Abstract

The invention relates to a device for controlling the sheet run in the region of lay marks in sheet offset printing machines. To ensure that the sheet at the lay marks has as much stabilisation time as possible for self-alignment, it is proposed according to the invention to select the sampling point for sheet scanning at the lay marks in dependence on the condition of the machine (pressure on, pressure off). Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, im Bereich der Anlegmarken sogenannte Bogenabtastvorrichtungen anzuordnen, durch welche überprüfbar ist, ob der Bogen rechtzeitig genug anliegt (Erfassung von Spätbogen) und nicht derartig unvollständig angelegt ist, so daß er vom Vorgreifer nicht über seine gesamte Breite gefaßt werden kann (Schrägbogen). Derartige Bogenabtastvorrichtungen arbeiten meist nach dem Lichtschrankenprinzip, beispielsweise wie aus der DE 3 907 583 A1 bekannt. Ist das Ergebnis der Bogenabtastung negativ (Bogen liegt nicht korrekt an), so faßt der Vorgreifer den Bogen nicht, die Anlegmarken schwenken nicht ab, der Gummituchzylinder wird vom Gegendruckzylinder und vom Plattenzylinder abgestellt (Druck-Ab). Wie aus dem Stand der Technik hinreichend bekannt, werden die Bewegungen der Anlegmarken (Abschwenken), die des Vorgreifers (Bogenfassen, Übergabebewegung) durch Getriebe mit Kurvenrollen und Rollenhebeln erzeugt, wobei Schaltklinken vorgesehen sind, durch deren Einrasten ein Unterbrechen der Bewegungen erreichbar ist (Sperren des Bogenlaufs). Ebenfalls aus dem Stand der Technik hinreichend bekannt ist, daß bei den meistverbreitesden Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen der Gummituchzylinder beidseitig exzentrisch gelagert ist und durch Verdrehen dieser exzentrischen Lagerung sowohl von Gegendruck- als auch von Plattenzylinder ganz abstellbar, zur Einfärbung des Gummituches nur an den Plattenzylinder, nicht aber an den Gegendruckzylinder anstellbar, sowie an Platten- und Gegendruckzylinder anstellbar ist. Das Verdrehen der exzentrischen Lager wird dabei ebenfalls durch Kurvenrollen, Rollenhebel sowie ansteuerbare Schaltklinken bewirkt. Die An- bzw. In Fig. 2a) ist ein Druckwerk einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine dargestellt, welches sich durch die in der Beschreibungseinleitung beschriebene Eigenschaft bezüglich Druckwerks- und Vorgreiferanordnung kennzeichnet. In bekannter Weise wirken ein Gegendruckzylinder GD, ein Gummituchzylinder GT und ein Plattenzylinder PZ miteinander zusammen. Die schraffierten Bereiche dieser Zylinder stellen deren Kanäle dar. Erkennbar handelt es sich hier um einen doppeltgroßen Gegendruckzylinder GD, ohne daß dies aber eine notwendige Voraussetzung für obige Eigenschaft ist. Das Druckwerk nach Fig. 2a) befindet sich in einer Stellung, in welcher ein vorheriger Bogen noch ausgedruckt wird, ein weiterer, neuer Bogen gerade vom Vorgreifer VG gefaßt wird. Kalibriert wurde dieses Winkeldiagramm auf die Stellung des Druckwerkes nach Fig. 2a), also auf genau diejenige Stellung, in welcher ein neuer Druckbogen vom Vorgreifer VG an der Anlage gefaßt wird. Im Winkeldiagramm nach Fig. 1 sind mit den Buchstaben b) bis g) die Winkelwerte der Druckwerkszylinderstellungen gemäß den Figuren 2b) bis 2g) eingetragen. Erkennbar handelt es sich bei diesen Winkelwerten um diejenigen Stellungen, bei welchen das Druckende DE von Gummituchzylinder GT und Gegendruckzylinder GD miteinander korrespondiert (Fig. 2b)), der Druckanfang DA von Gummituchzylinder GT und Gegendruckzylinder GD miteinander korrespondiert (Fig. 2d)), das Druckende DE von Gummituchzylinder GT und Plattenzylinder PZ miteinander korrespondiert (Fig. 2e)), der Druckanfang DA von Plattenzylinder PZ und Gummituchzylinder GT miteinander korrespondiert (Fig. 2g)). Die Winkelwerte im Winkeldiagramm nach Fig. 1 unter c) bzw. f) entsprechen