Abstract

Griffgarnitur für Türen oder Fenster, mit einem aufschraubbaren Schild (1) und mit einem Handgriff (2), dessen Hals (3) einen zylindrischen Zapfen (5) aufweist, mit welchem der Handgriff (2) unter Zwischenfügen einer Kunststoffbuchse (6) in einer zylindrischen Ausnehmung (7) des Schildes (1) drehbar gelagert und durch eine Halterung, die sich auf eine von einer erweiterten Ausnehmung (15) gebildeten Widerlagerfläche (8) abstützt,axial gehalten ist, wobei im Hals (3) des Handgriffes (2) ein Vierkant-Sackloch (4) eingeformt ist zur Aufnahme eines Vierkantdornes (21). Zur Vermeidung eines Spiels zwischen dem Vierkantdorn und dem Handgriff ist an der Stirnseite des Zapfens (5) konzentrisch zur Schwenkachse des Handgriffs (2) eine Ausnehmung (19) angeordnet, in die eine den Vierkantdorn (21) spielfrei umschließende Spielausgleichsscheibe (20) aus Kunststoff eingesetzt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Griffgarnitur für Türen oder Fenster mit einem Schild und mit einem Handgriff, dessen Hals einen zylindrischen Zapfen aufweist, mit welchem der Handgriff unter Zwischenfügen einer Kunststoffbuchse in einer zylindrischen Ausnehmung des Schildes drehbar gelagert und durch eine Halterung die sich auf eine von einer erweiterten Ausnehmung gebildeten Widerlagerfläche abstützt,axial gehalten ist, wobei im Hals des Handgriffes ein Vierkant-Sackloch eingeformt ist zur Aufnahme eines Vierkantdornes.
  • Weil der Aufnahmekanal für den Vierkantdorn bzw. das Vierkant-Sackloch des im Gießverfahren hergestellten Handgriffes schwach konisch ausgebildet ist, besteht zwischen dem Vierkantdorn und dem Handgriff stets ein Spiel. Dieses Spiel hat zur Folge, daß zwischen Handgriff und Vierkantdorn störende Geräusche entstehen und daß der Handgriff in seiner Ausgangsstellung nicht genau horizontal steht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Griffgarnitur zu schaffen, bei der die beschriebenen Nachteile durch einfache und kostengünstige Mittel vermieden sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß an der Stirnseite des Zapfens konzentrisch zur Schwenkachse des Handgriffs eine Ausnehmung angeordnet ist, in die eine den Vierkantdorn spielfrei umschließende Spielausgleichsscheibe aus Kunststoff eingesetzt ist.
  • Diese in die Ausnehmung an der Stirnseite des Zapfens eingesetzte, insbesondere eingepreßte Spielausgleichsscheibe umgibt den Vierkantdorn spielfrei, so daß dieser gegenüber dem Handgriff fixiert ist.
  • Die Spielausgleichsscheibe ist vorteilhafterweise über Stege mit einem Stützring verbunden, der ein Spiel von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm zwischen sich und der zylindrischen Wand der erweiterten Ausnehmung des Schildes freiläßt. Dieser Stützring bewirkt, daß der Zapfen des Handgriffes nicht nur in der Kunststoffbuchse, sondern zusätzlich über den Spielausgleichsring und den damit verbundenen Stützring auch in der erweiterten Ausnehmung des Schildes gelagert ist.
  • Ein Stützring für den Zapfen eines Handgriffes ist an sich bekannt aus der DE 33 20 193 C2.
  • In der folgenden Beschreibung wird die Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Zeichnungen zeigen in

