Abstract

A new apparatus for extracting water from product or sewage sludge on the spot is provided. It is characterized by a frame matched to the dimensions of a low loader and having lifting supports which can be pivoted in and out and which have multi-step vertical adjustability. Filter presses of substantially higher capacity than those on known apparatuses employing a semitrailer can be used.

Description

The invention relates to a device for dewatering product or sewage sludge on site. This device consists of a conventional plate filter press and a frame that accommodates it, which is equipped with adjustable lifting nozzles.

Plate filter presses that are portable and can be set up to dewater sludge at the sludge point of origin are known (brochure ACHEMA 1985 from SI Schlammpress-Technik und Industrierreinigung GmbH & Co. KG / Dormagen). There a plate filter press is mounted on a standard semi-trailer. The semi-trailer has extendable cubic supports at the four corners bring the semi-trailer with the filter press to such a height that the filter cake can be collected and transported away, for example, in a transport waste container set up underneath.

From DE-A-34 11 375 a dewatering system for sludge is known, the system parts of which are accommodated in standard containers which are assembled on site to form the dewatering system. Standard containers neither have a lifting device for cooking the plate filter press nor the space provided by their external dimensions is used optimally.

The task was therefore to develop a transport device for a plate filter press to be used on site, which has a significantly higher capacity. For this purpose, it is necessary to use the transport width and height of a heavy transporter as far as possible and to modify the frame on which the plate filter press is placed so that it can be set up, lifted and dismantled under its own power. The solution to this problem is that the frame is designed for transport by a low loader and is provided with hydraulically extendable jacks which can be swiveled into the outline of the frame in their retracted position. The frame is not itself a transport element, but has the dimensions and strength for transport by a large flatbed trailer. Since a low loader allows a much larger height of the filter press than a semi-trailer, a larger capacity press can be used. In addition, there is then more space above the frame for the then also higher lifting supports, which can also be pivoted laterally and thus do not protrude beyond the contour of the frame during transport. During operation, the press operation is not hindered by the lifting supports which are then pivoted outwards. The space under the filter press is more accessible for filter cake containers.

From EU-A1-0 025 768 a closed system transport system with uncouplable chassis is known. The semi-trailer has lifting supports with which the attachment is lifted to pull out the chassis and then lowered. This transport system does not have the advantages of the new frame described above.

The pivoting device for each lifting support preferably consists of a vertically upwardly projecting bearing pin anchored to a frame corner and a bearing bush which can be pivoted above this bearing pin and which carries the sliding guide for the lifting support on a very short extension arm. The lift support and sliding guide preferably have a rectangular or square cross section, so that there is no need for rotation locks. The bearing bush can preferably be locked in the two positions of the cantilever arm by a cross pin.

As shown in FIG. 3 in particular, the frame 1 consists of two crossheads 2 and two longitudinal profiles 3, which are connected at the corners by nodes 4. The plate filter press 5 sits with its stands 6 only on the crossheads 2 and is secured there by pin 7 against displacement. The triangular holders 8 provided on the longitudinal profiles 3 serve to prevent the tie rods 9 of the filter press 5 from sagging in the unloaded state.

Die Auflagerkräfte werden ohne Erzeugung von Biege- und Schermomenten in die Presse übergeleitet.4 and 5, the design of the lifting support pivot bearing 10 can be seen. Serving as bearing pins 11 on the frame knot 4, vertically projecting column stubs, which are welded into correspondingly ribbed brackets 12. Above it is fitted a bearing bush 13 with a close fit, which carries a short extension arm 14 with a double-T profile. At the free outer end of the cantilever arm 14, the slide guide 15 is attached for the lifting support 16 consisting of a square tube. Both bearing elements can be locked by transverse pins 17, 18 in the pivoted-out position of the slide guide 15. The Bearing bush 13 has on its rear side a pull tab 19 which can be screwed to the top of the press stand 6 when the lifting support 16 is pivoted out. In this way, the leg bearing is connected to the filter press in the raised state of the frame to form a structure that is resistant to pressure and tension. The support forces are transferred to the press without generating bending and shear moments.

The device for the stroke adjustment of the lifting support contains a double-acting hydraulic piston 20, a coupling fork 21 and a lockable with the lifting support 16 (cross pin 22) slide shoe 23, in the side fork 24 of which the head of the piston rod 25 is articulated. The slide shoe 23 is closed at the bottom and there has a socket 26 for the stand base 27 provided with a corresponding plug pin, which has a wide base plate for sitting on a foundation 28 created on site. The socket 26 is dimensioned so that it fits over the spigot 37 sitting on the longitudinal profile 3 of the frame and thus securely locks the lifting supports in the pivoted-in state in which they cannot be pinned to the bearing pin 11.

Fig. 1 shows the frame with the filter press 5 as it is lifted from the low loader. The press only takes up the space 30 indicated by dash-dotted lines during transport. The lifting supports 16 do not protrude beyond this contour. After aligning the frame over the foundations, the jacks are first hydraulically lifted out of the plug pins 7 and then pivoted outwards. In this position, the bearing bushes 13 are locked by the cross pins 17. Now all four lifting supports 16 are extended synchronously and the stand feet 27 are placed shortly before the foundations are reached. Now they are Now the guide shoes 23 of the piston rod heads are released from the lifting supports 16 by pulling the cross pins 23 and then moved upwards by retracting the piston rods 25. There they are pinned in the cross holes 31 with the lifting supports 16. Thereafter, the cross pins 18 of the slide guides 15 can be loosened and the lifting supports 16 can be extended to the uppermost position in which they are pinned again with the slide guide (cross hole 32) by acting on the hydraulic cylinders in the stroke direction. The low loader can be pulled out and the press connected and put into operation.

Der Abbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. The dismantling takes place in reverse order.