denjenigen Druckwerkszylinderstellungen, bei welchen die Mitten der Kanäle von Gegendruckzylinder GD und Gummituchzylinder GT miteinander korrespondieren bzw. die Kanäle von Gummituchzylinder GT und Plattenzylinder PZ miteinander korrespondieren. Bei einem Druck-An-/Druck-Ab-Stellgetriebe, bestehend aus Kurvenscheibe, Rollenhebel nebst Schaltklinke können lediglich in diesen Stellungen nach Fig. 2c) und Fig. 2f) (genauer gesagt: in einem kleinen Winkelbereich um diese Stellungen herum) die Schaltklinken in entsprechende Rasten eingerückt werden. Da die Stellglieder, die dies bewirken, noch eine bestimmte Reaktionszeit aufweisen, haben die Schaltzeitpunkte, welche das Ein- bzw. Ausrücken der Schaltklinken bewirken entsprechend vorverlegt zu sein. Gleiches gilt für den Schaltzeitpunkt zur An- bzw. Abschaltung des Vorgreifers und der Anlegemarken (Freigeben bzw. Befindet sich das Druckwerk im Druck-Ab-Zustand (Kommando zum Druck-An gegeben) und erreicht ein neuer Bogen zum Winkelwert X die Anlegmarke, so hat bei einem Winkelwert, der etwa im Intervall zwischen e) und f) zu liegen hat, der Stellbefehl für das Einrücken der Schaltklinke zu erfolgen, so daß daraufhin im Intervall zwischen f) und e) der Gummituchzylinder GT an den Plattenzylinder PZ angestellt wird. Daraufhin hat bis zum Winkelwert a) die Abgabe eines zweiten Stellbefehls zu erfolgen, so daß der Bogenlauf freigegeben wird, also der Vorgreifer VG diesen ersten neuen Bogen erfaßt. Nach dem Erfassen des ersten Bogens durch den Vorgreifer VG erfolgt dann im Intervall der Winkelwert zwischen b) und c) das Anstellen des Gummituchzylinder GT an den Gegendruckzylinder GD, da jetzt bereits der Bogen an den Gegendruckzylinder übergeben wurde und somit durch den nun eingefärbten Gummituchzylinder GT bedruckt werden kann. Wegen der beschriebenen Anordnung des Druckwerkes sowie den sich daraus ergebenden Abläufen bezogen auf die Eintourenwelle hat im Zustand Druck-Ab der Abtastzeitpunkt bei Winkelwert A für den ersten Bogen auf jeden Fall vor dem Winkelwert f, wegen den bereits erwähnten Reaktionszeiten der Stellglieder eventuell sogar noch vor dem Winkelwert e) zu liegen. Dies ergibt sich aus der Tatsache, daß in zeitlicher Folge der Gummituchzylinder GT an den Plattenzylinder PZ anzustellen ist, daraufhin die Freigabe des Bogenlaufes zu schalten ist, woraufhin das Anstellen des Gummituchzylinders GT an den Gegendruckzylinder GD erfolgt.In the diagram according to FIG. 1, X is the angular value of the single-turn shaft, at which the paper run-up of a sheet to the contact mark takes place. Erfolgt beim Maschinenzustand Druck-An die Bogenabtastung ebenfalls zu einem Abtastzeitpunkt, der durch den Winkelwert A (Fig. 1) gegeben ist, so ist ersichtlich, daß bei hohen Maschinengeschwindigkeiten lediglich ein sehr kurzes Zeitintervall dem Bogen an den Anlegmarken zu seiner Beruhigung zur Verfügung steht.If the machine is in the print-on state, it can be seen, as in the diagram under FIG. 1, that in the event of a missing sheet the sheet travel must first be blocked. Nach der Erfindung ist nun vorgesehen, im Druck-An-Zustand für die Bogenabtastung an der Anlage einen zweiten Abtastzeitpunkt mit einem Winkelwert B vorzusehen. Dieser ist derartig nach hinten verlegt, so daß den Bogen an den Anlegmarken ein viel größeres Zeitintervall zur Beruhigung gegeben ist (Intervall X - B). Dieser Abfragezeitpunkt mit dem Winkelwert B kann, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, derartig spät gelegt werden, so daß auch bei größter Maschinengeschwindigkeit noch ein sicheres Sperren des Bogenlaufes (Vorgreifer VG ab) gewährleistet ist. Je nach Maschinenzustand erfolgt nach der Erfindung somit die Bogenabtastung zum Zeitpunkt (Winkelwert) A bzw. In Fig. 3 ist schematisch eine Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle des Bogenlaufes nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ist ein Anlagetisch gekennzeichnet, an dessen Ende, wie allgemein bekannt, wegschwenkbare Anlegmarken 2 angeordnet sind. Ein Bogen 3 wird an diesen Anlegmarken 2 sowohl in Bogenlaufrichtung als auch seitlich dazu ausgerichtet. Zur Kontrolle des Bogeneinlaufs sind im Bereich der Anlegmarken eine oder mehrere Bogenabtastvorrichtungen 4 angeordnet, die wie in Fig. 3 angedeutet, als sogenannte Reflexlichtschranken ausgebildet sein können. Auch sind andere Abtastvorrichtungen, wie mechanische Tastfühler, ultraakustisch oder kapazitiv wirkende Tastköpfe denkbar. Zur Erfassung von sogenannten Schiefbogen können zwei Bogenabtastvorrichtungen 4 vorgesehen sein, welche die Bogenvorderkante an zwei auseinanderliegenden Punkten erfassen. Der Bogenabtastvorrichtung 4 ist eine Auswerteeinheit 5 nachgeschaltet, welche einerseits die Bogenabtastvorrichtung 4 mit der nötigen Betriebsspannung versorgt, aber andererseits auch das von der den Bogenabtastvorrichtungen 4 gelieferte Ausgangssignal zu den Zeitpunkten der Winkelwerte A oder B bezüglich Gut- oder Fehlbogen auswertet, so daß ein Signal einer Steuereinrichtung 6 zuführbar ist. Die Auswerteeinheit 5 steht in Wirkverbindung mit einem Taktgeber 7, dem, wie im Diagramm nach Fig. 1 dargestellt, zu zwei Winkelwerten A, B der Eintourenwelle entsprechende Impulse entnehmbar sind. Über eine Leitung Maschinenzustand 8 ist der Auswerteeinheit 5 die Information zuführbar, ob die Maschine sich im Druck-An- oder Druck-Ab-Zustand befindet. Je nach Maschinenzustand wird somit der Impuls bei Winkelwert A oder Impuls bei Winkelwert B für den Abtastzeitpunkt bzw. Auswertezeitpunkt durch die Bogenabtastvorrichtung 4 herangezogen. Bei der Bogenabtastung kann es sich um eine "echte" Abtastung zu den Zeitpunkten der Winkelwerte A, B handeln oder aber auch um eine kontinuierliche Meßung durch die Bogenabtastvorrichtung 4, wobei durch die Auswerteeinheit 5 zu den Zeitpunkten A, B das Ausgangssignal ausgewertet wird. Entsprechend dem Ergebnis der Bogenabtastung, also dem Ausgangssignal der Auswerteeinheit 4, steuert sodann die Steuereinrichtung 6 die das Sperren bzw. Freigeben des Bogenlaufs sowie das Druck-An bzw. Druck-Ab bewirkenden Organe an, wobei die Steuereinrichtung 6 ebenfalls mit Impulsen bei bestimmten Winkelwerten versorgt wird, bei denen die entsprechenden Schaltvorgänge auszulösen sind (beispielsweise ebenfalls vom Taktgeber 7). Der Steuereinrichtung 6 werden ebenfalls über nicht dargestellte Leitungen die Kommandos zum Druck-An- bzw. Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle des Bogenlaufs im Bereich der Anlegmarken von Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Bogenabtastvorrichtung nebst Auswerteeinheit, einer dieser nachgeschalteten Steuereinrichtung, welche gemäß dem Ergebnis der Bogenabtastung die das Freigeben bzw. Sperren des Bogenlaufes sowie das An- bzw. Abstellen der Druckwerkszylinder bewirkenden Organe bei bestimmten Winkelwerten einer Eintourenwelle ansteuert und einem mit der Auswerteeinheit in Wirkverbindung stehender Taktgeber zur Bereitstellung von die Bogenabtastung auslösenden Abtastzeitpunkten (Impulse), welche bestimmten Winkelwerten der Eintourenwelle entsprechen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Taktgeber bei Winkelwerten (A, B; Fig. 1) Abtastzeitpunkte entnehmbar und der Auswerteeinheit (5) zuführbar sind, wobei ein Abtastzeitpunkt für den ersten in die Maschine einlaufenden Bogen bei noch abgestellten Druckwerkszylindern (Druck-An-Stellung vorgewählt) und ein Abtastzeitpunkt für die Bogenkontrolle bei freigegebenem Bogenlauf und angestellten Druckwerkszylindern (Maschine in Druck-An-Stellung) bereitgestellt wird und
daß die Auswerteeinheit (5) dazu ausgebildet ist, je nach Betriebszustand zwischen diesen zwei Abtastzeitpunkten umzuschalten.
