Abstract
Description
When historic buildings and towers were erected, the load transfer to the foundations was achieved using masonry that was like an inverted vault. This masonry, which can have thicknesses between 1 m and 10 m, was built in such a way that stone blocks were built on the outside either without grouting or with grouting, while inside to achieve the necessary weight against horizontal wind forces, the masonry was made in a grouted packed layer . In terms of statics, the outer masonry and the inner masonry were assigned different meanings for load transfer.
Es ist bekannt, hierzu hydraulische Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten, die einzeln und/oder gruppenweise zusammengefaßt sind zu verwenden (DE-OS 2833450; DE-OS 3023892; DE-OS 3403977).In subsidence areas, such as B. in mining areas, on alluvial land, caused by subsidence or the like, often skew and different settlements on buildings that must be eliminated to avoid or increase damage. It is known to use hydraulic cylinder-piston units for this purpose, which are combined individually and / or in groups (DE-OS 2833450; DE-OS 3023892; DE-OS 3403977).
In all of these methods, a large number of cylinder-piston units are arranged in lifting chambers in the building, preferably in or near the foundation of the building. So far, these methods have only been applied to buildings that have relatively homogeneous masonry on the one hand and masonry on the other that have no extreme wall thicknesses.
Since historical buildings in particular must have a high weight, there are difficulties in lifting such objects by inserting lifting chambers into the outer masonry alone or by attaching steel scaffolding.
Rather, both in the stronger load-bearing external masonry and in the pack layer masonry must be applied on the inside, so that systems are required which fulfill these tasks both from the controller and from the device. In addition to the control, which must take into account the different vertical load transmissions, it is important that the method and device also allow the transmission of horizontal forces, while at the same time ensuring the transmission of shear forces within the lifting gap in the case of off-center focal points of the construction.
When renovating historic buildings, both the renovation case arises that a crooked and / or soiled masonry has to be straightened and / or renewed, as well as the introduction of a new coherent base layer, which additionally prevents the rise of groundwater moisture.
The use of hydraulic cylinder-piston units in lifting chambers, as before, is not possible with thick, but relatively unstable masonry, since starting from the individual cylinder-piston units, it is not possible to transmit power to the stone blocks and the inner masonry located outside. In addition, in particular in historical buildings, the entire solid masonry probably has sufficient strength, soiled masonry, cavities, cracks and cracks are no longer stable mortar layers and / or sand inclusions, or building material was used that only in a large wall thickness has the desired load capacity.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a method and a device for lifting and aligning buildings, which, while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages, enables the removal of skewed positions of buildings or parts of buildings even if the masonry, based on a unit area, a has only a low load-bearing capacity.
This task is performed according to a procedure. the preamble of claim 1 according to the invention solved by the characterizing part of claim 1.
In the present invention, the wall to be renovated is provided with core bores in a lifting plane, the spacing of which is determined according to the statics of the object to be renovated. In these core bores, essentially horizontally separated steel pipes are introduced, which have a load-bearing floor and a load-bearing ceiling, between which the cylinder-piston units are arranged. These steel tubes take over the function of the known lifting chambers.
Below the floor, or above the ceiling of the halved steel pipes, the outer walls of the steel pipes have bores and / or slots. The bottom or the ceiling of a corresponding steel tube, together with the surrounding jacket surface, each form a pressure channel into which the pressing material can be introduced. This grouting material emerges from the steel pipe via the bores and / or slots and leads to a positive connection of the steel pipes in the surrounding masonry, in particular to the filling of existing gaps and cracks or the like in the masonry.
Since the grouting material is firmly integrated laterally and vertically in the pressure channel and between the ceiling shell and the floor shell, it is sufficient usually a material in the compressive strength and the composition of the found mortar.
After the compressed material has solidified, the pressure applied by the cylinder-piston units is transferred over a large area to the surrounding masonry, so that the building can move.

This masonry 1 consists of a layer of
In a core hole in the masonry 1 there is a
The
On the masonry 1, preferably on the layer of
After the pressing material has hardened, the cylinder-
After reaching the desired end position of the building, the cylinder-
