Claims (3)

Vorrichtung zum Trennen und erneuten Anlegen einer zulaufenden Materialbahn (1) an Wickelmaschinen auf eine Wickelhülse (2), die über eine Welle (11) drehend angetrieben wird, wobei die zulaufende Materialbahn mittels einer von der Materialbahn teilweise umschlungenen Umlenkrolle (5) an die Wickelhülse (2) gedrückt wird und wobei die ablaufende Materialbahn (1') nach Verlassen der Wickelhülse mittels eines in den Weg der Materialbahn bewegbaren und durch einen Kraftspeicher antreibbaren quer zum Bahnverlauf sich erstreckenden Trennmessers (3) getrennt und der neue Bahnanfang mittels einer Anlegebürste (7) an die Wickelhülse angelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennmesser (3) auf beiden Seiten durch Führungsbänder (6, 6') gehalten wird, welche über drehbare Umlenkrollen (4, 4') laufen, wobei das Trennmesser gegenüber der laufenden Materialbahn so beschleunigt wird, daß seine Geschwindigkeit größer ist, als die Laufgeschwindigkeit der Materialbahn und wobei nach dem Trennen der Materialbahn der neue Bahnanfang mittels einer mit dem Trennmesser fest verbundenen quer zur Materialbahn sich erstreckenden Anlegebürste angelegt wird.Device for separating and re-applying an incoming material web (1) on winding machines onto a winding tube (2) which is driven in rotation via a shaft (11), the incoming material web being attached to the winding tube by means of a deflection roller (5) partially wrapped by the material web (2) is pressed and the running material web (1 ') is separated after leaving the winding tube by means of a separating knife (3) which is movable in the path of the material web and can be driven by an energy store and which extends transversely to the web course, and the new web start by means of a positioning brush (7 ) is placed on the winding tube, characterized in that the separating knife (3) is held on both sides by guide belts (6, 6 ') which run over rotatable deflection rollers (4, 4'), the separating knife relative to the running material web is accelerated that its speed is greater than the running speed of the material web and being after after the separation of the material web, the new beginning of the web is applied by means of an abutting brush which is connected to the cutting knife and extends transversely to the material web.
