'être refermable après prélèvement d'une partie de son contenu.
  • L'emballage objet de la présente invention comporte un sachet en matière plastique transparente, et une carte informative constituée d'un cavalier, par exemple en carton.
  • Le cavalier peut être constitué de deux volets repliés l'un sur l'autre, ou de deux volets séparés soudés transversalement l'un à l'autre.
  • Le sachet est constitué d'un film en matière plastique soudé sur trois côtés, le quatrième côté constituant l'ouverture d'accès à l'intérieur dudit sachet. Un bord de cette ouverture est soudé extérieurement et transversalement à l'intérieur du cavalier sur un volet, sensiblement au milieu de celui-ci.
  • L'autre bord de l'ouverture est soudé extérieurement à l'intérieur du cavalier sur l'autre volet, mais uniquement bilatéralement, sur une petite largeur. Ce volet du cavalier est préalablement prédécoupé le long de ces soudures.
  • Ainsi, l'utilisateur, après avoir déchiré ou découpé les parties prédécoupées, peut replier la partie du volet comprise entre ces deux découpes, et accéder à l'ouverture du sachet pour y prélever les objets dont il a besoin. Il lui suffit ensuite de rabattre la même partie du volet pour refermer l'emballage, sans que le sachet ait été détérioré.
  • Pour accéder à l'intérieur du sachet il est indispensable de découper ou déchirer la partie prédécoupée du cavalier, en sorte que l'intégralité du contenu de l'emballage est garantie lorsque cette partie est intacte.
  • L'emballage selon l'invention peut être réalisé d'une manière différente, le volet du cavalier soudé latéralement au sachet pouvant comporter transversalement, au niveau de l'ouverture dudit. sachet, entre les deux soudures latérales, une bande prédécoupée arrachable.
  • Les avantages et les caractéristiques de la présente invention ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif.
  • Dans le dessin annexé :
    • la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention.
    • la figure 2 représente une vue en perspective d'un second mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention.
    • la figure 3 représente une vue en élévation d'un troisième mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 1 on peut voir qu'un emballage 1 selon l'invention comprend d'une part un cavalier 3 comportant deux volets 30 et 31 et d'autre part un sachet 2 constitué de deux films plastiques 20 et 21 soudés sur trois côtés, le quatrième côté formant l'ouverture 23.
  • Le sachet 2 est placé, du côté de son ouverture 23, entre les deux volets 30 et 31 du cavalier 3, de manière que cette ouverture 23 soit sensiblement au milieu du cavalier, le film 21 étant soudé au volet 31 sur toute sa surface en contact avec lui.
  • Le volet 30 comporte deux prédécoupes 32 et 33 à une certaine distance des bords 34 et 35 du volet 30, et s'étendant sur une hauteur légèrement supérieure à celle de la partie du sachet 2 introduite entre les deux volets 30 et 31.
  • Le volet 30 du cavalier 3 est soudé au film 20 du sachet 2 par les parties intérieures 36 et 37 comprises respectivement entre la prédécoupe 32 et le bord 34, et entre la prédécoupe 33 et le bord 35.
  • Les volets 30 et 31 sont soudés entre eux transversalement par une soudure 38, juste au-dessus de l'ouverture 23 du sachet 2, afin que l'on ne puisse extraire du sachet les objets qu'il contient en écartant les deux volets 30 et 31.
  • Pour pouvoir extraire les objets contenus dans le sachet 2, l'utilisateur découpe ou déchire les prédécoupes 32 et 33 et replie la partie 39 comprise entre ces deux prédécoupés de manière à avoir accès à l'ouverture 23 du sachet 2.
  • Lorsque l'utilisateur a prélevé les objets qui lui sont nécessaires, il lui suffit de rabattre la partie 39 du volet 30 sur l'ouverture 23 pour fermer l'emballage 1.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 2 on peut voir que, sensiblement de la même manière, le volet 30 peut comporter un évidement rectangulaire 40, ou d'une autre forme, ouvert ou non sur le bord inférieur de ce volet, et que le film 20 du sachet 2 est soudé au volet 30 sur tout le pourtour de cet évidement 40. Le film 20 comporte alors une prédécoupe 24 qu'il suffit de découper pour extraire les objets contenus dans le sachet 2.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 3 on peut voir que l'accès à l'ouverture du sachet 2 s'effectue après enlèvement d'une bande arrachable 41 prédécoupée sur le volet 30.
  • Il va de soi que la présente invention ne saurait être limitée à la description qui précède et qui est susceptible de subir des modifications sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (4)

1) Emballage destiné à contenir, en vue de leur exposition à la vente, des articles de petites dimensions, comportant un sachet de matière plastique transparente solidarisé à une carte informative, caractérisé en ce que la carte informative est constituée d'un cavalier (3) dont les deux volets (30, 31) enserrent la partie supérieure du sachet (2), dont un bord de l'ouverture (23) est soudé par sa face externe à un volet (31) du cavalier (3), l'autre bord étant soudé bilatéralement, sur une petite largeur, à l'autre volet (30), lequel comporte des moyens (32, 33, 40, 41) pour rendre accessible l'ouverture (23) du sachet (2).
2) Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens consistent en deux prédécoupes (32, 33) disposées à une certaine distance des bords (34, 35) dudit volet (30), et s'étendant sur une hauteur légèrement supérieure à celle de la partie du sachet (2) enserrée par les deux volets (30, 31) du cavalier (3).
3) Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens consistent en un évidement (40) ménagé dans le volet (30), le film (20) du sachet (2) étant soudé au volet (30) sur tout le pourtour dudit évidement (40), et comportant une prédécoupe (24).
4) Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens consistent en une bande arrachable (41) prédécoupée sur le volet (30).
