Obwohl durch diese Einteiligkeit der Sicken-Dichtungs-Kombination die oben angeführten Nachteile vermieden werden, wird jedoch als nachteilig angesehen, daß diese Bauteile (13) nicht aus unter Wärmeeinwirkung verpreßtem Schaumstoff, sondern nur aus Gummi herstellbar sind. Dies ist insbesondere auch deshalb nachteilig, weil die aus verpreßtem Schaumstoff gefertigten Bauteile (13) gegenüber den aus Gummi gebildeten Bauteilen (13) die allseits bekannte Vorteile aufweisen.In addition, one-piece bead-seal combinations are also known. Die erstbenannte Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß das Sicke und Dichtung vereinigende einstückige Bauteil aus Schaumstoff gebildet ist und daß dieses Bauteil neben einem zur Auflage auf dem hochstehenden Rand bestimmten Teilstück einen längs zur Verpreßrichtung verlaufenden und aus eingezogenem Schaumstoff gebildeten Abschnitt aufweist. Die zweitbenannte Aufgabe wird gemäß Anspruch 3 dadurch gelöst, daß beim Absenken des oberen Werkzeugs auf den noch unverpreßten und auf dem unteren Werkzeug aufliegenden Schaumstoff eine am Boden des oberen Werkzeugs und mit Abstand zum Mittelpunkt des oberen Werkzeugs ein sägezahnförmig ausgebildeter Kreisring auf den Schaumstoff drückt und diesem beim weiteren Absenken des oberen Werkzeugs in das hohlformartig ausgebildete untere Werkzeug einzieht.
Vorteilhafte Aus- und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 und 4 enthalten.

Dieses Bauteil 13 weist - von innen nach außen betrachtet - eine Schräge 14, eine daran anschließende etwa halbkreisförmige ausgebildete Sicke 15 eine an die Sicke 15 anschließende, rechtwinklig zur Lautsprechermittelachse verlaufende Auflage 16 und einen weiteren, unten noch näher zu erläuternden Bereich auf. Die Schräge 14 ist mit der Membran 12 und die Auflage 16 mit dem Vorsprung 17 des Gehäusekorbes 10 verklebt. Dies bewirkt, daß die Sicke 15 den Zwischenraum zwischen der Membran 12 und dem Gehäusekorb 10 im Bereich des Vorsprungs 17 überspannt.
An die Auflage 16 schließt nach außen hin der Abschnitt 18 des Bauteils 13 an. Dieser Abschnitt 18 schließt mit der Auflage 16 einen Winkel von etwa 90° Grad ein und zieht sich, weil die Auflage 16 bis nah an den hochstehenden Rand 11 heranreicht, an diesem entlang hoch. Den Abschluß des Bauteils 13 bildet ein an den Abschnitt 18 nach außen anschließendes und mit dem Ausschnitt 18 einen Winkel von etwa 90° Grad einschließendes Teilstück 19. Dieses Teilstück 19 liegt auf dem hochstehenden Rand 11 auf und ist dort mit diesem verklebt.
Wird ein Lautsprecher der in Figur 2 gezeigten Art hinter eine Einbauwand gesetzt und mit dieser verbunden, drückt der hochstehende Rand 11 gegen die Einbauwand. Da die Einbauwand und der hochstehende Rand 11 nie so eben ausgebildet werden können, daß beide Teile zwischenraumfrei zusammengefügt werden können, übernimmt das auf dem hochstehenden Rand aufliegende Teilstück 19 des Bauteils 13 die Aufgabe einer (Einbauab-) Dichtung 20 zwischen Gehäusekorb 10 und Einbaurückwand. Vollständigkeitshalber wird darauf hingewiesen, daß in sämtlichen Figuren dieser Beschreibung auf die Darstellung der Einbauwand verzichtet worden ist.
Bei dem Sicke 15 und Dichtung 20 vereinigenden Bauteil 13 handelt es sich um ein Formteil aus verpreßtem Schaumstoff 24.

Figur 3 zeigt weiter, daß der dort veranschaulichte Lautsprecher ohne weiteres auch unter einer flachen Lautsprecherabdeckung untergebracht werden kann, denn trotz der Verwendung von verpreßtem Schaumstoff 24 ist die Höhe des Abschnitts 18 immer noch so hoch ausgebildet, daß bei der negativ ausgebildeten Sicke 15 die maximal zulässige Hubhöhe des Systems die Höhe des Abschnitts 18 nicht übersteigt.
In den Figuren 4a bis 4c wird ein Herstellungsverfahren für ein erfindungsgemäß ausgebildetes Bauteil 13 mit längs zur Verpreßrichtung P angeordnetem Abschnitt näher veranschaulicht.
Das auf einem Tisch aufliegende untere Werkzeug 22 weist eine hohlformartige Vertiefung 23 auf. Wie die Figur 4a weiter offenlegt, ist die Vertiefung 23 mittels einer Schaumstofftafel 24 abgedeckt. Zum besseren Verständnis des Herstellungsvorgangs fluchten der Rand 25 des unteren Werkzeugs 22 und der Rand 26 der Schaumstofftafel 24.

FIGS. 4a to 4c illustrate a manufacturing method for a component 13 designed according to the invention with a section arranged longitudinally to the pressing direction P.
The lower tool 22 lying on a table has a hollow-shaped depression 23. As FIG. 4a further discloses, the recess 23 is covered by a foam sheet 24. For a better understanding of the manufacturing process, the edge 25 of the lower tool 22 and the edge 26 of the foam sheet 24 are aligned.

