Über eine Brenngaszuführung, die an einen Steuereinrichtungen, Ventile und dergleichen enthaltenden Handgriff angeschlossen ist, wird dem Handschrumpfgerät Brenngas zugeführt, welches in der Mischkammer mit Verbrennungsluft gemischt wird. Das Gemisch wird in einer Brennkammer verbrannt und gelangt von dort über eine Austrittsdüse ins Freie bzw. in den Bereich der zu schrumpfenden Schrumpffolie. Bei einem bekannten Handschrumpfgerät der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung (DE-A-28 22 192) weist der Injektorbrenner nur eine einzige Mischdüse auf. Um eine hinreichende Vermischung von Brenngas und Verbrennungsluft zu erreichen, muß die Mischdüse verhältnismäßig lang sein. Entsprechend groß muß auch das Handschrumpfgerät ausgebildet sein, so daß dessen Handlichkeit unbefriedigend ist. Ferner ist wegen dieser Konstruktion die Leistung eines Handschrumpfgerätes begrenzt.Hand shrinking devices are known in various designs.   2. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the cross-sections of the outlet apertures (9) of the mixing nozzles (6, 7, 8) increase when viewed with respect to the direction of flow (5).
  3. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the mixing nozzle disposed in front of the combustion chamber (14) is a Venturi nozzle (8).
  4. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the outlet aperture (9) of the Venturi nozzle (8) widens up to the cross-section of the combustion chamber (14).
  5. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the mixing nozzles (6, 7, 8) are accommodated in a housing (1), which has circumferential air inlet apertures (11) extending to the inlet ends (10) of the mixing nozzles (6, 7, 8).
  6. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that the housing (1) is surrounded by a sound-proofing covering (12) at least in the region of the air inlet apertures (11).
  7. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the flat nozzle (15) has a wall (18) formed from a material having low thermal conductivity and high heat resistance.
  8. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the wall (18) of the flat nozzle (15) is formed from ceramic material.
  9. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the wall (18) has an internal covering (20) and/or an external covering (19) formed from sheet metal.
  10. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the flat nozzle (15) is accommodated in a housing portion of the hand-held shrinking apparatus.
  11. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that a turbulence screen (16), a flame holder (17) and an ignition device (21) are disposed in the region of a combustion chamber (14), which is disposed in front of the flat nozzle (15) when viewed with respect to the direction of flow (5), and in that the ignition device (21) comprises a tubular portion (22), which is connected to housing members in an electrically conductive manner, and an ignition cable (24), which is embedded in said tubular portion in an insulated manner, a free end (25) of the ignition cable (24) protruding into the tubular portion (22).
  12. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 11, characterised in that the combustion gas nozzle (4) is disposed at a spacing L1 from the outlet aperture (9) of the nearest mixing nozzle (6), which spacing corresponds to 1.5- to 2.5-times the diameter D1 of this outlet aperture (9).
  13. Hand-held shrinking apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 12, characterised in that the combustion gas nozzle (4) has a teardrop-shaped configuration, the slimmer end pointing in the direction of flow (5).
