Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Zuführung von auf wenigstens einer Seite mit einem sichtbaren Druck versehenen Druckträgern (2) zu einer Gegenstände (92) mit den Druckträgern zu versehenden Vorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckträger (2) in wenigstens einer Reihe durch Adhäsion auf einem zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Trägerband (4) haften und daß das von der Rolle abgewickelte Trägerband nächst der Vorrichtung um eine Umlenkkante (94) zum aufeinanderfolgenden Ablösen der Druckträger von dem Trägerband gezogen wird. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren nach den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Es ist bekannt, Druckträger als sogenannte "Flaschenüberhänger" zu stapeln und vom Stapel einzeln auf Flaschenhälse zu stecken. Das Zuführen vom Stapel bedarf aufwendiger Vorrichtungen. Bekannt sind auch auf Rolle gewickelte Flaschenüberhänger, deren mit Aufstecklöchern versehene Bereiche nicht über ein Trägerband überstehen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 anzugeben, das generell in einfacher Weise Gegenstände mit Druckträgern zu versehen gestattet.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in Anspruch 1 angegeben.
  • Wesentlich ist, daß die Druckträger auf dem Trägerband nur durch Adhäsion, also verhältnismäßig leicht haften, also nicht verhältnismäßig fest kleben, auch nicht mit einem Haftkleber. Nach dem Ablösen soll bevorzugt keine der getrennten Flächen eine klebrige Schicht aufweisen.
  • Bevorzugt dient das Verfahren dazu, Gegenstände,die nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 ausgebildet sind,mit Druckträgern zu versehen.
  • Besonders einfach ist dies, wenn die Druckträger nach Anspruch 4 ausgebildet sind.
  • Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, dafür zu sorgen, daß die Druckträger nur durch Adhäsion am Trägerband haften. Bevorzugt geschieht dies jedoch nach Anspruch 5, insbesondere nach Anspruch 6.
  • Als Druckträger haben sich besonders Ausbildungen entsprechend den Ansprüchen 7 bis 10 bewährt.
  • Eine besonders geeignete Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist in Anspruch 11 angegeben. Die dort angegebene Abstützfläche ist bevorzugt die Oberfläche eines in Richtung des Förderwegs gerichteten Keils, längs dessen Unterfläche das von den Druckträgern befreite Trägerband abgezogen wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an Ausführungsbeispielen unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Trägerband mit Druckträgern in Aufsicht.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine erste Ausführungsform der Druckträger.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform der Druckträger.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine dritte Ausführungsform der Druckträger.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens in Schrägansicht von oben.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 5 im Bereich der Spendekante in Seitenansicht.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt Druckträger 2, die durch Adhäsion lösbar auf einem Trägerband 4 haften. Die Druckträger 2 enthalten Aufstecklöcher 6 in Bereichen 8, die über eine Seite des Trägerbands 4 überstehen. Als Übertragungsvorrichtung auf zum Beispiel Flaschenhälse reicht praktisch eine Umlenkkante zum aufeinanderfolgenden Ablösen der Druckträger 2 von dem Trägerband 4 aus.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt im Schnitt ein Trägerband 20 aus einer Trägerschicht 22 und einer auf der Trägerschicht 22 befindlichen nicht selbstklebenden Adhäsionsschicht 24.
  • Auf dem Trägerband 20 befindet sich ein Druckträger 26. Dieser Druckträger 26 weist einen beidseitig mit einer aufkaschierten Folie 28 bzw. 30 bedeckten inneren Druckträger 32 auf. Dieser innere Druckträger 32 ist beidseitig mit einem Aufdruck 34 bzw. 36 versehen. Die Folien 28, 30 sind mit einem Kaschierkleber 38 aufgeklebt. Der Kaschierkleber 38 und die Folien 28 und 30 sind durchsichtig. Anstelle der aufkaschierten Folien können auch transparente Lacke eingesetzt werden. Der innere Druckträger 32 ist undurchsichtig. Er besteht aus Papier oder Folie.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 ist das Trägerband 20 ebenso ausgebildet wie bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist der innere Druckträger 42 zusammengesetzt, aber im übrigen beidseitig mit aufkaschierten Folien oder Lacken und Drucken versehen, wie bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2.
  • Der innere Druckträger 42 weist zwei außenseitig mit dem Druck 34 bzw. 36 versehene Einseitendruckträger 44, 46 auf, die durch eine auf der Innenseite des Einseitendruckträgers 46 befindliche,Haftklebstoff abweisende Schicht 48 und durch eine auf der Innenseite des Einseiten-Druckträgers 44 befindliche Haftklebstoffschicht 50 lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Aus diesem Druckträger ist durch eine Rundumstanzung oder eine Trennstanzung 52, die bis zu der Haftklebstoff abweisenden Schicht 48 reicht, ein selbstklebendes Etikett abzulösen. Nur der untere Bereich des Druckträgers, von der Haftklebstoff abweisenden Schicht ab abwärts, braucht über das Trägerband 20 überzustehen.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 ist auch ein innerer Druckträger 62 vorgesehen, der zwei außenseitig mit einem Druck 34 bzw. 36 versehene Einseiten-Druckträger 64, 66 aufweist. Diese Einseiten-Druckträger 64, 66 sind aber innenseitig mit je einer Haftklebstoffschicht 68 bzw. 70 versehen und haften auf Haftklebstoff abweisenden Schichten 72, 74 einer Trägerschicht 76. Bei dieser Ausführungsform können durch Stanzungen 78 und 80 Haftetiketten von beiden Seiten des Druckträgers 26 abgelöst werden.