Oberhalb des unteren Werkzeugs 22 ist das obere Werkzeug 27 angeordnet. Dieses Werkzeug 27 ist in senkrechter Richtung (angedeutet durch den Pfeil) verfahrbar. Die Aggregate welche die Verfahrbarkeit des oberen Werkzeugs gewährleisten sind aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit weggelassen worden. Das obere Werkzeug 27 ist so ausgebildet, daß, wenn es in das untere Werkzeug 22 abgesenkt wird, zwischen beiden Werkzeugen 22, 27 ein Zwischenraum 28 (siehe Fig. 4c) verbleibt, der im wesentlichen der späteren Form des Bauteils 13 entspricht. Ferner weist das obere Werkzeug 27 zwei sägezahnförmig ausgebildete Kreisringe 29, 30 auf. Diese Kreisringe 29, 30 haben neben noch weiter unten zu erörternden Aufgaben die Aufgabe, das zwischen den beiden Werkzeugen 22, 27 im zusammengefahrenen Zustand ein, der Dicke des Bauteils 13 entsprechender Abstand eingehalten bleibt.The upper tool 27 is arranged above the lower tool 22. In Figur 4b hat sich im Vergleich zu Figur 4a das obere Werkzeug 27 dem unteren Werkzeug 26 weiter genähert. Dies bewirkt, daß der sägezahnförmig aufgebildete Kreisring 29 sich in der Schaumstofftafel 24 verhakt und mit zunehmender Näherung der beiden Werkzeuge 22, 27 der Schaumstoff 24 im Bereich 30 nach unten in die Vertiefung 23 gezogen wird. Dieser Einzugsvorgang wird auch dadurch veranschaulicht, daß in Figur 4b der Rand 25 der Schaumstofftafel 24 gegenüber Figur 4a nach rechts verschoben ist.In FIG. 4b, in comparison to FIG. 4a, the upper tool 27 has moved closer to the lower tool 26. Bei dem in Figur 4c dargestellten Schritt ist das obere Werkzeug 27 vollständig auf das untere Werkzeug 22 abgesenkt. Deutlich zu erkennen ist, daß das obere Werkzeug 27 mit den beiden Kreisringen 29, 30 auf dem unteren Werkzeug 22 aufliegt. Während des Pressens wird, da die Werkzeug thermisch beaufschlagt werden, aus der ehemals unverpreßten Schaumstofftafel das Bauteil 13 aus verpreßtem Schaumstoff 24 gebildet. Zur Verdeutlichung dessen sind in Figur 4c die verschiedenen Segmente des Bauteils 13 - ähnlich wie in Figur 3 - mit Bezugsziffern versehen. So steht in dieser Figur das Bezugszeichen 14 für die Schräge, das Bezugszeichen 15 für die Sicke, das Bezugszeichen 16 für die Auflage, das Bezugszeichen 18 für den Abschnitt und das Bezugszeichen 19 für das Teilstück. Da die Höhen der sägezahnförmig ausgebildeten Kreisringe 29, 30 so bemessen sind, daß sie der Höhe des Bauteils 13 an der jeweiligen Anordnungsstelle entsprechen, ist gewährleistet, daß mit dem Verpreßvorgang das Bauteil 13 aus der Schaumstofftafel 24 ausgestanzt wird.In the step shown in FIG. 4c, the upper tool 27 is completely lowered onto the lower tool 22. Claims (4)

  1. Loudspeaker,
    - with a frame enclosure (10) which has a continuous upstanding edge (11) at its upper end, and
    - with a one-piece component (13) combining bead (15) and seal (20),
    characterised in that
    - the one-piece component (13) combining bead (15) and seal (20 is formed from pressed foam material, and
    - in the vicinity of a partial component (19) intended to rest upon the upstanding edge (11), the one-piece component (13) has a section (18) formed from drawn foam material (24) running roughly longitudinally to the direction of pressure.
  2. Loudspeaker according to Claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the length of the section (18) of the component (13) and the length of the upstanding edge (11) are dimensioned so that at least with a negatively configured bead (15) the lengths barely exceed the maximum displacement of the system.
  3. Method for the manufacture of a one-piece component (13) of a loudspeaker according to Claim 1, combining bead (15) and (built-in) seal (20) from foam (24) pressed under the influence of heat between two tools,
    characterised in that
    when the upper tool (27) is lowered onto the still unpressed foam material (24) resting on the lower tool (22), a sawtooth-shaped circular ring (29) formed at the base of the upper tool (27) at a distance from the centre-point of the upper tool (27) presses onto the foam material (24) and during further lowering of the upper tool (27) this foam material is drawn into the hollow mould-type lower tool (21).
  4. Method according to Claim 3,
    characterised in that
    during pressing of the component (13) this is separated from the foam material sheet (24) whereby the sawtooth-shaped circular ring (29) is arranged on the upper tool (27) at a point which, in the finished component (13) corresponds to the inner boundary, and a further, likewise sawtooth-shaped circular ring (30) is arranged at a point on the upper tool (27) which, in the finished component, corresponds to the outer boundary, and each circular ring (29, 30) has a height which just barely exceeds the height of the finished component (13) at the respective location of the circular rings (29, 30).
