Letzteres befindet sich inn der dargestellten Stellung ebenfalls in der Position unmittelbar vor dem Schnitt. In dieser Lage sind die Stangen 18 und 19 verriegelt. Zu diesem Zweck sind mit den Führungszylindern 20 und 21 Platten 27 und 28 verschweißt, welche kleine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 29 und 30 tragen. Die Kolbenstangen dieser Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten sind ausgefahren und greifen durch in den Führungszylindern 20 und 21 nicht dargestellte Bohrungen jeweils in eine Ringnut der Stangen 18 und 19 ein. Sodann werden die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 24 und 25 mit Preßluft beaufschlagt und vorgespannt. Erst dann werden die Kolben der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 29 und 30 eingefahren, so daß das Messer 17 aus seiner in der Figur 2 mit vollen Linien dargestellten Lage schlagartig nach vorn schnellt und dabei die Bahn 26 durchtrennt. Als Gegenschneide für das Messer 17 dient dabei das in Schneidposition eingeschwenkte Gegenmesser 12. Aus der Figur 1 wird deutlich, daß dabei der Bahnanfang durch das Messer 17 auf die vorbeleimte Wickelhülse 31 sozusagen aufgebügelt wird, so daß keine freie Fahne mehr entsteht. Dieser Bügelvorgang kann noch unterstützt werden, wenn das Messer 17 auf seiner Oberseite beispielsweise mit Borsten 32 versehen wird. Unmittelbar nach dem Trennvorgang wird der Bügel 11 und somit das Messer 12 über die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 15 und 16 zurückgeschwenkt und gleichzeitig die Hebel 5 und 6 über die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 33, 34 zurückgeschwenkt. Diese Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 33, 34 sind mit den Seitenwänden 1 über Distanzstücke 35 und 36 verbunden, wobei die Kolbenstangen dieser Einheiten 33,34 über Hebel 37,38 an der durchgehenden Welle 4 angreifen.This knife 12, which is fixed in the separation position, is assigned a further knife 17 which is fastened to two rods 18 and 19. The counter knife 12 pivoted into the cutting position serves as the counter knife for the knife 17. It is clear from FIG. 1 that the beginning of the web is ironed onto the pre-glued winding tube 31, so to speak, so that there is no longer a free flag. Ebenso wie das Messer 12 wird auch das Messer 17 durch Betätigung der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 24,25 in die in Figur 2 dargestellte Lage zurückgefahren. Bei anwachsendem Wickeldurchmesser würde jedoch der Wickel mit dem Messer 17, selbst wenn es in der in Figur 2 dargestellten Lage sich befindet, kollidieren. Um dies zu verhindern. sind die Führungszylinder 20 und 21 über Gleitschuhe 39 und 40 auf Führungen 41 und 42 verschiebbar gelagert. Die Führungen 41 und 42 sind Teile von Trägern 43 und 44, an denen über Halter 45 und 46 kolbenstangenlose Zylinder 47 und 48 befestigt sind. Die Kolben dieser Zylinder-Einheiten weisen in bekannter Weise radial nach außen vorkragende Krapfen auf, die in Platten 49 und 50 eingreifen, welche fest mit den Führungszylindern 20 und 21 verbunden sind. Auf diese Weise werden demnach bei Betätigung der kolbenstangenlosen Zylinder-Einheiten die Führungszylinder verschoben, und zwar mit Bezug auf die Figur 2 nach links (nach einem erfolgten Schnitt.) Die Träger 43 und 44 selbst werden durch senkrechte Stützen 51,52 gehalten die mit der Quertraverse 2 fest verbunden sind. Claims (10)

  1. Device for winding up webs (26) onto winding sleeves (31) which are provided with an adhesive coating and are secured on driven shafts or holding mandrels of at least two winding stations (55, 56) mounted rotatably about a central axis and provided with a rotary drive, having guiding rollers (7, 8) guiding the web (26) to be wound up, having a severing knife (17) severing the web, and having a device for pressing the new beginning of a web, formed by the severing cut, onto the winding sleeve (31) to be newly wound onto, the severing knife (17) being movable on guides (18 - 21), fixed on the frame, between a retracted position and an extended position and, on its way into the extended position, severing the web (26) which is running to the roll wound virtually to completion close to the winding sleeve (31) to be newly wound onto; characterized in that the web (16) is guided past the winding sleeve (31); in that the severing knife touches or virtually touches the winding sleeve (31), rotating in its advancing direction, approximately tangentially so that it thereby takes along the beginning of a web formed by the severing cut and, as a result, a contact pressure of the web (26) against the winding sleeve (31) takes place exclusively due to the severing knife (17); in that the severing knife (17) can be moved by retracting and extending pneumatic piston-cylinder units (24, 25); and in that there is provided a device which blocks the severing knife (17) in its retracted position and releases the latter by a control device only when the piston-cylinder unit or units (24, 25) is or are subjected to the pneumatic pressure moving the severing knife (17) into the extended position, so that the severing knife extends abruptly after discontinuing the blocking.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the severing knife (17) is guided in rectilinear guides (24, 25).
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the severing knife (17) is set with bristles (32) or the like behind its cutting edge on its side facing the winding sleeve (31).
  4. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that there is provided a counter-knife (12) which can be swivelled-in or moved-in and, in the swivelled-in or moved-in state, bounds a gap with the winding sleeve (31) to be newly wound onto, into which gap the severing knife (17) can be moved, severing the web (26) in the manner of a scissors cut.
  5. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the severing knife (17) can be moved by these retracting and extending pneumatic piston-cylinder units (24, 25).
  6. Device according to Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the blocking device comprises one or more pressure-medium piston-cylinder units (29, 30), the piston rods of which engage in corresponding recesses of guide rods (18, 19) or the like of the severing knife (17).
  7. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the severing knife (17) is mounted displaceably with its guides and drive devices in further guides (41, 42) of the frame and can be moved out from the region of the forming wound roll after adhesive attachment of the beginning of the web onto the winding sleeve (31).
  8. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the counter-knife (12) which can be swivelled-in is mounted on further swivel arms (5, 6) and, by means of the latter, can be swivelled-out from the region of the wound roll forming.
  9. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that two synchronously drivable carrying plates (53, 54), offset by 180 degrees, are provided with two winding stations (55, 56) and in each case carry between the winding stations axially parallel guiding rollers which are offset radially outwards with respect to the winding shafts (55, 56).
  10. Device according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that there is at least one guiding roller (7, 8) for the web (26) mounted on the swivel levers carrying the counter-knife (12) which can be swivelled in.