  • Die Stanzungen 52, 78, 80 werden bevorzugt vorgenommen, bevor die Druckträger 26 auf das Trägerband aufgebracht werden.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt ein Förderband 90, auf dem in einer Reihe Flaschen 92 stehen. Über eine Spendekante 94 wird ein Trägerband 4 mit den an ihm haftenden Druckträgern gezogen, wobei über eine Seite des Trägerbands 4 die Bereiche 8 der Druckträger 2 mit den Aufstecklöchern 6 überstehen. Bei der durch die Pfeile gekennzeichneten Fördereinrichtung des Trägerbands 4 senken sich die Druckträger 2 allmählich auf die Hälse 96 der Flaschen 92 ab und werden hinter der Spendekante 94 von dem Trägerband 4 gelöst, wie dies aus Fig. 6 erkennbar ist.
  • Durch die über das Trägerband 4 überstehenden Bereiche 8 der Druckträger, in denen sich die Durchstecklöcher 6 befinden, werden beim Zuführen der Flaschen 92 die Durchstecklöcher 6 nicht durch das Trägerband 4 verdeckt. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, daß beim Transport der Flaschen 92 jeweils der Flaschenhals 96 der vordersten Flasche 92 in ein ihm zugeordnetes Durchsteckloch 6 eingreift und dadurch den Druckträger 2 nicht mehr freigibt, bis der Druckträger 2 durch freien Fall auf die Schulter 98 der Flasche 92 unterhalb des Halses 96 auftrifft.
  • Eine Fehletikettierung durch an den Flaschen 92 vorbeigespendete Druckträger 2 wird dadurch vermieden.
  • Das Trägerband 4 wird bei dieser Anordnung nicht durch Löcher, etwa durch Stanzungen, geschwächt. Die beim Aufbringen der Druckträger 2 auftretenden Zugspannungen verteilen sich vielmehr gleichmäßig über das Trägerband 4. Dadurch werden Störungen beim Aufbringen der Druckträger 2, etwa durch Einrisse in Löcher im Trägerband 4, vermieden.

Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Zuführung von auf wenigstens einer Seite mit einem sichtbaren Druck (34, 36) versehenen Druckträgern (2; 26) zu einer Gegenstände mit den Druckträgern (2; 26) zu versehenden Vorrichtung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Druckträger (2; 26) in wenigstens einer Reihe durch Adhäsion auf einem zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Trägerband (4; 20) haften und daß das von der Rolle abgewickelte Trägerband (4; 20) nächst der Vorrichtung um eine Umlenkkante zum aufeinanderfolgenden Ablösen der Druckträger (2; 26) von dem Trägerband (4; 20) gezogen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckträger (2) Aufstecklöcher (6) zum Aufstecken auf Ansätze an den Gegenständen aufweisen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstände Flaschen und die Ansätze Flaschenhälse sind.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Aufstecklöchern (6) versehene Bereiche (8) der Druckträger (2) über eine Seite des Trägerbands (4) überstehen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerband (20) mit einer Adhäsionsschicht (24) versehen ist, auf der eine den Druckträger (26) abdeckende Adhäsionsschicht (30) lösbar haftet.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Adhäsionsschichten (24, 30) aus einem Lack oder einer Kunststoffolie besteht.
  7. Druckträger zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen beidseitig mit einer aufkaschierten Folie (28, 30) oder einem Lack versehenen inneren Druckträger (32; 42; 62) aufweist.
  8. Druckträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Druckträger (42) zwei außenseitig mit einem Druck (34, 36) versehene Einseiten-Druckträger (44, 46) aufweist, die durch eine auf der Innenseite des einen Einseiten-Druckträgers (46) befindliche, Haftklebstoff abweisende Schicht (48) und durch eine auf der Innenseite des anderen Einseiten-Druckträgers (44) befindliche Haftklebstoffschicht (50) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  9. Druckträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Druckträger (62) zwei außenseitig mit einem Druck (34, 36), innenseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht (68, 70) versehene Einseiten-Druckträger (64, 66) aufweist, die mit ihrer Haftklebstoffschicht (68, 70) auf je einer Seite eines beidseitig mit einer Haftklebstoff abweisenden Schicht (72, 74) versehenen Trägerschicht (76) haften.
  10. Druckträger nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein unterseitig mit einer Haftklebstoffschicht (50, 68, 70) versehener Einseiten-Druckträger (44, 64, 66) bis zu der ihn tragenden Haftklebstoff abweisenden Schicht (48, 72, 74) mit einer Durchstanzung (52, 78, 80) versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Gegenstände (92) auf einem Förderweg (90) befinden und daß die Umlenkkante (94) die Kante einer in Richtung des Förderwegs (90) geneigten,
    sich in dieser Richtung bis unter die Höhe der Gegenstände (92) absenkenden Abstützfläche für den jeweils zugeführten Abschnitt des Trägerbands (4) ist.
