Description

The invention relates to a trench shoring device, consisting of shoring supports kept at a parallel distance by means of spreading and shoring plates guided therein by means of guide rollers.

Such a shoring device is known from DE-23 23 321 B2. Here, on the end faces of the sheeting panels, spaced-apart guide heads with guide rollers are provided, some of which are mounted on axes perpendicular to the sheeting panel plane and others on axles which are in a plane between the side surfaces of the sheeting panel and perpendicular to the guide support and are arranged so far offset that they run only on the leg of the profile of the guide support pointing towards the inside of the trench.

This construction was intended to ensure that the shoring plates could be moved in the guide supports without great friction. However, it was found that this construction was not strong enough in rough construction and that a guide with rigid flanges formed transversely to the shoring plane level was still required. This was all the more necessary since the guide rollers necessarily had to run with a great deal of play, and therefore the connection point between the guide support and the shoring plate was unstable. This was especially true for compact floors that did not easily press against the shoring device.

From GB-2 172 029 A a trench shoring device is known in which guide rollers are also provided on the end walls of the shoring panels. However, these run exclusively on axes perpendicular to the facing plate level, while the facing plates are guided in a form-fitting manner against the pressure of the trench wall by means of rigid elements in the guide supports.

The invention has for its object to provide a shoring device in which the low-friction roller arrangement in a known manner by means of guide rollers is to be improved over the prior art in such a way that a stable connection of the shoring plate and guide support is to be achieved only with guide rollers and their guide elements.

Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe besteht erfindungsgemäß in den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.According to the invention, this object is achieved in the characterizing features of claim 1.

An alternative solution is the kinematic reversal in accordance with the characterizing features of claim 2.

Advantageous refinements of the two proposed solutions are given in the subclaims.

Such a trench shoring device generally consists of two parallel rows of shoring plates and guide supports holding them and spreaders inserted between the shoring plates or guide supports which keep the two rows at a distance and support them against the trench walls.

A shoring plate 1 generally consists of a hollow body which is formed from sheet metal plates and, if appropriate, section steel parts. In particular, it is not the subject of the invention.

On its narrow end face 2, the shoring plate has a number of projecting pins 3 arranged one above the other, on which guide rollers 4 and 5 run.

As FIG. 3 shows, pins 3 arranged one above the other are each offset by a small amount to such an extent that two connecting lines 6 and 7 each pass through the guide rollers 4 and 5, which in turn sit alternately one above the other.

Fig. 4 zeigt einen vergrößerten Querschnitt durch eine Verbindungsanordnung zwischen einer Führungsstütze 8 und einem Teil der Verbauplatte 1 nach den Fig.1 bis 3.4 shows an enlarged cross section through a connection arrangement between a guide support 8 and part of the shoring plate 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 3.

The guide support 8 consists of a steel profile, in which two U-profiles 9, which are directed towards one another with their webs, are kept at a distance by a U-profile 11 which is perpendicular thereto, the U-legs of which each form the webs of the U-profiles 9 and the web an extension of the U-legs 10 of the U-profiles 9 facing the trench wall.

The U-profile 11 serves to accommodate a strut, not shown, which is supported on a further guide support, also not shown, transversely to the longitudinal direction of the trench.

The lateral U-profiles 9 have on the inner sides of their U-legs 10 parallel guide strips 12 which e.g. can consist of welded round profile bars.

As FIG. 4 shows, the guide rollers 4 and 5 are designed as profile rollers and have an approximately semicircular guide groove 13 in cross section, which corresponds to the profile of the guide strips 12. At least two guide rollers 4, 5 are expediently seated on each pin 3 and are in alternating positive engagement with the opposite guide strips 12. The guide rollers 4 run on the guide rails 12 of one and the guide rollers 5 on the guide rails 12 of the other U-leg 10 of the U-profile 9. The arrangement formed from the pins 3 and the guide rollers 4 and 5 is expedient in the direction of Pin axis longer than in the transverse direction and in the transverse direction not greater than the thickness of the shoring plate 1. In this way, an undesirable and unpredictable force-causing play between shoring plate 1 and guide support 8 is avoided. The relatively long contact surface caused by the several guide rollers brings about a special stability of this connection.

(nicht dargestellt).Instead of profiled guide rollers 4 and 5, cylindrical guide rollers can also be provided. In this case, the guide strips engage in the intermediate space between two guide rollers 4 and 5 running one behind the other, which in turn run directly on the assigned U-leg 10. (not shown).

Fig.5 zeigt die kinematische Umkehrung der Verbindungsanordnung nach Fig.4.5 shows the kinematic reversal of the connection arrangement according to Fig. 4.

In this case, the shoring plates 1 have a guide head 14 in the form of a U-profile, the web of which forms the end face 2 of the shoring plate 1.

The U-legs 22 of this guide head 14 have parallel guide strips 15 on their inner sides. The guide support 18 has a U-profile 16 for receiving the support shoe 17 of a strut 19, which is only shown schematically.

The web 20 of this U-profile is extended on both sides via its U-legs 16. This extension 21 forms a protective shield against contamination of the bolts 23 seated on the U-legs 16 with the guide rollers 24, 25 seated thereon. These guide rollers 24, 25 are, as in the case of FIG. 4, also arranged in two parallel rows arranged next to one another in such a way that when the guide head 14 of the associated lining plate 1 is in positive engagement with the guide rollers 24, 25 of the guide support, they alternate on one or another U-leg 22 of the guide head 14 abut. The same applies here as for the previously described embodiment of FIG. 4 for the longitudinal and transverse extension of the connection arrangement comprising bolts and guide rollers.

As in the aforementioned embodiment, the guide rollers can be profiled or cylindrical.
