Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Halterung für eine Heizeinrichtung in einem Backofen, vorzugsweise Mikrowellen-Backofen, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 (siehe u.a. DE-C-3028 352).The invention relates to a holder for a heating device in an oven, preferably a microwave oven, according to the preamble of claim 1 (see, inter alia, DE-C-3028 352).
Bei einem bekannten Mikrowellenofen (DE 30 28 352 C2) ist durch eine Öffnung in der Ofenwand hindurch ein Teil einer Heizeinrichtung, nämlich ein Schutzrohr für einen Temperaturfühler vom Ofeninnenraum bis außerhalb des Ofenraumes verlegt und mittels Schraubverbindung an der Ofenwand befestigt. Zur sicheren metallischen Kontaktierung zwischen Schutzrohr und Ofenwand dient eine elastische und Spreizlappen aufweisende Kontaktfolie, die von außen her auf das Schutzrohr aufgesteckt ist unter Verspreizung der Spreizlappen bis zur Anlage an der unbeschichteten Außenseite der Ofenmuffel. Hierbei hat die Montage und Demontage z.B. bei der Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten von der Ofenaußenseite her zu erfolgen, was im Reparaturfall eine Entfernung der Ofenmuffel aus ihrem Außengehäuse erfordert. Bei Mikrowellenöfen ist es ferner bekannt (DE 30 35 747 C2), für die Halterung von Heizelementen, z.B. eines Grillheizkörpers, keramische Stützelemente zu verwenden, die mittels mit dem Grillheizkörper nicht metallisch verbundener metallischer Halterungen in Form von Stecklaschen an der Ofenwand befestigt sind. Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, daß diese keramischen Körper Mikrowellen absorbieren und damit die nutzbare Mikrowellenleistung reduzieren und im übrigen bei mnechanischer Einwirkung bruchempfindlich sind. Schließlich ist es bei einem Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowellen-Einrichtung bekannt (DE-GM 88 12 765), einen Grillheizkörper in weitgehend loser Ankopplung auf Tragstäben zu lagern und diese Tragstäbe einzeln an der Muffelwand starr zu befestigen.In a known microwave oven (DE 30 28 352 C2), part of a heating device, namely a protective tube for a temperature sensor, is laid through an opening in the oven wall and extends from the oven interior to the exterior of the oven and is fastened to the oven wall by means of a screw connection. Experience has shown that these ceramic Bodies absorb microwaves and thus reduce the usable microwave power and are otherwise susceptible to breakage when exposed to mechanical stress. Finally, it is known in an oven with an integrated microwave device (DE-GM 88 12 765) to mount a grill radiator in largely loose coupling on supporting rods and to rigidly attach these supporting rods individually to the muffle wall.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Halterung für eine Heizeinrichtung in einem an der Innenseite mit einer Beschichtung, z.B. mit Email versehenen Backofen so zu verbessern, daß auch bei extremen Temperaturschwankungen eine dauerhafte, exakte Befestigung der Heizeinrichtung gewährleistet und Mikrowellentauglichkeit gegeben ist unter besonderer Berücksichtigung einer einfachen und kostensparenden Montage und Demontage.The invention has for its object to provide a holder for a heating device in a coating on the inside, e.g. to improve the oven provided with enamel so that even with extreme temperature fluctuations a permanent, exact attachment of the heating device is guaranteed and microwave suitability is given with special consideration of simple and cost-saving assembly and disassembly.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch die im Kennzeichnungsteil des Patentanspruches 1 angegebenen Maßnahmen. Die erfindungsgemäße Halterung ist dazu geeignet, Reparaturarbeiten an der Heizeinrichtung, also eine Domontage z.B. des Grillheizkörpers von der Innenseite des Backofens aus vorzunehmen. Durch das Vorhandensein des Spreizelementes wird zum einen eine dauerhafte elastische Verbindung zwischen der Heizeinrichtung bzw. dessen Tragelement und der Ofenwand auch bei extremen Temperaturverhältnissen, z.B. bei pyrolytischem Selbstreinigungsbetrieb, erreicht und gleichzeitig ist gewährleistet, daß eine innige metallische Ankopplung des Heizelementes und seines Tragelementes an eine metallische Fläche der Ofenwand erhalten und aufrecht erhalten wird. Hierbei folgt dieser metallische Kontakt vom Innenraum des Backofens her über den mit dem Spreizelement verspreizten Bolzen zur emailfreien Außenseite der Ofenwand. Claims (5)
- Mount for a heating equipment in a baking oven, preferably microwave baking oven, with a metallic carrying element (7), which carries the thermal heating equipment (4) or a part (6) thereof and which is fastened in intimate metallic contact at an internally coated oven wall (1/2) with the use of an elastic metallic splaying element (17), characterised thereby, that a bolt (11), which projects through an opening (22) in the oven wall (1/2) into the interior space of the oven and makes contact with the outer side of the oven wall by a widened head part (14) and at which the carrying element (7) together with the splaying element (17) is tightened axially relative to the inner oven wall, is provided as fastening element and that the splaying element is curved in the base profile and in addition radially tensioned relative to the bolt by splaying.
- Mount according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that the splaying element (17) is formed in the shape of a spring washer provided with concentric curved portions or corrugations (18) as well as splaying lobes (20) directed one against the other in the middle region.
- Mount according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the bolt (11) in the region of the splaying lobes (20) has an annular groove (12), into which the unsplayed splaying lobes (20) engage and in which the splayed splaying lobes tighten.
- Mount according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the head part (14) of the bolt (11), which is formed as a threaded bolt, is shaped in the manner of a plate and provided with a bent-over lug (15) as rotation-preventing device which engages into an opening (1) of the oven wall (1/2).
- Mount according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the carrying element (7) comprises a pressure surface (9), which is divided by a recess (10) for the bolt (11) and faces the oven wall (1/2), for the splaying element (17), which pressure surface is bent over in the direction of the oven wall at mutually opposite boundary surfaces for the formation of abutments (21) co-operating with the oven wall and determining the axial tightening of the splaying element.