  • Die Griffgarnitur nach der Fig. 1 setzt sich zusammen aus einem aufschraubbaren Schild 1 und einem Handgriff 2, dessen Hals 3 einen zylindrischen Zapfen 5 aufweist, mit dem der Handgriff 2 im Schild 1 gelagert ist. Im Hals 3 des Handgriffes 2 ist ein Vierkant-Sackloch 4 eingeformt zur Aufnahme eines Vierkantdornes 21. Im Schild 1 ist eine zylindrische Ausnehmung 7 vorgesehen, in die eine Kunststoffbuchse 6 eingesetzt ist. Der Zapfen 5 des Handgriffes 2 ist in dieser Kunststoffbuchse 6 schwenkbar gelagert. Konzentrisch zur Ausnehmung 7 ist von der Anlagefläche des Schildes 1 her eine erweiterte Ausnehmung 15 angebracht. Die Stufe zwischen der erweiterten Ausnehmung 15 und der Ausnehmung 7 bildet eine Widerlagerfläche 8, gegen welche sich die Halterung des Griffes abstützt.
  • Die Halterung wird von einem auf den Zapfen 5 aufgeschobenen Schnellbefestigerring 9 aus Stahlblech gebildet, der am äußeren Umfang einen axial verlaufenden Ringbund 14 aufweist, der über eine Rundung 18 in einen radial stehenden Teil übergeht, der federnde Klauen 11 aufweist, deren Greifkanten sich in die zylindrische Fläche des Zapfens 5 festhaken. Zwischen dem Schnellbefestigerring 9 und der Widerlagerfläche 8 ist eine axial federnde gewellte Ringscheibe 17 angeordnet, die axial gewellt ist.
  • Im Zapfen 5 ist konzentrisch zur Schwenkachse des Handgriffes 2 eine konische Ausnehmung 19 vorgesehen. In diese Ausnehmung 19 ist eine Spielausgleichsscheibe 20 aus Kunststoff eingesetzt, welche den Vierkantdorn 21 spielfrei umschließt.
  • Wie die Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen, ist die Spielausgleichsscheibe 20 über Stege 22 einstückig mit einem Stützring 16 verbunden, der zwischen sich und der zylindrischen Wand der Ausnehmung 15 ein Spiel von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm freiläßt. Am Zapfen 5 sind diamentral gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen 23 vorgesehen, welche die Stege 22 aufnehmen, wenn der Stützring 16 zusammen mit der Spielausgleichsscheibe 20 auf das Zapfenende aufgepreßt wird. Dieser Stützring 16 verstärkt einerseits die Lagerung des Zapfens 5 im Schild 1 und schützt ferner den Schnellbefestigerring 9 und die axial federnde Ringscheibe 17 gegen Verschmutzen und auch gegen Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit.Der Ringspalt zwischen dem Stützring 16 und dem Schild 1 kann durch eine Fettfüllung oder dergleichen verschlossen sein.

Claims (3)

  1. Griffgarnitur für Türen oder Fenster, mit einem aufschraubbaren Schild (1) und mit einem Handgriff (2), dessen Hals (3) einen zylindrischen Zapfen (5) aufweist, mit welchem der Handgriff (2) unter Zwischenfügen einer Kunststoffbuchse (6) in einer zylindrischen Ausnehmung (7) des Schildes (1) drehbar gelagert und durch eine Halterung, die sich auf eine von einer erweiterten Ausnehmung (15) gebildeten Widerlagerfläche (8) abstützt,axial gehalten ist, wobei im Hals (3) des Handgriffes (2) ein Vierkant-Sackloch (4) eingeformt ist zur Aufnahme eines Vierkantdornes (21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Stirnseite des Zapfens (5) konzentrisch zur Schwenkachse des Handgriffs (2) eine Ausnehmung (19) angeordnet ist, in die eine den Vierkantdorn (21) spielfrei umschließende Spielausgleichsscheibe (20) aus Kunststoff eingesetzt ist.
  2. Griffgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spielausgleichsscheibe (20) in der Ausnehmung (19) eingepreßt ist.
  3. Griffgarnitur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spielausgleichsscheibe (20) einstückig über Stege (22) mit einem Stützring (16) verbunden ist, der ein Spiel von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm zwischen sich und der zylindrischen Wand der Ausnehmung (15) freiläßt, und am Zapfen (5) Ausnehmungen (23) zur Aufnahme der Stege (22) angeordnet sind.
