Claims (7)
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées, composé d'une partie formant bouchon qui se glisse dans le col de la bouteille, partie dans laquelle sont prévus une ouverture axiale et centrée permettant le passage du gaz et un clapet de non-retour à levée verticale, ainsi que d'un dispositif maintenant en position finale fermée dans le col de la bouteille, la partie formant bouchon, caractérisé par le fait que 1. le dispositif de maintien est composé de manière connue d'un archet en forme de U (7) avec une paroi supérieure coudée (14) et deux doigts inférieurs coudés en forme de fourchette entourent un premier évidement (8), doigts qui, en position fermée, saisissent par en-dessous le renflement du récipient (6) et que, dans la paroi supérieure coudée (14) il est prévu un second évidement, ce qui forme deux autres doigts en forme de fourchette (9) qui, en position fermée, saisissent par en-dessus la tête (16) de la partie formant bouchon (1), le second évidement formant en même temps un clenche (15) pour la partie formant bouchon (1) et caractérisée par le fait que 2. pour faciliter l'introduction de la partie formant bouchon (1) dans le col de la bouteille (5), des lamelles (2) faisant radialement saillie, disposées autour de la circonférence et servant de joint sont placées d'une manière connue sur le fût (10) du bouchon.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de maintien (7) se compose d'une chambre métallique fabriquée sous forme de pièce estampée et pliée.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de maintien (7) est fabriqué sous forme de pièce usinée.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de maintien (7) est fabriqué en tant que pièce en fil plié et cambré et forme une fermeture à levier encliquetable.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le bouchon (1), à l'exception de son clapet de non-retour à levée verticale (13) est fabriqué d'une pièce en caoutchouc et que la partie supérieure de la tête du bouchon (16) est de forme bombée.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le bouchon (1) est en plusieurs parties et qu'autour d'un noyau dur (11) est disposée une manchette en caoutchouc (10) dont la circonférence est pourvue de lamelles en caoutchouc (2) faisant saillie.
- Obturateur permettant de garder fraîches les bouteilles de mousseux entamées d'après les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les lamelles en caoutchouc circonférentielles sont en saillie et ont une épaisseur de 1,3 mm et 2,5 mm.
